Her vision was plunged into darkness, and she couldn’t see a thing, yet she could still feel that intense gaze on her. She hurriedly pulled his hand away, pushed him aside, and got to her feet.

"I’m going to find Jiang Tang."

Si Xie could only watch as Jun Yao intercepted Jiang Yunnuan, grabbing her. He shot to his feet to stop him, but saw the man take her and disappear through the Barrier.

With a flicker, he was gone, chasing right after them.

Inside the Barrier, Jiang Tang and Jiang Wang grew nervous after witnessing the sudden turn of events. The siblings looked helplessly toward Fu Yuan and Ming Ye.

Seeing their worry, Fu Yuan gently reassured them.

"Don’t be nervous. They’ll be fine."

’That guy Si Xie is just wasting his energy out of frustration. As if he could ever stop Jun Yao from doing what he wants.’

Hearing this, the two siblings finally relaxed.

Outside, the sky was already dark.
