’Alpha,’ Stella’s voice echoed in Lazarus’ head, ’Don’t tell her about what she is, let her grow into it’. She said as she walked away led by Kora to the door.

’Why?’ He asked.

’They tend to find out on their own, she should find out on her own, the experience will teach her. ’ Stella said glancing over her shoulder Lazarus nodded be she was finally out of the door.

"What did she tell you?" Dana asked. She knew her mate was Linking Stella.

"She said that we should not tell Kora. About any of this." He said and leaned his back against the seat and closed his eyes in exhaustion.

Shadow moon pack

Several hours later, Darren and those that were with him arrived at the Shadow moon pack he walked inside with long strides with a chilly aura around him. He had asked Lucy and Lucinda to follow him to his office. Ever since the incident that happen at Blood moon pack and Lazarus lost his cool, Darren had given them the cold shoulder and they knew that they were in for trouble.

He did not say anything to them at that time because they were on someone else’s territory. When Darren said he was going to punish them according to Lazarus he meant it. Lazarus was kind enough to entertain them as guests in his pack because even though they were spell casters but they could not seem to mind their business and act like the guests that they were but rather move around freely like they were the ones who called the shorts.

Darren entered his office and sat behind his desk with his legs crossed and fingers locked together. Lucy and Lucinda came in right after him and sat across from him. Darren looked at them with his dark eyes which have turned darker from the anger he felt and his beast was on the surface.

"Explain yourselves," Darren said and looked copy at them.

"We are sorry, alpha." Lucy and Lucinda said with their heads lowered and their gaze on the floor.

"I didn’t ask do that shit, explain yourselves." He said once again. His tone was cold and his eyes pierced into theirs.

"It’s... It’ ’s the girl." Lucinda said stuttering. Darren said nothing and stared at them in silence. "The little girl, there is something about her that we wanted to find out," She said with much difficulty.

"What is it that you were so eager to fund that made you act out of place like some undisciplined child?" Darren asked.

"The girl, she is not a normal wolf," Lucy said and Darren frowned at her. "We do not know what she is but she is not normal Alpha."

"That does not warrant your behavior Darren glared at them not liking the fact they call Kora not normal. There was no one more normal than her. "Whether she is a normal wolf or not, that is Alpha Lazarus’s problem to worry about not yours. What right do hold to investigate her especially when you know she does not belong to my packs?"

"We are sorry Alpha," they said at the Sam time.

"We didn’t mean to provoke you or alpha Lazarus," Lucinda said looking remorseful. "It won’t repeat itself."

"You don’t have any business any business with what happens in the Blood moon pack, beside the alliance, there is nothing else, no connection with them, whatever you do next time you will bear the full responsibility for it," Darren said the anger in him subsided a bit. They breathe in relief seeing that but when they heard his next set of words, they didn’t even know how to react again. "I am sending to Ghora and no magic allowed."

Their bodies stiffened and shook lightly feeling a chill run down their spines. He was sending them to Ghora and they were not allowed to use magic!

"Alpha, please...."

"You will stay there and do what everyone there does for two weeks and NO MAGIC," Darren said stressing out his last two words and cutting Lucy off mid-sentence. Darren dismissed them and they left in annoyance.

"Why do you look like you will any moment now?" Levi asked as soon as he saw them descending the stairs with sour expressions on their faces.

"Probably because we will die soon," Lucinda said with a pout and stump her foot.

Levi raised a brow in amusement. "Why will you die soon?"

"Alpha send us to Ghora and we are not allowed to use magic for two weeks," Lucy answered and plopped down on a couch.

The playful smile on Levi’s face vanished instantly and Mateo who did not want to bother with the conversation at first turned around to see their expressions and knew they were not joking. He was surprised when he saw that they were not joking at all.

"Why would he send you to Ghora?" Mateo asked now standing in front of them.

"Our punishment for acting out of place," Lucy replied with a roll of her eyes.

"That’s a little too much don’t you think?" Levi asked and sat next to Lucinda who sulking to herself.

"What is Ghora?" Leo asked. He does not know what Ghora was but seeing the serious expressions of the other four people he had to ask. Logan joined them soon enough. Lucy and Lucinda were in no mood to answer so Levi decided to tell them what it was after making sure that no one else was around in the pack house. 𝕗𝐫𝐞𝕖𝕨𝐞𝗯𝚗𝕠𝘃𝐞𝚕.𝐜𝗼𝚖

"It is a place located deep within the Amazon that Darren created two years ago. No one knows why he created it, not even Mateo and I know why. He is training warriors there, putting through the most brutal training imaginable, he says those warriors would serve as his soldiers when the time comes."

"Mateo and I had been trained there for a year before we became his beta and gamma. I can say we got more scars there than in any battle we’ve ever been involved in."

"Good thing we are not going there," Logan said and gave a smile to the girls. Just then all four shifters received a mind link from Darren.

"Leo and Logan will be accompanying Lucy and Lucinda to Ghora. They are to keep an eye on them and make they don’t use magic and if they do they are to report to me at once." Darren said the four of them. "Leo, and Logan, you are going to train there as well for the next two weeks," He said to the two of them only. "You all leave by sunrise." And that was it. Nothing more could be said. Leo and Logan’s faces went blank instantly.

"You are coming with us aren’t you?" Lucy asked and smirked seeing their expressions.
