This is just too funny. She failed to realize that many Emperor's support Assassin Guilds and some even have them completely under their control. Most nobles will go through any other means to assassinate those of the royal family instead of an assassin guild. Plus, you want to do the crime, then witness the results of said crime. Seems she doesn't mind making herself sick, though.
