I think so too, like, at the start of the novel it was stated he just popped outta nowhere and helped humans with great inventions and sht againts dalkis but who knows? He couldve been a vampire supremacist and was planning to take over the humans
It must've been Richard Eno who created all of it.. not quite sure if I'm spelling the correct name but anyway there's no proof that Vincent who did that bcs Vincent himself doesn't know what type of Dalki are..
