He furrowed his brow as he looked at Yanran and Ba Lv standing in front of him: "Who are you?

What are you doing in my hotel? Are you guests staying here?

Yanran was just about to speak when that slippery guy reached out his hand, saying as he reached out, "Boss, these two girls aren't bad, are they? You pick one, and I'll take the other.

Before he could finish, Ba Lv stepped forward and slapped him hard, drawing blood from the corner of his mouth, then lifted a leg and kicked the slippery one to the ground.

The boss slapped the table and stood up: "You dare to get physical in here? You really can't wait to die, can you?"

Yanran sneered and said, "You saw it yourself, who actually started it just now?"

She pointed at Ba Lv: "She gave him a slap and a kick, and still held back."

She waved her hand at the boss and said, "We'll talk about these minor issues later. Right now, I want to know who you sent to kill Lun?"

The boss's face changed: "Who said I sent someone to kill Lun? What's your proof?" He sneered, "I think it's more likely you killed that thief!"

He pointed at the slippery guy and his men: "At least we have witnesses, and as for the physical evidence, it'll turn up eventually."

Yanran also sneered and said, "This is strange. That kid took our bank cards, and now that the cards are gone, you think we'd kill him to silence him? Are we insane?"

The boss coldly sneered, "Who knows if this isn't the result of your coercion? Whatever the case, it's none of my business. I've already called in the police. You all," he gestured to his henchmen, "arrest them for me!"

Those henchmen were overjoyed at such a prospect.

These ten-odd men against two young girls—how could they possibly lose?

Plus, during the capture, they knew the girls would resist, certainly leading to physical contact. Wouldn't that be a chance to take advantage?

The henchmen were gleefully unaware that the two girls before them had dealt with far deadlier foes before.

Little beauties, don't force us to get rough!

Little beauties, be good, and you won't suffer.

Little beauties, if I just grab you like this, you'll be fine. Don't blame me if you get hurt by resisting.

The henchmen leered, making crude remarks, rubbing their hands together eagerly, thinking they could take advantage of Yanran and Ba Lv.

But their plans were all wrong. Had they known what these two girls had accomplished on Harry Planet, they wouldn't be so cocky.

Unaware of Yanran and Ba Lv's adventures on Harry Planet, they saw them as mere toys in their hands.

Yanran turned her body, leaning casually against the boss's desk, her hands resting lightly on its edge. She stayed put, watching coolly as Ba Lv approached the group.

The leading henchman saw Ba Lv approaching and opened his mouth to speak when Ba Lv suddenly inserted her fingers into his open mouth, hooking him and pulling forward, causing his face to slam into the ground.

Seeing this, the henchmen erupted. Some drew knives, others grabbed chairs, cursing and trying to humiliate Ba Lv.

Ba Lv laughed coldly at them, slowly reaching under her loose-fitting jacket to reveal two gleaming short swords.

She deftly spun the short swords around a few times, then slowly ran her tongue down the blade as she looked at the hesitating henchmen.

Her actions exuded an indescribable allure, but the henchmen saw things differently.

Witnessing the girl's skilled handling of the swords and her cold eyes paralyzed them with fear.

"Are you going to fight or not?" Ba Lv asked lightly.

At this, the boss roared, slamming the table and cursing, "You useless trash! What good are you to me if a woman frightens you? You eat my supplies every day, but when I need you—" Before he could finish, Yanran grabbed his collar and yanked him over the desk, throwing him onto the ground.

Yanran's action stunned everyone present.

The boss was rattled, realizing the two girls weren't ordinary. Fear gripped him; one wrong move today might spell his end at their hands.

The henchmen were too scared to utter a word or make a move.

Yanran looked at their boss, sneering, "Hand over my card, and I'll let you go. If not, this won't end here!"

Yanran and Ba Lv paid no heed to these so-called Divine Wind Jue members, as their intimidating presence stopped any further violence.

Yanran lifted the Divine Wind Jue boss off the ground, giving him a loud slap: "Speak! Where's our card?"

The boss quickly shook his head in denial: "I didn't see it; really, I haven't seen your card! I swear!"

"You have no evidence, don't falsely accuse me!"

"I'm just an upright businessman."

Yanran sneered, "You're still lying? If your men didn't kill Lun, why did that slippery guy come in claiming we killed your man without even looking? How did he know it was your man on the ground?"

"Speak! Explain everything!" Yanran demanded, shaking the man she held.

"I'm losing patience. Tell me where the card is, or face the consequences!" Growing anxious, Yanran glanced out the window; night had fallen.

By now, their teacher had certainly returned to the hotel. She and Ba Lv had disobeyed orders to sneak out. Imagining their teacher's anger upon finding them absent from their room sent a chill through Yanran.

Their teacher wasn't someone you could easily cross.

If they got back in time, maybe their teacher wouldn't say much, but at this hour, they'd definitely be late.
