Watching the novel’s draft with horror, I stood up.

"W-What are you doing?" Acro the timid healing mage asked, "We aren’t done healing your wounds yet, if you move now then the wound will r-reopen!"

Vertere and Alleus looked at me with horror.

"Come on we’ve gotta move, Incus is going to y’know." I flicked my head, gesturing that Incus was going to stray far away.

"The hero? What’s she going to do?" A voice from the group of people I’ve saved asked.

"Don’t worry about it, it’s none of your concern... just stay here and keep huddling." Standing up, the healing barrier broke.

As the... three of us was about to leave, someone held my hand back.

Turning my head, Acro the healer was gripping my wrist.

"I’m sorry but I can’t let a patient of mind wander around scott free, if you are going to leave then take me with you..!" Acro winced.

If he’s going to be sticking with us then I better check if he could handle his own when danger comes.

Turning to Alleus and Vertere, I nodded at them.

With worry painted across their faces, they hesitantly nodded back.

"Alright Acro, if you follow us then I will give you a fair warning down." My voice then grew serious, "If you cannot keep up and hold your self in a battle then you should let go of me right now.

Glaring down at Acro, his hand was shaking frivolously.

"F-Fine, I ’Acro’ the light mage shall accompany you." He said with a shaky voice.

"I’m getting a sense of deja vu." Alleus chuckled.

She’s kind of right, this does remind me of when we recruited Vertere.

"Come on then, lets get going." Brushing past everyone, I watched as Incus jump up in the sky.

Raising a hero sword, she summoned a sky covering amount of ice swords.

"Wow... how glorious." Said Acro, completely engrossed in the visual spectacle of the swords of ice.

Thrusting her blade at the demon brutes, a wall of attacks flew across the air.

Incus was using one of the spear techniques from Radeius.

Slowly but it’s speed increasing at an incredible rate, the swords made of ice shot out in every direction, completely annihilating all demon brutes visible to the naked eye.

With a loud crackling sound as the ground began to shake.

"W-What is this, an earth quake?" Alleus struggled with her footing.

"What the hell is that!" Vertere pointed at something off into the distance.

Stepping outside the tent, the people I’ve saved looked with their jaw dropped.

"Stay in the tent damn it! Don’t step out—!" As I berrated them, a loud roar resonated behind me.

Turning to look at what everyone was looking at, my face grew pale.

"Check status." Said Incus.

Looking at the interface in front of her, I grimaced.

Not only was the thing incredibly powerful... however there was an upside.

"That thing is called the supreme demon brute, and because of it’s mass it’s slow." I stated, "Vertere make sure to form pathways for us across the air as we follow Incus."

"F-Follow Incus! Are you Insane!" Acro’s became a cold sweat, "Why don’t we just stay here—"

"Shut up Acro, you’ve already agreed to following us." I glared at him.

"This battle is not yet over, but do not cower in fear because this victory is ours!" Stomping her foot down, Incus commanded for the dragon scales armor to wrap around her.

As Incus was giving her speech, I called for Acro’s status window.

Focusing on his description, I was slightly surprised by what I saw.

So he was just a character made on the spot... I suppose he looks more like a background character than a named character.

Wait, he wasn’t even name dropped.

This guy is a true background character!

Focusing more intently on him, his face was pretty bland.

His hair was the tint of pale blond, which matched his blue pupils.

He could blend in as a background noble character but his appearance was too skinny and he was pretty timid.

"S-Stop looking at me like that." Acro stepped back, fiddling with his fingers.

"Ring." Vertere called for my name.

"Yeah, I got it." I then Extended my hand, "Scales, group me, Alleus, Vertere, and Acro together... and latch us onto Lieur."

"Don’t worry about that, all you need to do is focusing on defeating the remnents of the demon army.... and it looks like there isn’t much left of them so you can handle things from here." Said Incus with an arrogant grin painted across his face.

The supreme demon brute who’s height reached beyond the clouds took a step, the ground shook and the loud sound of it’s step resonated.

"Well then, let’s get this party started then shall we?" Said Incus, before summoning two hero swords and cloaking herself in lightning and strong gale:

"Excalibolt. Excaligale."

"Ice road!" Vertere conjured for ice to form beneath us.

As Incus began dashing at the supreme demon brute, and the extreme rate of speed that Incus was going on made my eyes dry as they were being pulled back.

Breathing became hard because of the forceful air gushing to my mouth and nose.

Eventually reaching the supreme demon brute, the demon was stomping down at us.

"Shit!" I yelped.

Replacing her wind hero’s sword with one that gave off a dark aura, Incus jumped up into the sky, face forward at the foot of the demon.

"What the hell is this rotten bastard doing!" Vertere shouted, his voice filled with disparity.
