Before Damian became the Progenitor of Vampires, there were only a few noble vampire clans in existence. However, after his emergence, everything changed.

Before his rise, there were twelve noble vampire clans, including the five Vampire Count clans.

The twelve noble vampire clans were:

The Dracula Clan, a lineage that possessed the bloodline ability known as the Energy of Corruption, capable of corrupting anything it touches.

The Kuroyami Clan, a clan of vampires who wielded the power to create and manipulate darkness, with the potential to engulf the entire world in shadow.

The Brenlith Clan, vampires who possessed the ability to generate crimson vampiric flames of immense destructive power.

The Kaminari Clan, a clan whose members could create and control vampiric lightning, granting them speed as swift as a lightning bolt.

The Valthryne Clan, vampires gifted with the power of ice, capable of freezing anything, even space itself into stillness.

The Amodus Clan, a clan renowned for their mastery over illusions, with the terrifying ability to make those illusions manifest into reality.

The Surus Clan, vampires who could conjure blood-red water, powerful enough to summon massive tsunamis and drown entire cities.

The Remal Clan, a clan with the unique ability to transform into giants, greatly enhancing their physical strength beyond that of other vampires.

The Ramuras Clan, vampires blessed with foresight, the ability to glimpse into the future. Due to this rare power, they were often granted special status among the clans.

The Sterling Clan, a clan that could create and manipulate threads and strings so strong that they were nearly impossible to sever.

The Nandurs Clan, vampires who possessed immense telekinetic power, capable of moving mountains with a mere wave of their hand, given sufficient strength.

The Marrias Clan, a clan with the ability to alter temperature through touch. Depending on their power, they could melt even the hardest metals or freeze entire oceans.

These were vampire noble clans that had already existed long before Damian became their Vampire Progenitor.

After his emergence, however, Damian, the Vampire Progenitor, had generously bestowed his progenitor blood essence upon his vampire wives and other noble vampires so that they could create new noble vampires and strengthen the entire vampire faction as a whole.

It had been some time since then, and in the years that followed, hundreds of new nobles had been created.

This led to the rise of entirely new noble vampire clans after eons.

Today was a special day. It was the day when the King of Vampires, the Vampire Progenitor, would officially recognize these new clans.

It was a tradition vampires had followed since the very creation of their species, and Damian actually found that he quite liked it.

That was why, before going to meet the dragon factions in the Upper Plane, he decided to hold a small gathering of all the high-ranking noble vampires and formally announce the establishment of the new noble vampire clans.

"Hmm, I see all the leaders of the noble clans are in good health. Some of you have even grown much stronger than the last time I saw you... very good."

The Vampire Progenitor smiled with genuine happiness.

As the progenitor of all vampires, nothing could make him happier than seeing his species grow stronger, prosper, and rise ever higher.

Those words from their progenitor were like a divine blessing to the vampires.

They immediately felt uplifted, and in the next moment, the entire throne hall was filled with a proud, joyful atmosphere.

Perhaps it was the effect of being in the presence of the Progenitor, or perhaps it was the innate happiness they felt from pleasing him, but regardless of the reason, they all felt an overwhelming sense of elation.

"We're glad that you are pleased with our progress, my king," one of the noble clan leaders said, a beaming smile spread across her face.

She had brown hair and pale, porcelain-like skin like all noble vampires, and blood-red eyes that glowed with emotion as she gazed upon the incredibly handsome face of her king.

She was Kylie Ramuras, the current leader of the Ramuras Noble Clan.

Among all the noble clans, aside from the five Count Clans, the Ramuras Clan was the most adored by the vampire progenitor because of their unique bloodline ability, the power to see into the future.

It might not have been a battle-oriented ability, but it was without a doubt one of the most powerful abilities among the entire vampire species.

The future was never constant. It was always shifting due to choices, fleeting moments, and unexpected turns of events, making it inherently unpredictable.

The Ramuras Clan's ability allowed them to glimpse possible future timelines.

Though these visions could change, that did not make the ability any less valuable.

In fact, it meant they could observe potential outcomes and alter their decisions accordingly, effectively manipulating the flow of events to their advantage.

Of course, as the progenitor of vampires, Damian inherently possessed all bloodline abilities within the species.

This included the same future-seeing power.

However, he rarely made use of it, as it was not particularly useful to him.

Even so, its value was undeniable, so much so that Damian held the Ramuras Clan, and especially its leader, Kylie Ramuras, in high regard.

In truth, Kylie had already begun to entertain a secret dream that perhaps the king had taken a liking to her, and that one day he might choose her as one of his wives. If that were to happen, her joy would know no bounds.

Damian, for his part, was well aware of the desire Kylie Ramuras harbored for him.

However, he was in no hurry to take more wives. He intended to observe her a while longer before making any such decision.

"Let us proceed with the ceremony, shall we?" Damian said, waving his hand.

In the next second, five noble vampires stepped forward and knelt before the throne.

These five were of the new age, vampires created from the Progenitor's primordial blood essence. Because of this, their potential far surpassed that of the vampires of the past.

Each of them had awakened bloodline abilities on par with the Twelve Vampire Noble Clans.

Hence, Damian had decided to recognize them as the leaders of new noble clans.

Of course, these five vampires currently had no true clans of their own, only a handful of followers at best. But that did not matter. Once officially recognized, they would be able to establish their own territories, clan structures, and lineage.

The first of the new noble vampires knelt on one knee, his left hand placed behind his back and his right hand over his chest.

His head remained lowered, as if refusing to meet the gaze of the Vampire King out of reverence and respect.

He was none other than Sir Lucian Holloway, the first noble vampire created after the emergence of the Vampire Progenitor.

Once a plebeian vampire who had served Amaya Kuroyami in the past, he was now deemed worthy enough to be granted authority to form a noble clan of his own.

In truth, Lucian himself had no interest in forming a clan. All he sought was knowledge and research into every form of the supernatural he could get his hands on.

However, Damian had insisted that he establish an official noble clan. How could he refuse the will of his king?

In the end, he accepted the arrangement. He also knew that the king would not treat him like the other noble clans.

After all, Damian had even granted him permission to establish research facilities across Earth, Morris, and had promised assistance in building facilities wherever he desired.

Damian's wives, Gaia, Hela, Avenya, and Grace, watched everything while seated beside him on either side.

The vampire wives were also present, standing according to their positions as leaders of the Count Clans.

Amelia was present as well.

As the patron goddess of the vampire species, she rightfully took her seat beside her husband.

However, she chose to remain composed and observe the ceremony.

This was an official vampire ceremony, and since Gaia, Hela, Avenya, and Grace were not vampires, they were not bound by tradition.

In fact, as the wives of the king, the five countesses could have chosen to sit beside him. However, they chose not to.

At least for today, they wished to experience this historic moment as clan leaders rather than as the wives of the Vampire Progenitor, just this once.

Kathryne Dracula, however, was visibly annoyed that the other four had chosen to stand as clan leaders instead of sitting as the king's wives.

She would have much preferred to sit on her husband's lap rather than stand among the clan leaders.

It was Lillian Brenlith, Amaya Kuroyami, and Akira Kaminari who insisted they attend the ceremony as clan leaders.

If only Tiana and Kathryne had refused, it would have seemed disrespectful to the other noble clans, even if they were the king's wives.

So they had no choice but to comply.

Damian, however, did not mind their arrangement.

As long as his wives were happy, he was satisfied.

Returning to the noble clan initiation ceremony, the process itself was not complicated.

Each vampire simply had to declare their noble clan name under the acknowledgment of the Vampire Progenitor.

Once done, their clan name would be bound to their bloodline forever, passed down through all future generations.
