Chapter 78: 078 | You Were Never In My League

Aziz and his two lackeys walked towards Reyansh with smug faces, their eyes glowing with predatory light however before they could reach him completely, Reyansh used his mental energy to form an transparent block in front of Aziz.

While walking with pride, Aziz suddenly fell flat on his face.

AAHHH!

Aziz exclaimed as he checked his face, his nose had started bleeding a little.

"Did you forgot how to walk, Aziz?" Reyansh taunted as both lackeys helped Aziz, stand up again.

"You, what did you do?" Aziz gritted his teeth as he asked but didn’t step further anymore, maintaining a distance.

"What did I do? Yeah, I created a transparent block in front of your leg, making you trip. You blame everybody else except yourself for you shortcomings," he replied, keeping his hand in his pockets.

"Boss, I think he is trying to be smug because we are in Council building at the moment," one of his lackey, Kasim, spoke.

"I thought you guys were coming near me, what happened? You three are not afraid, are you?" Reyansh baited.

The other lackey, Karim, took the bait as he charged forward with his hands raised, "You little..." THUD!

Reyansh used the same tactic to make him trip.

"Figures, if your boss doesn’t how to walk, how could you? Haha," Reyansh mocked, as he tried to get up again.

’You are having fun with them boss?’ Lyrielle asked.

’They used to make my life very difficult when I was a non-awakened. This is just small payback,’ he replied.

’Aren’t you being petty using Mythical talent to get even against small fries?’ Lyrielle rolled her eyes, though she was enjoying the show herself.

’That’s the perfect use.’

"Back off, he is doing something," Aziz called.

"But his hands are in his pockets and he didn’t even have a staff with him," Karim replied.

"I don’t when or what you awaken but aren’t you afraid of using your skills in Hunter’s Council," Aziz shouted.

"If you know so much, why don’t you complain?" Reyansh shot back.

Aziz only glared him while the Kasim was giving shoulder to Karim and Aziz.

Suddenly from one room a council officer came out, "What’s the commotion? If you guys have completed your ID registration, please leave this floor."

"Yes, officer, my friends were having trouble walking, so I was just helping them out. We are going," Reyansh promptly responded, turning towards the officer.

"You guys can walk right?" Reyansh questioned facing the trio again.

No one responded, all then three of them were trying to figure out just what happened in these 4 days.

After a few tense seconds, Lyrielle spoke, ’Boss, we are wasting time with these clowns, let’s choose the dungeon for you to stream.’

’Yeah, you are right,’ Reyansh agreed and turned around to left.

"Watch where you step, guys," Reyansh waived his hand and entered the elevator.

Just as the elevator closed, the three finally took a step further. All three walked in a line together, carefully, keeping their eyes peeled for any obstacle on the ground. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝚠𝚎𝚋𝗻𝗼𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝚘𝐦

’Just what the hell happened, he never retaliated? And why fuck we fell?’ Aziz thought.

They were only few steps away from the elevator, when suddenly.

This time all three fell together, before they could even try to lift themselves, the lift opened. Reyansh stood with his hand folded, slightly leaned on the walls for support.

"Hahaha...oh my god what happened?" Reyansh laughed.

The ears of all three of them turned red at the open mockery by Reyansh.

Reyansh stopped laughing and bent down, looking into Aziz’s eyes directly.

"You were never in my league, Aziz. You were just some lucky kid to hit a boundary once but I am capable of hitting every ball out of the park." Reyansh whispered but his voice was clearly audible to everyone on the floor.

"Keep that in mind and never appear in front of my eyes again." He stood up and left.

Aziz and his two lackeys remain on the floor until elevator started going down, feeling humiliated and defeated.

As elevator started going downwards, Lyrielle flew to his eye level, ’So, boss, now that your little revenge is complete. We are going to raid a Violet rank gate. Grade I or Grade II?’ she asked.

’Obviously, Grade II, unless there are special situation, Grade II will be default.’ He answered.

’Good, that’s much better. If I am correctly judging your strength, you could easily fight against even S-rank monster.’ She questioned.

Reyansh nodded his head.

’Okay, tell me what you did till now and if you have any idea regarding your next stream?’ she questioned.

’Shouldn’t you be giving me ideas about that?’

’Yes, but I want to know your thinking first, so our thoughts don’t clash with each another.’

’Fair, enough,’ Reyansh nodded as they exited from the lift, making their way to the car.

’I split blitz 8 White rank dungeons yesterday it’s my first Violet rank gate and also my viewers have only seen my telekinesis yet.’

’They have yet to see blood control and True Flame. I was thinking of introducing fire today and clear a dungeon with fire only.’ Reyansh shared.

’Okay, your instincts as a streamer are better than most. So let’s choose a dungeon with fire based monsters and we will put in a title whose fire is stronger, something along that line,’ Lyrielle remarked.

Reyansh sat in the car, Lyrielle still floated in front of her.

"Where to next, sir?" Amit asked.

"I am deciding on that, wait for some moments," Reyansh responded as he took out the mobile phone.

He and Lyrielle started going over the Violet rank Grade II dungeons with relations to fire based monsters.

’If not fire, we can go to the exact opposite, water too,’ she suggested as she looked through the list of dungeons.

’Good idea but we will find fire one easily.’ He replied.

As they were looking at the list, suddenly, Reyansh’s phone vibrated as he received a notification.

A new Temporary Gate has manifested in Andheri neighbourhood.

Advice: For non hunters, evacuate the area with the help of personnel from State Hunter’s Council.

"Amit, take the car in Andheri neighbourhood. How fast can you go?" Reyansh asked.

"If we take aerial route then about 15 min," he answered.

"Okay, speed up then," he stated.

’How about a temporary and unexplored gate? Is it a better idea?’ he asked Lyrielle.

’A bit unexpected but let’s do this, I want to see your streaming style,’ Lyrielle remarked.

The car flew over the buildings of Mumbai, crusing through the air. Reyansh kept glancing from the window to look for any commotion caused due to temporary gate.

’Boss, this car is cool but I suggest to look for flying skill or teleport skill for yourself, that will make the travel much easier.’ She suggested.

’I think I can fly,’ Reyansh answered.

’What do you mean, you think?’ She questioned.

’I have gravity manipulation and telekinesis, so I think I can fly. I have to give it a try, later,’ he replied.

A few minutes, Reyansh noticed a commotion in the streets below.

"Amit, down there," Reyansh pointed.

’So, have you decided on a title?’ he asked.

’Definitely, you enter the gate and leave the stream to me,’ she proudly declared.

Amit parked the car at some distance, "Stay away from the area, I will call you when needed." Reyansh ordered.

’So, miss manager, ready to explore the dungeon?’ he asked, running towards the Violet colored gate, visible from distance.

’Yes, boss,’ she replied as she sat on his shoulder.
