But Eden scoffed as he said, "Do you really think so?"

Annoyed, Kyle threw Eden off. He flew off and landed hard on the floor.

Kyle turned and watched him stagger to his feet. "You talk a lot for your own good. It’s not good for you at all..." He said as he slowly approached, his hands clouded with a dark wave he was summoning.

Eden got to his feet as he stared at Kyle’s hand and then stared at him. He scoffed as he said, "Yes, you’re right. I shouldn’t be doing a lot of talking right now. I should be acting more."

Eden gently ran both hands through the air as a soft purple glittering light appeared, floating in the air around him. He meticulously watched it float while he used his fingers to control it into a perfect rhythm.

Kyle stared at it and then stared at him. "What do you think you’re doing?"

Eden smiled as he stared at his face. "Keeping my promise." He raised a hand and dispersed the purple light into the atmosphere.

The soft light filled the space as Eden ran his fingers through the air, gently controlling it. Confused, Kyle looked around.

"You..." He wanted to speak, but immediately he felt a sharp pain rush through his chest. Kyle immediately coughed blood as he clenched a hand against his chest. He suddenly felt suffocated.

Kyle slowly went down on his knees as the purple light kept hovering around and drawing closer to him. He could feel something inside him weakening as he clenched firmly onto his chest. He looked up at Eden. "You..."

Eden stared at him with a calm smile as his fingers rang through the air. Eden had blood dripping from his lips as he controlled the power.

"You fool..." Kyle snapped. "What do you think you’re doing?"

Eden scoffed. "Making sure you never harm anyone ever again." He snapped his fingers through the air.

The purple dust brushed Kyle off his feet and sent him into a tornado. Purple wind rushed through the hall as Kyle moved rapidly within it. He couldn’t steady himself. He felt as though he was losing himself in the tornado.

"You fool! What do you think you’re doing? Argh! Get me out now!" He screamed from within the whirlwind. 𝘧𝓇ℯ𝑒𝓌𝑒𝑏𝓃𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭.𝒸ℴ𝓂

Eden stretched both hands into the air, controlling it with all his strength. Blood was dripping from his mouth while he smiled, using his hands to make the tornado spin.

When he felt weak, he placed a hand over his chest as purple light filled the scene again, brighter now. And suddenly he had enough energy to continue.

He kept the tornado spinning while Eden kept controlling it. He placed his hands on his chest to gain more energy while he continued for a while.

And then he stamped a foot on the ground. An earthquake rose from the ground and into the tornado. It tore the tornado apart and hit Kyle, who went flying through the air.

Kyle crashed against a chair that broke into pieces and fell to the ground.

Eden gasped, a hand on his chest as he wiped the blood off his lips with the other hand. He slowly looked up at Kyle, who was getting to his feet.

Kyle scoffed. "You... Are you mad?"

Eden smiled. "Yes. Very." He waved both hands, controlling waves of purple dust that rose from the ground and crashed toward Kyle.

Kyle stretched out his hands, trying to shield himself from it but to no avail. The waves crashed into him and sent him flying backward.

As he crashed against the wall, it cracked and fell hard. Kyle struggled to his feet, but before he could even get himself together, Eden sent two more toxic waves at him.

They beat Kyle up continuously, leaving him bruised and bleeding as he fell down on his back.

Kyle stared at the ceiling, groaning in pain before he suddenly smiled. Then he burst into laughter.

Eden staggered to his feet as he stared at him. "I guess you find it funny, huh?" He asked.

Kyle struggled to his feet as he stared at Eden. "You fool, so you’ve decided to kill yourself, huh?" He asked, but Eden said nothing. He continued, "Using that power state in this situation? You’re simply seeking death at this point."

Eden said nothing. He knew what he was doing, and he didn’t seem to have any issues with that.

He couldn’t use his powers properly with Felix around. He’d grown weak, and that was already established. So he was using his inner power, the core one.

This was a dangerous power to use. It was like using your life essence to fight. And although it was the most powerful power source you could use even in such restricted conditions, it was still dangerous. Because it meant tapping from your life source to fight. And that was what Eden was doing.

Since he couldn’t properly use his powers with Felix existing close by, he would rather use his inner core life to fight. Even though that simply meant killing himself slowly, he would rather use it and end Kyle than have to lose Felix again.

He believed it was the best way to protect and keep Felix around.

"You fool! You’d rather kill yourself than lose that bastard? Huh?" Kyle questioned, glaring at him. He was furious.

Felix, who was sitting there, simply stared in shock. He was speechless and didn’t know what to say. He wanted to stop Eden, but he was too weak to even do anything. He just watched.

Kyle laughed. "You’ve lost it. You’ve completely lost it. Using that power to counteract the limitations? You really want to die!"

Eden smiled as he wiped the blood dripping from his lips. "That’s none of your business. It’s my life, not yours. As long as I can stop you..." He said, placing a hand over his chest as his hands glowed purple. "That’s all that matters..."
