And the final front army is the Alliance’s Central Front Army.

This unit appears not to be involved in external war operations, but its responsibilities are no less significant. Their main work is to guard the heartland of the Alliance, as well as numerous already occupied and developing areas.

Even though these regions are already Alliance territory and the reclamation work is complete with the main battles fought, in the dark cosmos, despite the light of the Thunder Torch Tower, chaos influence and alien corruption persist.

Before the great catastrophe, disasters never ceased across regions, let alone after it.

The Central Front Army is responsible for these operations.

The Alliance’s occupation has never been just seizing territory and calling it done. Given their pursuit of lasting peace and stability, apart from political stability, economic development, and military defense of the planets themselves, a powerful military force is needed to suppress all threats.

In fact, the Central Front Army is arguably the most powerful among the five front armies!

However, it’s not just that the Alliance keeps its strongest military force idle at home. As the territory acquired from the Dark Side Expedition grows larger, the sections the Central Front Army must guard naturally increase, adding pressure. The seven Veil Spirit Gates are not large in scale. While they can accommodate ships like battleships, they can only permit one to enter at a time.
