The Witcher – Uchiha Madara!
Chapter 344 - A Time Just for the Three of Them.
[Chapter Size: 2500 Words.]
Third Person POV
Mizunagi.
...
...
A huge castle had been rebuilt in Mizunagi, the place that Madara named between Cintra and Sodden.
Ciri woke up that morning, stretching her arms, noticing that her husband was not in bed, leaving her alone with only a thin silk sheet covering her body.
She moved her legs to the side of the bed and stood up, checked the crib, but Aren wasn’t there either. She knew he was with his father and could hear the sound of something being fried as her hearing sharpened.
Still a bit sleepy, she went to her clothes in a small wardrobe that Madara had made and put on only panties and a bra, then walked barefoot in a somewhat hurried and bouncy way, going down the stairs, already able to smell the food being prepared.
She found her husband heating water with coffee beans, beans that Madara had bought from a merchant from the other side of the continent, while there was also meat and eggs with some bread on the table, which he must have gone to some city—being able to go anywhere on the continent—to buy along with other supplies. She found Aren in another wooden crib that Madara made, with just a blanket for him to lie on, while he was there playing.
"Good morning, my loves!" Ciri said, with a yawn, even though she almost shouted.
Her husband wore only pants, while she was only in a bra and panties. It was just the two of them in the middle of nowhere with their newborn son, so there was no problem in feeling more comfortable in that isolated area used only by them. Besides, Aren was just a baby, so it made no difference to feel a bit at ease.
Anyway, Ciri soon realized she would have to take off her bra when Aren, hearing her voice, automatically began to cry. Madara looked at Ciri, who had just arrived in the kitchen, and gave a small smile, but with closed lips, as he always did.
"Good morning, Ciri," Madara replied. "It seems our son wants to feed."
He said this as she opened a wider smile, approaching the small crib.
"Oh, my baby... are you hungry? Mommy is here, don’t worry..." she said, while starting to remove her bra, picking up the small baby of a few weeks and bringing him to her breasts, while the boy latched on hungrily.
She settled at the table while looking at the boy, letting him feed comfortably from her milk. Then she turned her eyes to Madara, watching him stir the goose eggs and the meat.
"What is it?" he asked, without turning his gaze to her, knowing she was staring at him, while she wore a mischievous smile.
"What is it? Can’t I look at my husband while he’s cooking?" she teased.
"You can, but you’re looking more than usual, and you have that silly girl grin on your face..." Madara said, still keeping his eyes only on the food he was making.
"I’m admiring your body, my love. And I am a teenage girl in love with her husband!" she said and protested, while her son happily fed from her.
She began to look at Madara’s back — nothing exaggerated, but still full of muscle fibers. Madara didn’t have an extremely muscular body, but there were still well-defined muscles just the way she liked. It was the body of a warrior and, in fact, it was extremely attractive.
’I’m crazy about you, my love...’ she couldn’t help but think with a small laugh, letting her desire for Madara show.
"So, did Aren wake you up and you decided to get up early?" she asked, taking her eyes off the outline of Madara’s back, trying to divide her thoughts. She shouldn’t be thinking about taking her husband to bed, at least not now. Aren had to sleep so they could have more privacy.
"More or less. I woke up, but Aren noticed and demanded to be held. I knew he would scream and cry if I left, and I didn’t want to wake you..."
"Well, it’s not like that hasn’t already happened, right?" she murmured.
In the past few weeks, they had been waking up several times during the night with the baby crying, whether for food, some small pain, or even because he had relieved himself and needed his diapers changed.
The first option, Ciri always handled, feeding him with her breast milk or giving him some things that Madara could quickly prepare for him to eat, as long as it was something pasty so that a baby could swallow it.
Madara, on the other hand, could heal any discomfort or small injury he might have, like sleeping in a wrong position or bumping against the crib bars.
The diapers... well, that was something Madara said didn’t exist in that world. He himself had to create some, after buying various fabrics and putting his clones to make thousands of them a little before Aren’s birth.
That way, their son never dirtied anything around, unlike most children, who certainly gave their parents a lot of work, since there was always mess spread everywhere when they needed to relieve themselves.
Ciri, honestly, hated that part, and had to be grateful for her husband finding the solution of creating those diapers, where it was enough to remove them, clean the small mess from Aren only on his little bottom, and then put on a new diaper.
Cleaning her son’s bottom wasn’t a problem. The problem was dealing with mess spread everywhere. So, they were doing well.
They woke up at night, yes, but it wasn’t something frequent to the point of disturbing everything. After all, they had been spending these last three weeks isolated from everyone.
They wanted to have some time just for themselves, while taking care of Aren. It could be said they were living their first moment of peace after years of fighting and constant training, while their son received all the attention and love from his parents.
Madara took the hot griddle off the fire and placed it on the table, while Ciri finally saw that Aren was satisfied, no longer wanting to drink from her breast.
"Can you make that rocking chair for him?" she asked.
Madara, with one hand, made the sign of a seal. The wood began to form out of nowhere. Two arcs appeared as a base, creating a small rocking structure that closed at the top, taking the shape of a suspended cradle.
Madara simply removed the blankets from the other crib and placed them there, while Ciri adjusted Aren, placing him carefully before starting to rock him gently. The boy began to laugh.
"You like it, don’t you?" she said, smiling.
She saw some toys on the table and picked them up. "Look at the little horse," she said, making the wooden horse gallop in the air with her hand.
Then, she looked at the dragon and picked it up as well, lifting it into the air with slight telekinesis. "Look at the little dragon," she exclaimed, as the dragon flew over the cradle.
The boy watched it with curiosity and soon began to laugh and clap, enchanted by the small spectacle of those animals he still couldn’t identify.
He would never remember that moment, but in the future, he would certainly be someone happy. And that was exactly what Ciri wanted to give him.
A memory before they had to leave him behind. She wanted him to have some vague feeling that Aren was loved...
The feeling seemed to weigh a little on her heart, as Madara touched her shoulder, seeming to realize what she was thinking. She looked at him, and Madara simply nodded.
"He is a happy boy... and we will make sure he also has a happy future," he said.
Even he looked at the boy with a weight in his heart... From the moment he saw him, the boy was his son, and he could say nothing more. He loved that child, even if it wasn’t the right time to have him. He was happy to have Aren since his birth.
Those words weighed on Ciri’s heart more than they should. Their boy would have to be left behind so they could deal with their enemies.
"Let’s make him remember each of these moments," she murmured, before starting to laugh. "Actually, the person I want to have this happy moment is myself. Am I being selfish?" she admitted and looked at Madara cautiously. 𝒻𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘸ℯ𝒷𝘯𝘰𝑣ℯ𝑙.𝘤𝑜𝘮
"You are his mother. Of course you will feel that way. He is also my son, and I also want to have these memories," Madara replied.
Ciri looked at him and nodded. She liked her husband’s seriousness when speaking like that.
Ciri then stood up, still letting the dragon fly over the cradle. From time to time, the boy let out a small shout each time the dragon appeared in his field of vision, following it to the other side.
Ciri hugged Madara from the side, their bodies touching one another.
"This is the happiest moment I’ve ever had in my life, Madara. Look at him... he is part of both of us. I want to mark this moment in my heart. These weeks have been so wonderful that, sometimes, I feel like simply leaving everything behind and staying like this forever."
She paused before continuing. "Wouldn’t you wish for that too? No more battles, no wars, no throne... just the two of us, somewhere in the middle of nowhere, while we watch our son grow. Tell me... would you have the same desires as I do? We would have more children... we would never have problems with food or protecting them... we could have many of them," she said, revealing her desires.
"Would you give up everything?" he asked, looking at her from the side.
Ciri pressed her lips together. "Yes... I would give up everything, if we could live like this," she replied.
Her eyes returned to the little baby, who once again shouted as the dragon flew overhead. Ciri still controlled the dragon the entire time with a finger, using telekinetic magic.
Seeing that small, joyful and innocent form, playing, knowing that he was safe, that she would always keep him safe, without needing to think about wars or politics...
Seeing what she and Madara had created — that small, beautiful, and fragile life they needed to care for, a life that was also part of them — awakened a feeling Ciri had never felt before.
She had found something for which she would give her life without thinking twice.
"I know... do you think I don’t wish for that too? But we were born with our own burdens, Ciri. Do you remember that time I told you about my true identity and about me being from another world? On those rocks on the coast of Ard Skellige, at sunset... When you accepted my story and that I didn’t originally belong to this world..."
"I love you... I saw what happened to the other Ciri... She was happy many times, but here, I have you..." she murmured.
He listened in silence with a brief pause before continuing. "I wanted to stay there with you forever as well, raise our children... but we can’t. Remember that, just like us, there are families in Cintra who didn’t have the same luck we had of having our baby here, protected and safe. Many parents, scattered across that kingdom, are waiting for something better."
Madara then looked at her more firmly. "We didn’t choose our burdens, but we can decide our path, Ciri. And we also don’t have the luxury of simply running away. Not with such enemies out there, waiting and putting Aren in danger as well. Once we deal with them, we will rebuild Cintra. We will raise Aren there... and also other children who will come."
Ciri couldn’t help but shed a few tears, leaning against his shoulder, sad, but also dreamy.
"Yes, Madara... you’re right," she said, looking at the boy.
"I wish to have twins... I want to have girls too," she confessed.
"We can have them in the future. And I would prefer them to have your appearance," he said.
"Really?" she asked, smiling.
"I like your white hair and your green eyes. Why couldn’t our daughter be like that?" Madara replied.
Ciri’s smile widened even more. "Then let’s have a pair of daughters like that. I want twins," she continued, dreaming.
Anyway, Ciri let go of the dragon and began tickling the small baby, who started squirming, laughing, before being attacked by a shower of kisses from his mother.
Madara prepared the bread along with the meat and eggs. Ciri sat beside her husband, while continuing to rock the cradle and eat, accompanied by a juice that Madara had prepared.
After that, they went outside. The castle had a deck facing the lagoon in front of the Japanese-style wooden castle, and Madara took the opportunity to do some fishing. He liked doing that.
Ciri, who was terrible at it, as she had already shown before, just watched, while keeping Aren on top of her, in a beach-style chair that Madara had created with Mokuton.
She played with the boy, while Madara kept watching his rod and the line in the water, waiting for something to bite. Aren also kept watching his father standing still, and Ciri tried to explain things to the baby. Madara didn’t use chakra, nor his perceptions — he just stayed there, relaxing.
They did this frequently. They also read books, walked through the forest, bathed in a nearby waterfall... the routine varied quite a bit in the past weeks, but they remained there, just enjoying each other’s company and everything that environment could offer.
For Ciri and Madara, that was already perfect.
There were no more battles, planning, strategies, or political games.
It was just them... and their little baby.
When the baby finally began to want to sleep, Ciri placed him in a spot where there was another crib near the entrance of the castle on the wooden deck, not out of their sight.
As soon as Ciri left Aren sleeping, she approached Madara, removed the fishing rod from her husband’s hands without any warning and sat on his lap with a suggestive look, while Madara looked at his rod on the ground and at his carefree and silly wife.
She was already wearing only panties.
Madara didn’t take long to react. In a few moments, both had already undressed, letting themselves be carried by the moment as they gave themselves to each other right there on the deck.
For the first time in that life, Madara found himself living something he had never experienced before: Having a family, a routine between relaxing, taking care of their son, and loving Ciri.
And those weeks ended up completely filling his days.
