The Billionaire CEO Wants to Marry Me Every Day
Chapter 774: Deal
Stella Monroe’s face instantly filled with horror at the mention of the "pigpen."
"How do you know about this... Did you know all along?"
Summer Monroe didn’t answer, just instructed the bodyguards to take Stella Monroe back to the pigpen.
"No! No! I don’t want to go back!" Stella Monroe struggled frantically, trying to break free from the grip of the two bodyguards.
But how could Damian Knight’s men be overpowered by Stella Monroe’s strength?
In no time, she was restrained with her hands behind her back, unable to move an inch.
"Don’t want to go back, huh?" Summer nodded and said, "You don’t have to, but you have to agree to one condition."
Stella Monroe really didn’t want to go back to the days of being tied in the pigpen, smelling pig dung with pigs and rats as company, only able to drink pig feed every day.
She bit her lip hard and said, "Name it!"
"It’s very simple," Summer said in a cold voice, "As long as you confess how you and Henry Stanton killed my mother, I’ll let you go."
Stella Monroe’s spine stiffened, and she looked at Summer with a pale face, "Don’t even think about it! We didn’t kill your mother!"
Although desperate to leave here, Stella Monroe still kept her wits, knowing that once she confessed, even if Summer let her go, she couldn’t escape from prison, and maybe those people would track her down and kill her.
This isn’t a fair deal; she’s not taking it!
Summer lowered her eyes and gave a cold laugh, the smile not reaching her eyes.
She stepped back and snapped her fingers, the two bodyguards immediately understanding, dragged Stella Monroe outside.
"Let go of me! Let go of me! Summer, if you throw me in the pigpen like your father did, when I get out, you will pay for this!"
"Oh." Summer’s face was expressionless, looking at Stella Monroe, utterly unfazed by the threat.
Stella Monroe panicked; she truly didn’t want to enter that foul-smelling pigpen again, but at the same time, she refused to tell the truth.
Felix Jennings beside her was even more anxious than Stella Monroe, shouting desperately, but most of his voice was muffled by the cloth in his mouth.
Summer noticed Felix Jennings and said calmly, "Hold on a moment."
The bodyguards immediately stopped in their tracks.
Summer walked up to Felix Jennings, just about to reach out when Damian Knight stepped forward first, pulling the cloth out of Felix Jennings’ mouth, then turned to Summer with a gentle look, "Let me do it, so you won’t dirty your hands."
Summer felt a warmth in her heart, but looking at Felix Jennings again, her gaze turned icy cold.
"It seems you have something to say, go ahead."
Felix Jennings endured the pain and spoke, "Miss Monroe, what we did before was wrong, as long as you let us go, we promise to stay far away and never appear in front of you again."
Compared to Stella Monroe, Felix Jennings appeared to be more composed, understanding how to gauge the situation, and temporarily restrained his hostility.
Summer curled her lips into a smile and said, "I thought you had something important to say. Do you think I’m stupid? You can stay far away and not bother me, but Stella Monroe always believed I killed her daughter, she won’t let me go."
"Then what exactly do you want?" 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝙚𝙬𝓮𝙗𝒏𝙤𝒗𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝒐𝓶
Summer tucked her hair behind her ear and said lightly, "I already said, as long as she tells the truth, I can let you go."
"That’s it?"
"That’s it."
Felix Jennings gritted his teeth, looked at Stella Monroe, and advised, "Stella, just tell her! Nothing could be worse than this, just say it!"
