The MILFs Club: Special Delivery for my Aunt
Chapter 56: The Paper Tiger
The service elevator jolted to a heavy stop the mechanical gears groaning as the industrial metal doors slowly slid apart.
Alexander stepped out onto the damp cold concrete of the basement loading dock flanked by the trembling hospital manager and the lone security guard.
Standing directly beneath the flickering fluorescent lights of the loading bay were five burly men in matching dark tactical jackets.
Their hands were tucked aggressively into their pockets and their expressions were cold hardened masks of pure intimidation.
The largest of the group a scarred man with a shaved head took a slow step forward blocking the only exit to the street.
He pulled a crumpled copy of the Sinclair non-disclosure agreement from his pocket and tossed it onto a nearby metal crate "Here’s how this goes kid" said the scarred man his voice a deep gravelly rumble "If you sign the paper right now you get to walk out of here completely intact. If you don’t? We’re going to have to break every single bone in your body."
The hospital manager instinctively took a step backward his boots shuffling against the gravelly concrete as he tried to shield himself behind the elevator frame.
Alexander looked at the five men his bare chest glistening under the harsh buzzing lights his bare feet planted firmly on the cold ground.
He didn’t blink.
He didn’t even show a flicker of hesitation.
Instead a slow incredibly mocking grin spread across his face as he looked each of them directly in the eyes "Just the five of you?" asked Alexander his tone completely calm and dripping with condescension "You are way too few for me. Let’s see if you actually have what it takes to speak to me in that tone. Personally I think you’re all missing the balls to back it up."
Beneath his arrogant exterior Alexander’s mind was operating at maximum efficiency.
He had rapidly analyzed their posture the way they held their weight and the distinct lack of drawn weapons.
If Arthur Sinclair truly wanted him dead or crippled these men would have rushed the elevator with iron bars or silenced pistols the moment the doors opened.
This wasn’t an execution; it was a high-stakes psychological play.
Alexander took a deliberate step forward.
The thugs shifted their weight their eyes widening slightly in surprise.
They had expected a terrified college student to burst into tears or beg for mercy not a shirtless barefoot maniac walking straight toward them with the confidence of a seasoned apex predator.
Alexander didn’t slow down.
He marched directly into their perimeter his shoulders relaxed as he calmly walked right past the lead enforcer treating the entire group like they were completely invisible.
The scarred man’s arm twitched his knuckles whitening inside his pockets as he desperately wanted to swing a fist and shatter Alexander’s jaw.
But he froze.
The strict absolute instructions from Sinclair’s legal counsel echoed in his mind: Intimidate him terrify him surround him but do not leave a single physical mark on his body that can be used against us in court.
Alexander kept walking his bare feet slapping against the concrete as he headed toward the exit ramp.
The five thugs turned around in absolute unison looking at each other in utter confusion and disbelief.
The entire grand spectacle—the compromised stairwells the knocked-out security guards the dramatic basement trap—had been meticulously staged to scare Alexander into a submissive panic.
But looking at the young man’s receding back the lead enforcer realized with a sinking feeling in his stomach that something was going completely terribly wrong with their plan.
The lead enforcer’s patience snapped.
Realizing their elaborate scare tactic had completely failed he bolted forward to cut off Alexander’s path "Hey! I said stop right there kid!" the leader roared but Alexander just kept moving completely ignoring the shout as he neared the exit ramp.
Desperate to regain control of the situation the scarred man extended his heavy hand grabbing Alexander roughly by the shoulder to force him to a halt.
Alexander slowly turned his head.
His eyes were entirely cold completely unfazed by the tight grip on his skin as he looked directly into the thug’s eyes "Is there something you need?" asked Alexander his voice a flat deadpan whisper.
"Sign the paper" the leader growled pointing a trembling finger back at the metal crate.
"Or else what?" asked Alexander tilting his head slightly.
"Or else I’ll personally give you a beating you’ll never forget" the man threatened stepping closer to try and use his massive frame to crowd him.
Instead of backing away or flinching Alexander simply stepped directly into the man’s personal space.
He confidently thrust his chin forward completely exposing his jaw and face and looked the enforcer dead in the eye with a terrifyingly calm smile "Make sure the first one lands right on my face" said Alexander.
The leader’s hand froze.
His knuckles trembled right in front of Alexander’s jaw his breathing heavy as he stared into the cold unblinking eyes of the shirtless young man.
The sheer weight of the threat combined with the strict corporate orders not to leave a single mark completely paralyzed him.
He couldn’t do it.
Alexander let out a soft mocking chuckle brushing the enforcer’s heavy hand off his shoulder with a casual flick of his wrist.
He turned his back on the entire group and calmly walked up the concrete exit ramp leaving the five thugs standing in the dim basement in absolute humiliated silence.
As he stepped out into the cool evening air the bright lights of the city street washed over his bare chest.
A yellow taxi happened to be cruising slowly past the hospital gates.
Alexander raised his hand flagging it down.
The cab screeched to a halt and Alexander pulled the rear door open sliding onto the worn leather seat "Take me to The Grand Regency Hotel" said Alexander to the driver.
"Sure thing buddy" the driver replied glancing nervously in the rearview mirror at his shirtless barefoot passenger before stepping on the gas.
The taxi merged smoothly into the traffic pulling away from the hospital.
The moment the building vanished from sight and he knew he was completely safe the icy facade Alexander had maintained completely shattered.
He instantly collapsed back into the seat his knees shaking violently as a massive wave of delayed adrenaline slammed into his nervous system.
His hands began to tremble so hard he could barely hold his phone and his chest heaved as he fought to catch his breath.
That had been too close.
Way too close.
He had pushed his luck to the absolute brink and if that thug had possessed even an ounce less restraint Alexander would have ended up right back in an emergency room bed.
