Gu Yuan curled her lips into a smile, "What are you thanking me for?"

Chi Yu squatted down in front of her, making Gu Yuan look down on him, and said, "Thank you for coming tonight, and thank you for... your flying kiss."

"Oh? Flying kiss, huh? That was meant for someone else," Gu Yuan feigned seriousness, "You probably just happened to see it and thought it was for you."

Chi Yu: "..."

He suddenly stood up.

Hands on his hips, with a face full of shock, "Not for me? Who was it for? A man or a woman?"

He actually believed it!

Gu Yuan remained silent.

Chi Yu panicked for a few seconds but quickly realized that Sheng Yi wasn’t even here tonight, and Yuanyuan would never make such gestures to anyone else.

It must have been meant for him.

His hand was gently tapped, and Chi Yu looked down to see Gu Yuan tapping his hand and then pointing to the seat beside her, "Sit."

Chi Yu obediently sat down next to Gu Yuan. She was about to ask how he felt about winning the award tonight, but as soon as he sat down, he gestured a heart sign to her, identical to the one she did.

Then he made a flying kiss, "Yuanyuan, I really, really like it."

Gu Yuan’s laughter threshold was low at the moment; any expression or remark from Chi Yu could easily make her laugh, "What do you like?"

Time was almost up. Gu Yuan stood up, and Chi Yu followed suit, asking her, "Ready to go back?"

"Yes," Gu Yuan replied, showing him her wristwatch, "It’s almost ten, outside must have cleared out."

Chi Yu had no interest in checking the time, he was just focused on looking at Gu Yuan.
