"Stop dreaming. Be careful over there. The sooner you finish the mission, the sooner you can come back," Wang Qian said.

"Will there be a reward when I return?" Xiang Yu joked.

Wang Qian chuckled and replied, "Stop joking. Be safe."

After exchanging a few casual remarks, they hung up the phone, and Xiang Yu randomly found a hotel to stay in.

Inside the hotel, he thoroughly checked the place to ensure it was safe. Once everything seemed fine, he relaxed on the bed.

He recalled the first time he stayed in a hotel in the city; his mood was completely different now compared to back then.

Lying there for a while, he soon fell into a sleepy haze. When he woke up, it was already night, and the surroundings were pitch black.

He turned on the light and ordered some food to fill his stomach.

Rising to stand by the window, he quietly watched the outside. Xiang Yu suddenly felt a bit nostalgic; sometimes, he wished he could be an ordinary person, going to work regularly and living a comfortable life.

Around ten o’clock in the evening, Xiang Yu put on his clothes and went out.

His main task now was to meet with Number One, but he couldn’t make a direct call, worrying that his phone might be tapped.

He walked around casually outside, the streets brightly lit and bustling with traffic, all signs of the city’s prosperity.

Just then, Xiang Yu suddenly felt two pairs of eyes watching him from not far behind.

He didn’t look back, but the feeling was intense.

He walked a bit further ahead, then quickly turned into a small path.

The two people behind continued to follow him closely. They were professional trackers, trained rigorously, confident that Xiang Yu would not notice them.

But just as they stepped onto the small path, they realized Xiang Yu had vanished.

"What’s going on?" One of them asked, puzzled.

"Who are you?"

Xiang Yu appeared abruptly in front of them, startling the two. One of them instinctively reached for his gun.

Xiang Yu’s eyes turned cold as he threw a knife that pierced the man’s arm, quickly stepping forward to grab the man’s throat.

"Don’t make me repeat myself," Xiang Yu said coldly.

"Don’t be rash, let’s talk it over," the other man said worriedly, "We were sent by the higher-ups to follow you."

Xiang Yu had already guessed their identities; they must have been sent by the COM organization.

"This is just a warning. I don’t want there to be a next time. Let your superiors know, if they send people to follow me again, I won’t be polite," Xiang Yu said coldly.

He finished speaking, pulled out the knife, and slowly walked away.

The two trembled all over, feeling the chilling aura of death from Xiang Yu’s sudden outburst earlier.

Back on the street, Xiang Yu carefully sensed the environment around him. After ensuring no one was following, he continued walking forward.

"Help, help!"

At that moment, a young woman ran toward him from ahead, and upon seeing Xiang Yu, she immediately came over and clung to his arm.

Four men were also rushing over from behind.

"Hey kid, this doesn’t concern you, get lost," the four men arrogantly said.

"Please, help me. They’re bad guys; they want to sell me," the woman cried, trembling.

"Do you have a phone?" Xiang Yu calmly asked the woman.

The woman nodded instinctively and handed the phone to Xiang Yu.

When the four men saw Xiang Yu preparing to make a call, they shouted and charged at him.

"Kid, you dare to call the police? You’re dead."

Xiang Yu saw them rushing over, and with a kick for each one, handled them easily. For dealing with such punks, Xiang Yu didn’t even need to use his hands.

"Hello, I’m Sun Bo," Sun Bo said politely.

"It’s Xiang Yu," Xiang Yu replied simply.

"Brother Yu, why did you change your phone?" Sun Bo said excitedly. He couldn’t have imagined Xiang Yu would call at this time.

"I’m in the capital now. Come over tomorrow," Xiang Yu gave Sun Bo his specific location.

Upon hearing Xiang Yu had returned to China, Sun Bo quickly agreed, overjoyed.

After hanging up, Xiang Yu deleted the call record and handed the phone back to the woman beside him.

The woman looked at Xiang Yu dumbly, then blushed and said, "Thank you for saving me, big brother. I’m Wang Zixuan. Can I get to know you?"

Xiang Yu shook his head, ignoring her, and walked on.

He was here for the mission, not to flirt with women; especially ones who were chased around at night and proactively tried to chat.

When the woman saw Xiang Yu ignoring her, she stepped forward two steps to try to call out to him. Xiang Yu pulled out a dagger and played with it in his hand.

The woman quickly ran away upon seeing this.

After walking around the street for a while, Xiang Yu returned to the hotel to rest.

The next day, Xiang Yu was awakened by a series of urgent knocks. He opened the door groggily and caught sight of Sun Bo’s excited face outside.

"How did you get here so fast? Weren’t you in the south?" Xiang Yu asked.

"I rushed back overnight."

Sun Bo came in, closed the door, and unpacked some food onto the table.

"Brother Yu, you probably haven’t eaten yet," Sun Bo said with a smile.

Sun Bo was the general manager of the Yuran Group. The group was spread across the country and even had many branches overseas.

It could be said that Sun Bo was a globally renowned figure, with countless reporters following him.

If he hadn’t suddenly rushed back from the south at night, there might have been many followers.

After a quick wash and some food, Xiang Yu said, "I want to meet with Number One. Is there a way?"

Sun Bo froze upon hearing this. He didn’t know what Xiang Yu wanted to do, and Number One was a leading figure in China; he’s not someone you can just meet.

"Brother Yu, why do you want to see him?" Sun Bo asked curiously.

Although Sun Bo didn’t participate in Xiang Yu’s affairs, he knew a little about them and was genuinely worried Xiang Yu might harm Number One.

"I have important matters to discuss with him," Xiang Yu replied calmly.

Sun Bo awkwardly smiled. In his impression, Xiang Yu had never worked with Number One, although he had contacted him briefly about business issues.

But it was just a few simple words.

"If you just want to meet him, I might have a way, but if you want to discuss issues with him, that’s a bit difficult," Sun Bo said frankly.

After all, Number One is very busy, and asking him to find a few minutes for a conversation is quite a luxury.

Sun Bo was a well-known figure in the country, contributing tremendously to its development. He had contact with many senior leaders, so meeting Number One from a distance shouldn’t be a problem.

Xiang Yu thought for a moment and nodded, "I’ll figure it out."

Xiang Yu finished and handed his phone to Sun Bo, "Check my phone; I suspect my calls are being tapped."
