Tony’s Personal Doctor Room...

Several patients were waiting outside with eager anticipation.

Inside, Tony stood beside the bed, sleeves rolled neatly and observed the patient lady with a calm look.

Twelve golden needles rested between his fingers, each one shining under white LED focus lights. With a flick of his fingers, the needles sank precisely into the patient’s skin.

"Don’t move," he said, voice low but firm. "Your fourth spinal root is blocked. If your muscles tighten, I’ll have to redo everything."

The middle-aged woman clenched her jaw and nodded. Her hands trembled slightly on the sheets.

Tony adjusted the angle of the seventh needle by the smallest margin. His focus sharpened. Then, slowly, he exhaled.

There it was.

The stagnant energy inside her body began to shift— hesitant at first, like traffic unclogging after hours of gridlock, then smoother, faster. A faint flush returned to her pale cheeks.

Three more needles... He was almost done. But just then...

’Bang’

The door swung open without warning.

"Tony Clark." The voice cut through the silence like a dagger.

Tony didn’t look up. His fingers remained steady as he placed the tenth needle.

"Give me a minute," he said calmly.

"Leave the Healing Tower immediately." Peak Master Natasha’s voice resounded inside the doctor room.

Tony’s hand paused for the briefest moment before continuing.

"Sixty seconds." He uttered before moving his hands.

The woman on the bed stiffened, her breathing uneven.

"I said now." Natasha said in a cold tone.

Tony placed the eleventh needle. "I heard you... One last needle." he replied, tone unchanged.

Silence followed.

Natasha was not in a mood to control her anger. Her voice was loud and clear even for outsiders.

"There is no need to finish anything. I don’t want scum like you working in my Tower." Peak Master Natasha stood a few steps away and spoke with full authority.

’Scum...’

Tony didn’t react. He inserted the final needle, then carefully withdrew his hands, observing the flow of energy stabilizing inside the patient’s body.

’Perfect...’ He removed the gloves slowly, as if the insult had never been spoken.

"Master... he was actually helping—" the patient tried to speak.

Natasha didn’t even look at her... One cold glance was enough.

The woman immediately left the room in a hurry, letting the two talk freely.

"Master, what’s going on here? Did something happen or—" Hikaru’s voice came from the doorway, slightly breathless as she leaned against the frame, eyes flicking between them.

"Hikaru, this does not concern you." Natasha said flatly.

"But I—"

"Out."

Hikaru hesitated, then stepped back, though the door remained slightly open. She was clearly still listening.

Tony finally turned.

He walked toward Natasha and stopped just close enough that neither could ignore the other.

"Looks like Emma told you her secret," he said with a faint, almost mocking smile.

Natasha’s anger spiked. "Don’t you feel any shame? Do you understand what she’s going through because of you?" She questioned with a lowly look..

Tony met her gaze without hesitation.

"I won’t give any excuses... It’s her fate." He said casually.

For a moment, Natasha simply stared at him, as if trying to confirm she had heard correctly.

"Her fate?" she repeated. "She’s fighting for her life, and you’re calling it fate?" Her composure cracked slightly, anger surfacing. "Are you even human?"

Tony’s expression didn’t change. "Lady Natasha, seems like I should remind you of a universal fact. We are martial cultivators. Strong crushing the weak is the natural law for us. If you are so kind, why don’t announce the cultivation secrets to normal humans. Let everyone become a martial warrior. Then all humans can live 300 years."

Tony directly mocked without showing nervousness or fear. He even called Natasha a lady, not master.

"Such a nice talker you are, Tony. But you can’t escape from Emma. Once she rises with the world tree blessing, she will get her revenge." Natasha replied in a threatening tone.

"Ha ha ha ha..." Tony directly laughed with a hint of an arrogant look.

"She will get her revenge...?! Let her try. Can she trample the mighty Clark family? I just need to say one command, she will be dead in the next second. Do you think you and this academy can protect her when I decide to end her life?" Tony asked directly while staring at Natasha.

"Youuuu....!!! Do you think you are above the sky?" Natas asked back in an anger filled tone.

"I’m telling the truth, lady Natasha. I showed pity. That’s why Emma was alive... when my family decided to kill her, to stop all future threats... I was the one who spared her life. I was the one who let her live freely. She was alive today because of me. Instead of revenge she should be indebted to my family." Tony said in a serious tone.

Natasha was completely in shock after hearing Tony’s explanation. She can’t completely dismiss Tony’s words as there is also some truth in it. If the Clark family really wants to end the life of Emma Rock, nobody could stop them, not even her. But Tony talking like this after snatching Emma’s yin flower is definitely not what she was expecting.

"Then why are you trying to treat Emma Rock now? Do you still want to use her?" Natasha asked in a cold look.

"No, I don’t have any use for her. In any case she is still my first wife. That’s why I want to let her live at least a happy life. That’s why I want to treat her. I have the ability to treat her condition. And you also know that."

Tony said casually, without any emotion, while hiding the details of the heaven blessed status of Emma Rock.

Natasha opened her mouth, but no words came out immediately. She never expected Tony to twist everything in his favour.

"Get out..." Natasha said coldly while staring directly into Tony’s eyes. As she failed to argue with Tony, Natasha could only express her anger like this.

Tony didn’t wait. He walked past her, unhurried, as if everything that needed to be said had already been said.

Outside, the corridor was actually empty. Only Hikaru stood outside who clearly heard everything.

She actually cleared all patients and nurses as she was afraid that Tony would become a news again.

Hikaru stared at Tony in disbelief.

"Is it true..." Hikaru asked while staring at Tony’s face with a disbelieving look.

Tony nodded before waving her a good bye. He was actually smiling!
