Within the pillar of light, a black vortex rapidly expanded, contrary to Xiao Ji’s anticipation, the opened Netherworld Gate induced a strong reaction from the pillar, breaking its stability instantly.

The light pillar flickered erratically, shrinking and enlarging as if about to explode. At this moment, Fluffy Fire Wolfhound launched an attack.

The Flame Blast Bomb, despite leveraging combined power with two Flame Wolfhounds, indeed lacked destructive strength relative to the massive Mechanical Spider.

Yet, as the Flame Blast Bomb surged, the fragile balance between Netherworld Gate and the pillar shattered. The pillar twisted into segments, eventually left unsustainable and exploded alongside the Netherworld Gate.

Unlike a normal detonation, the blast’s shockwave didn’t expand outward but continually shrunk inward. Now Feng Yuan held an ancient Lantern, chanting ancient prayers.

The peculiar explosion seemed to form a black hole, generating suction around. Meanwhile, Fluffy Fire Wolfhound again employed Flame Blast Bomb, utilizing the blast’s force to counteract the growing suction.

Finishing the final prayer verse quickly, Feng Yuan pointed the Lantern towards the twisting black vortex. A flash of firelight, the vortex shattered entirely, vanishing the increasingly powerful suction.
