Though he was now CCG’s most famous and strongest investigator internally, few people outside CCG would recognize him.

So as he and Rize walked around campus, aside from their good looks attracting attention, they didn’t draw excessive notice.

"I’m actually a bit surprised you’d want to experience student life more deeply."

Byakuya remarked.

"It’s because staying home every day is too boring, and you have less and less time to spend with me."

Rize said.

Being interested in student life was one thing; wanting Byakuya to accompany her on an outing was another.

"Alright, seems like that’s my fault. I should spend more time taking you out."

Byakuya said.

Afterward, he first took Rize to the cafeteria.

"Most students eat breakfast in the cafeteria before morning classes start, or maybe they’ve already eaten at home. I’m just bringing you here to experience it—you don’t have to actually eat."

Byakuya said.

Since Rize wanted a deeper experience, he planned to give her an immersive university life experience.

He ordered two breakfasts in the cafeteria, sitting like other students to eat.

"No, I’m just visiting. But I’m technically on leave, so I’ll eventually come back to continue my studies."

Byakuya replied.

"I see. We thought you’d be too busy at CCG. Still found time to visit school."

"You might not know this, Amaha, but you’re a big celebrity here now. Rumors say you’re CCG’s strongest investigator—is that true or false?"

"Is this young lady a student here? Or Amaha’s colleague at CCG?"

Since Byakuya had been away so long, and there were many rumors about him, classmates enthusiastically asked him many questions—so many he couldn’t keep up.
