The moment Julian saw him, he waved in Kailen’s direction. "Oh, hey man. You are finally out of seclusion."

"I should get some sleep," Kailen thought. Although sleep was not necessary for transcendents, it was a luxury that refreshed the mind. Kailen closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Kailen was not surprised to see the NGU higher-ups of the Southern Continent head branch. Kailen and Julian would be representing the Southern Continent in the intercontinental and eventually, the national competition, if they managed to become finalists. Naturally, the NGU branch in the Southern Continent, in a way, had to be responsible for the safety of Kailen and Julian during the journey to the capital.

As for Dawnseer, since she was Kailen and Julian’s guild leader, she had to be present. There were even some higher-ups of the Dawnseer Guild here.
