Just as Chen Jiuge stepped into the Black Forest of the Spider Queen, he was greeted by a piercing shriek.

All around, on the towering trees, appeared various large black spiders, each with long legs holding torn pieces of clothing.

"Truly diligent, no wonder the Spider Queen leads such a carefree life!"

Chen Jiuge naturally couldn't be completely unguarded against the three fierce beasts in the back mountain. Each of their territories always had a Shadow Demon lurking, which would report any changes to Chen Jiuge periodically.

Most of the Heavenly Snakes liked to stay curled up sleeping in the Heavenly Snake Cave, while the White Ape King was more active, but that's mainly because he was busy looking after his tribe. After all, the White Ape Clan was reduced to only him; if he didn't put in the effort, the clan would be lost.

The Spider Queen's life, on the other hand, was far more carefree. With a self-replicating clan, she lived a life where food was served upon opening her mouth, and clothes were ready with a simple stretch of her hand.

Especially as most of the residents of the Star Moon Tribe began adopting a lifestyle more akin to cultivators from the True Realm, the Spider Queen's life improved even further.

Standing quietly in place, waiting for a while, the Spider Queen finally arrived.

"I don't believe you haven't instructed your clan. Just admit it," Chen Jiuge commented with a smile.

"Haha, by the way, what brings the Clan Leader to my place?" the Spider Queen changed the topic.

Though this human's cultivation was low, the Spider Queen instinctively felt uneasy, as if he was dangerous.

"There's something I need."

Glancing around, Chen Jiuge pointed at the surrounding black spiders showing respect. "Don't you feel your clan is a bit wasted?"

"Wasted? I've never thought so!" The Spider Queen shook her head, though she internally agreed that her clan shouldn't just spend their days weaving garments, but Chen Jiuge's words seemed to imply more. She couldn't afford to fall for it.
