Tech Dominator Starts with Raising Kids
Chapter 530: Clean It Up and It’s Still Usable (Part 1)
In the early morning, the air is filled with the fragrance of flowers and the sound of birds chirping.
Although there was a heavy storm yesterday, nature has an incredible ability to recover.
See, just as dawn breaks, a group of unknown birds are already chattering incessantly.
Inside the house, Mo Jingchun is putting on his sneakers, preparing to go out for a run, listening to Zero’s laughter in his Bluetooth earphones, and feeling a twitch at the corner of his mouth, full of emotion.
The scrap iron that originally cost over a thousand per ton was talked down by Zero to just a few dozen bucks per meal. Even capitalists would be moved to tears by this kind of cunning.
Mo Jingchun just thought that when Candy realizes it later, there will definitely be a peak verbal battle with Zero.
Although Zero would ultimately win with an overwhelming advantage.
Maybe the little guy was worried about the money running away, because Candy got up much earlier than usual today.
When the little guy saw her sister get up, she also got up with her.
This left Zhou Yaling, who wanted to sleep in, feeling a bit helpless. No need to guess, the little guy’s mind was still on the excavator in the muddy puddle.
"Brother, shall we go?" After breakfast, Candy, with her backpack on, started urging the slowpokes.
Looking at his sister’s big, lively eyes, Mo Jingchun shrugged, "Sure, it doesn’t really matter to me if we leave early or late."
Twenty minutes later, Xiaofeixia drove them into the tech park, and Mo Jingchun, along with the other two, got out on the road.
After a night of work by several water pumps, the water was finally drained, and the excavator was fully revealed.
However, the excavator now looked quite pitiful.
From top to bottom, there’s no part not covered in yellow mud.
Even from a distance, you can still see that there’s half a cabin of water inside the excavator.
If the excavator could still start like this, it would really speak to its quality.
Looking at the excavator so close, Candy wanted to take a closer look several times, but there wasn’t even a place to set foot, as everything was muddy.
If she stepped on it, her skinny arms and legs might not be able to pull out.
And she still needed to go to school soon.
"Wait a bit, wait for your Xiaofeixia Uncle to come and let him take the key over to check it out."
It wasn’t clear if Mo Jingchun was deliberately teasing Candy, but everyone heard Mo Jingchun jokingly say:
"Maybe the excavator isn’t broken yet."
It’s unlikely it’s not broken. The exhaust pipe of the excavator was clogged with silt, and the diesel engine probably took in water.
Xiaofeixia, who went to park the car, didn’t keep everyone waiting long and came running back.
Seeing Xiaofeixia uncle return, Candy got a little nervous.
She wasn’t sure if she was nervous about not being able to sell the scrap metal if the excavator wasn’t broken, or nervous like her brother said, maybe the excavator wasn’t broken and could still be used for play.
Whatever the little guy was thinking, probably only she knew.
"Boss."
After running over, Xiaofeixia wasn’t even out of breath, showing how strong their physical conditioning was. 𝒻𝓇𝑒𝘦𝘸𝑒𝒷𝓃ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝒸ℴ𝘮
But now...
Under everyone’s watch, Mo Jingchun handed the excavator key to Xiaofeixia.
"Put on the rain boots and go over to check the situation."
"Okay." Xiaofeixia took the key and nodded.
On the way here, Mo Jingchun had thought about the mud and bought a pair while passing by a small shop.
At this point, there were already quite a few people walking on the street, each standing by to watch the excitement.
It’s a shame for such a big excavator to go to waste, and many were shaking their heads in pity.
It’s all money, after all. The money for the excavator could buy a really nice house in this small county.
The onlookers also knew that this amount of money meant nothing to Candy Technology.
With the first step, Xiaofeixia tentatively stepped down.
Instantly, the rain boot sank in ten centimeters deep.
As Xiaofeixia felt prepared and confidently walked towards the excavator, Mo Jingchun suddenly reminded him:
"Be careful, you two dug these pits yourselves, don’t end up stuck in your own pit."
Hearing this, Xiaofeixia staggered and almost fell face down.
"Haha~ haha~ haha~" Candy, standing by the road, laughed until tears came out.
A fine mess we’ve made for ourselves.
Mo Jingchun glanced serenely at his sister, and the little guy quickly covered her mouth, but the laughter grew louder, sounding alarmingly like a goose.
Turning around, Xiaofeixia gave Candy a resentful look. All these pits were dug by Candy, here and there without any pattern.
After asking the captain for a branch, Xiaofeixia took a deep breath and continued cautiously, now more relaxed after his boss’s reminder.
Less than twenty meters in, Xiaofeixia had to make a turn.
No other reason, just that the branch showed the next step would land him in another pit.
Behind him, Xiaofeixia could still hear Candy’s laughter.
After many twists and turns, Xiaofeixia finally reached the excavator, almost parked in the middle.
The original big pit now had mud higher than the tracks.
Smiling wryly, this mud is so deep, rain boots don’t help much.
Having come this far, there was no turning back.
Finally climbing onto the excavator, Xiaofeixia didn’t hesitate, took out the key, and opened the driver’s door.
As soon as the door opened a crack, the water inside poured out, and within seconds, the water in the driver’s cabin was nearly drained.
By the roadside, Mo Jingchun and the others saw Xiaofeixia enter the driver’s cabin, but couldn’t see clearly as the glass was covered with yellow mud, blocking most of the view. Inside, a vague shadow was moving.
"What’s it like inside?"
"Not great, it’s a mess." Xiaofeixia spoke regretfully in the earpiece.
Inside, Xiaofeixia was clearing mud from the keyhole, while Candy and Mo Jingchun’s eyes turned to Wild Wolf, who had just spoken.
Mo Jingchun asked, "How is it?"
"Boss, Xiaofeixia said the inside of the cabin is not good, a complete mess."
Already expecting this outcome, Mo Jingchun nodded calmly and caught a glimpse of his sister out of the corner of his eye, his mouth twitching.
What do those sneaky, joyous eyes of yours mean?
Grow up, selling scrap iron doesn’t make much money.
If his sister wasn’t still young, Mo Jingchun really wanted to tell her that the time wasted here, he could’ve made enough money to buy countless new excavators.
Honestly, high-tech innovation is the way!
Suddenly, a rumbling sound echoed, and when everyone looked up, they were surprised to find the excavator’s exhaust pipe was puffing out thick, black smoke, along with a lot of mud and water.
Under Candy’s astonished gaze, the excavator’s mechanical arm started to move.
It moved... it moved...
Candy was a bit bewildered, totally unsure whether to be happy or sad.
She thought it was scrapped, but it could still start.
That... was quite unexpected!
"Captain, wash it and it’s still usable."
