Just adding a note about Cha Coco — I’m not sure if I mentioned this before or not haha, my memory is failing me. Chacoco can also be written as Cha Ke Ke. They have the same pronunciation.

Clearly, that silver-white feather was the angelic imprint Seraph had left within Adele’s magic circuits. It was a manifestation of core magic, capable of helping the girl sense Seraph’s location.

But the question that bothered Chacoco more was, why hadn’t Seraph’s core magic been rejected by that area of Adele’s magic circuits? While she herself had been targeted. Was the girl’s magic circuit selective?

However, this also meant that Seraph hadn’t misjudged Adele. So, despite her dissatisfaction, Chacoco was genuinely happy for her clumsy little sister. There was no concept of sisterhood among angels, as they had no parents or blood relations; their only connection was being creations of “the Lord.”

But Chacoco had fallen, tainted by the poison called “emotion.” Therefore, it was only natural for her to consider the seemingly smaller and younger Seraph as her sister, even if it was only one-sided. After all, Seraph wouldn’t have any kind words for her, even though she had fallen; she was still an angel loyal to “the Lord.” While Chacoco, along with Lucifer and the others, were completely rebellious fallen angels.

“Take it, and keep it safe. When the proud little Seraph can’t resist observing you again,”

“You can use the connection between the /N_o_v_e_l_i_g_h_t/ angelic imprint and her to find her hidden angelic domain.”

“When that time comes, Adele, you have to give her a good ‘mua’ for me!”

“...I, I understand!”

Adele thought she heard “mua” instead of “scold.” But that wasn’t important; what was important was the precious angelic imprint she held in both hands. The soft feather was gently touched and caressed by the girl, her gaze full of affection, as if she were treating a beloved girl. And it did indeed belong to someone Adele deeply loved.

“Since the problem is solved.”

Similarly, men could embed space gems into everyday items like watches, as long as they didn’t expose them in front of ordinary people, or “Muggles.” Chacoco quickly changed her makeup, and even her hair color changed from its original tea-colored straight hair to elegant red-brown curls. After putting on a mask and sunglasses, no one could recognize her.

Even if they did, it wouldn’t matter; she could change her look again in minutes. Then, she and Adele pushed open the door, immediately arriving outside the room closest to the seal hall. Adele had only seen a variation of this “door magic” from Headmistress Winona, changing and rearranging stairs, allowing one to freely reach any location within a limited space.

Clearly, both had a deep understanding of spatial laws. Or rather, only those at their level could comprehend spatial laws. Adele wasn’t there yet; she hadn’t even learned First Snow’s “short-range teleportation magic.” So far, her skills were limited to the elemental magic and its variations she had learned during those few days of special training, and “Kitty Paw Strike.”

But to be honest, First Snow’s Kitty Paw Strike wasn’t that weak! Perhaps Adele would truly make it famous in the future?

“First Snow! Xiao Ai!” Before even approaching the seal hall, Adele couldn’t wait to call out from afar. Although they were in the public space of the aquarium, Adele was too excited to care. Adele asked curiously, “Huh, doesn’t Miss Chacoco need to accompany her friend?”

“She’s probably still preparing for the performance. I have to wait until after her performance to chat with her.”

“Performance?”

Chacoco nodded. “Yes, the mermaid performance. She’s the mermaid.”
