The boss monster knew when it’s spy died so it calmly gestured while grunting and two of the monsters siting around it stood and went out. They’ll lead his army.

Azaroth didn’t run to meet them instead he waited until the monsters slowed down when they saw a single person siting down there with his sword beside him. He stand uo and raised his sword. "Well then."

There must have been at least fifty of them with two bosses standoff at the front. "Two bosses who are naturally uncooperative working together? That must mean another powerful boss is at the top."

The two bosses are different, one is a mud monster with a bulky body that continues move while the other one have a hard black shell with a sleek body and angular head.

The other fifty plus are lesser looking combination of both.

As they continue to come closer to him, Azaroth studied them. "Mud monster will be somewhat resistance to fire wave and I can only fight them with Ember strike if I want to use any skills. The other monsters look as if they’ll be fast and resistance to my Ember strike. What a good combination. Now I really want to meet the boss that set all this up."

His sword woodshed in the air as he first warmed his hand. He waited until the monsters are close before he forged his legs since what he wanted to use is footworks. 𝕗𝗿𝕖𝐞𝐰𝗲𝕓𝐧𝕠𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝐨𝚖

The two bosses stayed back and sent their soliders. It’s a good strategy, two bosses to fight a boy that’s weak from fighting all their soldiers.

It was obvious that this isn’t the first time the two monsters type are cooperation together. The way they are placed. Azaroth want to do nothing but use his chaos core to finish them all at once but he can’t use it while the others watched.

With no warning the monsters jumped him, the mud monsters are taller than him and their strength is astonishing. They are not living monsters and have a core that must be destroyed before they stay down.

With the increase in his chaos core’s essence his physical abilities have also rose and now he’s using a combination of his chaos essence and fire essence to fight.

He covered his legs in essence and even a little tap on the ground sent him hurling forward like a bullet. He dodged clumsy attack from the mud monsters and focused on the other type, one strike and he kills then.

A mud monster stumbled forward and blocked his path, swinging hands like tree branches. Azaroth looked at it in mild irritation as if a fly just came to disturb him so slide closer and slapped it on the stomach, at the same time fuelling the power of Ember strike.

The results is the the monsters body from the stomach up completely blow away. The core, a small crystal glowed and wanted to begin regenerating but he quickly knock it off.

He quickly took care of the rest with his sword and Ember strike so it didn’t take more than three minutes and the monsters all lay dead with crystals littering the ground. "You two, you can come at me together."

Immediately he spoke the sleek body monster is already in front of Azaroth with a sharp hook punch sent. But before it connected and explosion of fire rocked the space between them and sent the two of them back.

"For a moment I almost forgot that you two are bosses. Of course you’ll be more faster and powerful than others. But you know what? So am I!" He forged his legs in essence and this time he layered it very thickly. "Let’s see how fast I can kill you."

The monster blurred forward and Azaroth turned into darting shadow in return. They clashed and it became a fight of the fastest, the speed was so intense it was almost as if they are one blinking shadow and they started to generate such strong wind that blew up dust up like a whirlwind.

"One minutes sixteen seconds!’ Azaroth called out and the next moment the monster’s head hit the ground. He looked next at the mud monsters and it took a step back unconsciously.

Because right now Azaroth wasn’t covering the fact that his chaos core have advanced to the next stage. And the oppressive pressure is generating a small wind around him.

After all the gap between each stages is big, even more so from Initiate to Acolyte.

The mud monster boss knew it couldn’t take him on but maybe it’ll be able to do some damage. The monster slammed it’s huge hands down and broke the hard stones beneath them into chunks that but upward and then as the stones are still in midair he slapped them.

The force behind the stone is so powerful they shot off like a bullet but Azaroth dodged them all. Then he let the chaos essence covered him, his whole body.

Fortunately he’s the only one that can see the essence. He smiled as strength filled his body. Basically, essence when outside the body is used to enhance physical abilities and when inside it can be used for spell, skill and such.

How powerful you are and the levels between Awakeners is how much essence they can hold. And the quality of the essence. Right now with his chaos core advancement it mean Azaroth’s quality and quantity have increased.

And unless he’s fighting anything of the Acolyte rank then it’s like flies trying to hurt him. And now he’s using only chaos core, meaning he’s technically Acolyte rank at moment.

He began to walk towards the monster in a casual manner. "What should I do with you? I don’t want to use my technique, it’ll be too obvious. But I still want to kill you in a spectacular way. The one who’s your boss can tell when you’re dead right? I want to trace him with that. Your death must be sudden kind of way."
