Galaxy Fall: All My Skills Are Maxed
Chapter 313: The Prophecy
The air in the ruined courtyard grew heavy, thick with the energy that defied the modern system of Galaxy Fall. The entity wearing Grace’s mother like a tailored suit floated effortlessly, her red eyes gleaming with an ancient, fanatical reverence.
"The Prophecy states that a child will be born from the strongest female in the universe, and that child will have the heaven and earth in their hands, and will be the bane of the greatest evil, who is the enemy of heaven and Earth!! This is just one part of the prophecy, and the most important one!" She said calmly, her melodic voice echoing across the silent ruins, carrying the weight of cosmic history. Then, she raised one elegantly monstrous claw, pointing it directly at Mirabella:
"The other parts of the prophecy. There is no need to tell you that part, as one of the gods of the greatest evil. The god of void, known as Void Calamity, it’s my task to kill you." She said, her grin turning sinister, revealing rows of abyssal teeth.
"Greatest Evil? Is this evil in the fourth world?!" Mirabella demanded, her guard fully active, her mind rapidly scanning her vast knowledge banks for any reference to this cosmic hierarchy.
"Fourth world?" The creature paused for a moment, thinking, her perfectly sculpted brow furrowing before she shook her head in sheer condescension.
"How would a small world like the fourth world of Galaxy Fall hold my King? You are so Naive and Ignorant... I wonder how such a person will become my King’s bane." She muttered, dismissing the very foundation of Mirabella’s understanding.
But suddenly, the primordial horror froze. A violent shudder wracked her host body, feeling half of her unfathomable vitality vanished in a single microsecond.
"Huh? You can siphon my health?" She muttered in genuine surprise, staring at her claws as the dark aura around her flickered.
"How is that?" Mirabella asked with a dark, triumphant smirk. The stolen life-force flooded her, and in a flash of deep crimson light, all her injuries healed completely.
’Thanks to this, all my health stat is restored... But her energy, it isn’t spirit energy, so I can’t siphon it... Maybe if I continue Siphoning its health, I will win.’ Mirabella thought, her mind latching onto this apparent exploit in the entity’s defenses. But to her profound surprise, the very fabric of the system warped before her eyes.
{Siphoning permanently Blocked.}
{Host can’t siphon.}
"This?" Mirabella was stunned. A Domain Rank entity wasn’t just powerful; it’s unfathomable.
"Hehehe... You caught me off guard there. Do you actually think you can siphon my health again... Don’t make me laugh." Void Calamity scoffed. She raised her hand into the sky, her aura expanding like a dark supernova.
Instantly, the system map turned gray. All the monsters one hundred miles from their location—from the lowliest slimes to the towering Realm Bosses—instantly dropped dead, their life-cores completely drained.
The students watched in sheer, paralyzing shock, as millions of green lights flew from different directions across the horizon, merging into her body like a reversed meteor shower. And in seconds, all her health were restored to its absolute peak.
"You?!" Mirabella was completely speechless.
’This is bad, I don’t care about any prophecy, the main problem now is to kill this monster who can also siphon health from everything around, it’s even stronger than mine. But...’ She looked over her shoulder at her trembling, yet resolute team:
’Why didn’t it siphoned all our health and kill us instantly?’ She thought.
"Okay, I took care of that... Now, I should place you all in my cocoon, and slowly grow you into my next puppets." She said, as thick, impenetrable dark web shot out from the hole behind her, hovering in the air like metallic tentacles, swinging back and forth with a predator’s rhythm.
Mirabella realized physical and magical attacks were useless. She needed something that transcended standard logic.
"Carl, can you borrow me that dagger of yours?" Mirabella asked, stretching her hand towards Carl, eyeing the Supreme Class weapon that had previously melted through the webs.
"Alright." Carl nodded without hesitation. He gave her the dagger, placing the hilt in her waiting hand.
But the moment it touched her palm, a terrifying surge of lightning erupted from the blade, rejecting her completely. It violently zapped her.
{Damage: -1,000,000.}
"This?" Mirabella was shocked. The kinetic backlash blasted her arm backward, as the dagger flew back towards Carl on its own accord. Carl easily caught it, staring at Mirabella’s severely burnt hand in shock.
"Hehehe! You are really ignorant! Do you think a Supreme Class artifact is the same as a god class?! Supreme Class artifact has it own intelligence and life... It can only be bonded with one master; apart from that Master, no one else can even touch it, let alone wield it." She said, mocking the human’s lack of high-tier detail.
"I am so sorry, Big Sister." Carl whispered, guilt washing over his features.
"It’s not your fault." Mirabella said softly. The stolen vitality in her system surged, and as the burnt mark healed perfectly, she made her absolute final decision as a captain.
"You guys just saw what happened, so I can’t let you continue this fight... Promise me, whatever you saw today, you will take it to your grave, can you promise me that?" She asked, her tone shifting from a battlefield commander to a solemn protector.
The group looked at one another. They understood the gravity of her request—she was about to reveal a secret that defied the very balance of the world. They nodded at her in unison: "Yes, We promise."
Mirabella nodded her head, and closed her eyes, plunging into the deepest part of her soul sea where she kept her greatest treasure hidden from the world’s prying eyes.
"I don’t know what you are planning, but I won’t stand here and watch!!" Void Calamity shrieked, sensing a terrifying fluctuation in spatial laws. She stretched her hand forward, as the black webs shot forward with blinding speed, dividing into twelve razor-sharp spears, heading towards all of them to end their lives.
"Golden Palace!!!"
Mirabella called out, her voice resonating with absolute, undeniable authority.
The sky above Queens instantly ruptured, painting the dreary clouds in a blinding, golden light, as the gigantic golden Palace appeared above them. It wasn’t just a building; it was an entire sovereign dimension forged into architecture. The Palace was so huge it covered 20 square miles of Queens land, its majestic spires and unyielding walls casting a divine shadow over the city.
".....?!!"
Void Calamity looked up at the Palace in profound disbelief, her domain-level aura momentarily suppressed by the sheer, overwhelming majesty of the structure.
Before the deadly webs could connect, a pillar of golden light descended from the artifact. It instantly sucked everyone inside—Carl, Grace, Hitachi, Rose, Aurelia, Austin, Daniel, David, Precious, Kent, Cupcake, and Adira—teleporting them into absolute safety, leaving Mirabella standing utterly alone right under it.
"The Golden Palace?! How did you acquire such a powerful supreme class artifact?!" Void Calamity asked in sheer shock, her composure finally shattering. She lowered her gaze to Mirabella, noticing the terrifying transformation taking place; Mirabella’s blue eyes were now glowing with a piercing, radiant golden.
"How I acquired it doesn’t matter, just know that I will kill you today." Mirabella said coldly.
The air around her warped. Abandoning all pretenses of human limitation, she began ascending into the air, as six massive, apocalyptic black wings burst out from her back, eclipsing the golden light with her own sovereignty.
Void Calamity’s shock melted away, replaced by a twisted, battle-hungry joy.
"Hehehe, I am getting excited, come on! Let’s play."
