Sylvia swiftly nodded. "I did. I got a Mythical grade evaluation as well."

"Not bad."

The base rewards Sylvia received were exactly the same as his.

"By the way, give me your Blood-Moon Longsword. I have something for you."

Sylvia readily nodded and handed the weapon to Caelus.

He took a premium Tier 4 ore and placed the sword and the ore back onto the anvil. They began to melt together under the Hollow Flames. With a series of rapid, precise strikes, a newly reforged Blood-Moon Longsword at the Bronze I level was born. It had reached the Mythical rank as well.

"Try it." Caelus handed the beautifully menacing blade back to Sylvia.

Sylvia’s combat score had also increased by leaps and bounds. Her Ascension Quest was an endless beast maze where she had to slaughter her way through thousands of monsters to reach the center. As a result, she had absorbed a massive amount of blood essence. Combined with the buff from her Progenitor class and the newly reforged Blood-Moon sword, her combat score skyrocketed to 65.

65 plus 65... that was 130 combined combat score at Bronze I. With Level 2 stats to back it up, that was utterly insane.

"Alright, before we go, let’s make some proper armors for ourselves."

He decided to use his remaining Origin Shards to create a custom armor set for himself. He had already purchased the base blueprints for a Helmet, Chestplate, Leg Armor, and Boots from the intranet marketplace.

Speaking of the marketplace, he casually glanced at his current bank balance out of curiosity. Immediately, a completely baffled look appeared on his face.

"Sylvia. I am taking you out tomorrow for premium steak. We are filthy rich." Caelus said, still staring at the floating numbers.

But at the same time, with this much liquid capital, wouldn’t he have to pay massive taxes?

The threshold was a staggering 24% for his current bracket of income under the Solaris Kingdom’s laws!

"Fuck that," Caelus cursed. "I am not paying these damned corrupt royals a single cent of my money."

He was absolutely going to evade taxes.

"Sylvia. We are going to commit tax evasion," Caelus stated perfectly seriously.

"What?" Sylvia was even more baffled.

Although she was very happy that Caelus took the initiative to ask her out for steak, she was completely confused now. What was this sudden talk about tax evasion?

"Of course." Caelus nodded firmly. "Anyways, time to create our armors."

He began his work at the anvil. He wanted to see if he could forge the exact same set as his longsword, that way he would trigger a powerful set resonance effect.

"It is not that," Caelus said, completely speechless. "It is for your armor. I realized that if you add something deeply related to yourself, like your racial essence, the gear you get will be perfectly suited for your specific build."

Hearing this, Sylvia slightly pouted but swiftly offered her wrist, dripping a few drops of dense Progenitor blood into the superheated ore. Caelus immediately began hammering it into shape.
