Chapter 380: Jamus Kalimasada

The Jamus Kalimasada is a weapon possessed by Prabu Puntadewa, also known as Yudistira, the leader of the Pandavas. In legend, the Jamus Kalimasada takes the form of three powerful weapons, the clear form of which is unknown.

However, in reality, the Jamus Kalimasada is a thick book with over a thousand pages.

On the front cover, there is an inscription in Sanskrit that translates to "Eternity Prison" at the top of the book, and at the bottom, there is an inscription meaning "He Who Defies the Heavens."

In the middle, there is a large green gem that glows in the dark and dims in the light. For Moku, who can see spirits, he can sense the presence of someone within the gem.

The true power of the Jamus Kalimasada lies within this green gem, acting as both a source of energy and a prison that confines.

During the Battle of Batarayudha, Yudistira only used the Jamus Kalimasada to manifest three weapons: a spear, a sword, and a shield. Thus, the true appearance and power of the Jamus Kalimasada could not be fully displayed.

However, for Moku, the Jamus Kalimasada is much stronger than Arjuna’s Pasopati or Karna’s Indrastra (Indra Bow).

Unfortunately, Yudistira is not a frontline fighter. He is more of a leader, strategist, and politician among the Pandavas.

In the stories, the fierceness of Bima, the agility of Arjuna, and the mischief of Sakula and Nadewa are clearly heard, while Yudistira seems to fade into the background, although upon closer examination, Yudistira plays a crucial role in the safety and lives of the Pandavas.

Perhaps as the eldest son and also due to his high intelligence, Yudistira chooses to support his other siblings to shine.

The Javanese leather puppet (wayang) stories recount the origin of the Jamus Kalimasada.

Initially, there was a king named Prabu Kalimantara from the Nusahantara Kingdom who attacked the heavens with his aides, Sarotama and Ardadedali.

Riding Garuda Banatara, Kalimantara wreaked havoc on the abode of the gods.

Batara Guru, the heavenly king, asked for the help of Bambang Sakutrem from the Sapta Arga hermitage to defeat Kalimantara.

Using his magic, Sakutrem successfully killed all the enemies of the gods.

Their bodies transformed into four weapons: Kalimantara became a book named the Jamus Kalimasada, Sarotama and Ardadedali each became arrows, while Garuda Banatara became an umbrella named Tunggulnaga.

Sakutrem then passed down these four heirlooms from generation to generation to his descendant named Resi Wiyasa or Abiyasa.

Moku once asked Garuda about this story, but all he received was a deadpan face and a look that made him feel foolish.

Moku could only scratch his head and decide to stop asking about it forever. He still didn’t want to risk damaging his relationship with the embodiment of the Mind Realm.

When Abiyasa’s five grandsons, the Pandavas, established a new kingdom named Amarta, these weapons were passed down to them as sacred relics in the palace.

Among the heirlooms of the Kingdom of Amarta, the Jamus Kalimasada held the highest rank.

Many wayang stories tell of the attempts by the Pandavas’ enemies to steal the Jamus Kalimasada. However, this sacred heirloom always returned to be reclaimed by Yudistira and his four brothers.

The Jamus Kalimasada in Moku’s hands today is only a replica of the original.

He created it using the power of the Mind Realm with dragon prana as its energy source.

Although only a replica, the Jamus Kalimasada in Moku’s hands can harness 40% of its original power. For Moku, 40% is sufficient to unlock all the secrets that Foras possesses.

"Buy me time!" said Moku, ordering the Shadow Soldiers to attack.

Thousands of Shadow Soldiers surged forward toward Foras, who was ready to engage in battle once again.

They came from all sides, covering everything Foras could see with his eyes. However, the demon of doom didn’t seem phased by it.

He clenched his fists tightly and delivered powerful jabs that made the air around him tremble intensely. Hundreds of Shadow Soldiers were thrown backward before their bodies crumbled into dust.

Yet, hundreds more came to replace them and surrounded Foras from all sides.

Foras, agile as ever, dodged left and right, avoiding every Shadow Soldier that attempted to touch him.

The strong aura around his body also carried the essence of doom, causing anyone who approached to suffer damage.

However, Shadow Soldiers were not living beings; they lacked emotions and only acted based on Moku’s commands. So, even as their comrades fell left and right, they continued to attack with fervor.

Despite Foras being incredibly strong and fast, he only had two hands and two feet.

Though each punch and kick could destroy hundreds of Shadow Soldiers, hundreds more would come to take their place.

Eventually, the Shadow Soldiers found a gap in Foras’s defense and managed to land their first attack.

*BOOM! *BOOM! *BOOM! *BOOM!

Foras’s back was struck by dozens of consecutive blows from hundreds of Shadow Soldiers that managed to bypass his defenses. He was thrown forward, and blood began to spurt from his mouth.

Each Shadow Soldier possessed at least 10% of Moku’s physical abilities, so their attacks couldn’t be shrugged off easily.

If Mana Demons were the ones struck by the blows of the Shadow Soldiers, they would have been shattered into pieces, leaving only the remnants of their destroyed bodies.

However, fortunately for Foras, he wasn’t a Mana Demon; he possessed a body as robust as Moku’s, allowing him to withstand the Shadow Soldiers’ blows without being killed instantly.

Nonetheless, the damage he sustained was severe.

But as Foras’s body was injured, the coin with the faces of a demon and an angel above his head flipped again.

Once more, the coin stopped, showing the demon face, and all the Shadow Soldiers who had launched the previous attack shattered into pieces with bodies filled with the wounds Foras had previously endured.

Meanwhile, Foras’s body returned to its original state without a scratch in sight.

Moku witnessed it all, and the Jamus Kalimasada in his hand opened up. Pages flipped rapidly as if Moku wasn’t reading them but simply wanted to flip through the pages of this book.

As Moku was engrossed with the Jamus Kalimasada tome, the deadly battle between Foras and the thousands of Shadow Soldiers continued unabated.

Every second, hundreds to thousands of Shadow Soldiers were slain, yet Moku swiftly summoned more to take their place.

Foras, likewise, couldn’t break free from the encirclement of the Shadow Soldiers.

Several times, he had to endure deadly attacks from them before the coin above his head flipped, erasing all the wounds on his body.

The coin never once landed on the angel face and always stopped at the demon face.

Though Moku couldn’t be certain, he suspected that the appearance of the demon face wasn’t a favorable outcome for anyone attacking Foras.

However, if it truly was a coin flip, the chances of getting the demon face should have been 50:50. So why did the demon face always appear, and never the angel face?

Moku felt that Foras might be tampering with the coin flip to ensure the demon face always appeared.

However, he didn’t need to worry about it; the answer would soon reveal itself through the Jamus Kalimasada.

Seizing an opportunity, Foras fired an energy beam from his mouth, disintegrating all the Shadow Soldiers in front of him.

Taking advantage of this, Foras darted forward at incredible speed, almost teleporting, and approached Moku.

Moku only watched as Foras drew near with a neutral expression.

Foras unleashed a powerful axe kick, causing the air around him to tremble.

Space seemed to split as Foras swung his leg with immense force, and Moku could feel the tremendous pressure from the kick.

However, before Foras’s leg could connect with Moku, a sudden deadly attack came from Foras’s side, forcing him to cancel his kick to dodge.

It was the sudden appearance of thousands of Shadow Soldiers launching their Brajadenta attack simultaneously.

Like tracking missiles, a Giant Brajadenta, a quarter-sized of Bitter Maja’s size, chased Foras relentlessly from behind.

Despite Foras being much faster, other Shadow Soldiers came to block his escape.

As a result, the Giant Brajadenta found its target and exploded violently, causing the air around it to ignite, and rocks to melt.

*BOOM!!!!

Moku himself wouldn’t have survived the attack without severe injuries, so Foras should have suffered the same fate.

When the explosion from the Giant Brajadenta subsided, Foras’s figure emerged, his body covered in burns and some parts melted.

The coin above his head flipped again.

Narrowing his eyes, if the demon face appeared again, thousands of Shadow Soldiers would instantly melt away. Although he could summon them again quickly, it would still deplete his dwindling reserve of dragon prana.

But contrary to Moku’s worries, the coin stopped at the angel face.

Moku prepared to see what effect would arise when the coin showed the angel face.

However, nothing happened.

No Shadow Soldiers melted or sustained any damage. The angel face of the Coin Determination seemed to have no effect, rendering it seemingly useless.

But as Moku returned his gaze to Foras, he saw Foras’s body made whole again, without a single scratch.

"Are you in despair now?" Foras asked, a smirk playing across his annoying face.

"Fuck!"
