Chapter 1114: Chapter 121: Ring of Swords_4

Suddenly, the First Seat began to suspect whether this was a trap set against him; there were already too many Seekers of Glory present today.

As he pondered this thought, darkness fell upon him, and immediately a gigantic boulder crashed down like a meteor. The First Seat raised his sword and split the boulder, but within the boulder were countless millions of other boulders encircling Xilin. At Xilin’s will, they relentlessly pounded the First Seat, leaving him gasping for breath and smashing the wayward path into a thousand holes.

"Xilin!"

Amidst the thunderous impact, the First Seat’s plea rang out as he grovelled on the ground.

"I submit to you... I submit to you..."

Xilin gazed coldly at him, the Cross Sword Light flickering as he approached the First Seat from afar. Seeing him in this state, Xilin suddenly laughed.

Simultaneously, the First Seat erupted in motion; his chest directly split open, and a blood-soaked arm reached out, gripping the Sword of Confession, stabbing toward Xilin’s heart. The blade nearly touched Xilin’s Armor but paused there, unable to advance even a fraction further.

Xilin stretched out his hand in a gesture to stop, the terrifying Power of Command constructing an invisible high wall, impervious to water and fire, leaving swords and knives without a trace.

"I’ve wanted to do this for a long time, First Seat."

Xilin’s voice was clear and devoid of emotion, but the content of his speech was soaked with blood.

"My rage, my Blade, I have been restrained for too long."

The golden light lingered in Xilin’s pupils, his expression furious beyond measure. Xilin seemed to want to say more but shook his head to himself, leaving a casual statement.

"Forget it, only when crowned does one need to speak pretty words. Now all I need is... action."

Xilin shoved the First Seat, who felt like he was hit head-on by a train, crashing through layer upon layer of walls, buildings, until he was blown into the air outside of the wayward path.

In the final image of his vision, Xilin’s Ring of Swords disintegrated, Secret Sword after Secret Sword rapidly assaulted, while the Alchemy Matrix was mapped onto Xilin’s body.

Secret Energy·Royal Domain.

After many years, the First Seat once again witnessed this overwhelming power.

The First Seat’s body was suspended in mid-air. The first thing that caught his eye was the Immovable Sword, its indestructible Sword Body fully enduring Xilin’s terrifying power, rushing to the forefront in an instant. By now, the First Seat had fallen behind Xilin’s speed; the Immovable Sword pierced the First Seat’s chest, stabbing out from his back, gouging through his entire chest cavity. 𝒇𝓻𝓮𝓮𝙬𝙚𝒃𝒏𝓸𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝓬𝓸𝒎

Blood gushed outward, discarded shattered bones, fragments of viscera, and congealed tissue spilled out like poured garbage, forming a mixture of gore and stench.

Before his flesh could heal and recover, the Core Flame Sword slashed across the First Seat’s waist and abdomen, embedding in his spine and igniting a blazing fire. Like a brutal execution by flame, the First Seat instantly turned into a ball of fire.

From groans to screams, from cries to curses, wails and roars intertwined, echoing in the scorching air.

A burst of bloody light suddenly appeared, and the Blood Transfer Sword soared through the air, piercing the First Seat’s shoulder from top to bottom, slicing off most of his cheek. The exposed flesh wriggled at the cut like fish, then the Immovable Sword struck again, penetrating from the back, its tip probing out from his throat, emitting a ghastly wheeze.

Three Secret Swords embedded in the First Seat’s rampantly growing flesh, he tried to resist, but a booming sound drew closer and closer, mixed with many strange noises, full of unease.

In the tremor, everything on the wayward path was being destroyed, buildings shattered into bricks, boards, steel bars, concrete blocks... all deformities piled up together, intertwined into the head of a monstrous serpent that slithered about.

As it devoured more buildings, the serpent’s size expanded rapidly, cables tangled in the gaps, scattering dense, glowing glass shards, the serpent’s head rising high, covered with materials of various colors, shapes, and sizes, from afar looking like a giant jigsaw puzzle.

Xilin commanded the buildings on the wayward path at his whim; he had long wanted to smash it to pieces.

The surface of the serpent was covered with protruding horns, sharp edges, and irregularly deep and shallow depressions, creating a visually unsettling effect. Whenever it crawled, these materials collided, rubbed, and squeezed against each other, producing sounds and thuds, giving a sense of chaos, disorder, and terror.

Like the embodiment of the wayward path.

Through this chaotic exterior, the serpent’s interior showed large chunks of concrete bricks and steel bars, acting as the serpent’s skeleton, supporting the entire structure.

The serpent opened its mouth wide, lunging at the First Seat. The First Seat tried to move his body, but he was restrained by the force from Secret Energy, and the Secret Swords also restricted his flesh and bones. On the serpent’s body, he could see those once brilliant tile shards, their vibrant patterns appearing exceptionally lonely and discordant in this sinister environment.

The serpent collided with the First Seat, and in an instant, it was as if countless Sharp Swords sliced through his body, shattering and falling into the Sea of Mist behind him.

Xilin mimicked the motion of drawing a bow. He held no bow but grasped a Silence Sword tainted with the Devil’s Poison. The polluted, near-black Blade spun rapidly at Xilin’s side.
