It could either be YJH. His sponsor is definitely some bigshot that is even greater than the likes of Hades, Zeus, Metatron etc. Because even they cant influence different world lines by themselves. So in this way, he might be something like a single g** type thing that there is only one of across all the timelines. The same way as secretive plotter. Secretive plotter also has the ability that goes beyond the star stream and timelines (maybe not, because he uses another outer g** to travel) but its similar. Or it could be the guy KDJ is the apostle of. Because his attribute window said ■■■'s apostle. As for the real identity of this oldest dream guy, who knows.
