Danill stood in the middle of the ruined battlefield breathing heavily.

Even after slaughtering almost the entire group of vampires none of the wolves transformed back.

Not one.

The massive beasts remained standing among the corpses with glowing eyes and blood soaked fur while steam escaped slowly from their mouths. Their claws flexed against the broken concrete and their ears twitched constantly like predators still sensing danger nearby.

The mansion grounds looked like a war zone.

Bodies were everywhere.

Blood covered the floor in long dark streaks and pieces of flesh were scattered across shattered stone and destroyed cars. The metallic scent in the air had become so thick it almost felt suffocating.

Upstairs Anya still stood pressed tightly against Liam.

Her legs felt weak.

She had just watched seven werewolves massacre dozens of vampires like wild animals unleashed from hell and somehow the wolves still looked tense.

Still alert.

Still dangerous.

Then—

Tap.

Tap.

Tap.

The sound echoed softly through the silence.

Immediately every wolf turned toward the mansion gate.

Danill’s glowing eyes narrowed.

Someone was approaching.

A figure slowly stepped out from the darkness beyond the broken entrance.

A man dressed completely in white.

White shoes.

White suit.

White gloves.

Even the hat resting neatly on his head was white.

Under the moonlight he almost looked clean compared to the blood soaked battlefield around him.

But the moment his glowing red eyes became visible the atmosphere changed instantly.

A heavy pressure rolled outward from him calmly.

Not explosive.

Not loud.

But suffocating.

Even upstairs Lana’s sleepy expression disappeared immediately.

Her brows furrowed.

"Oh..."

She straightened slowly at the window.

"That one is dangerous."

The man in white looked around casually at the massacre surrounding him before smiling softly.

"Well now," he said calmly. "When I sent fifty vampires here I never thought you would defeat them all."

His voice was smooth.

Almost polite.

"It seems I really underestimated you."

Danill did not care about his words.

The transformed werewolf suddenly exploded forward in a single violent movement.

BOOOOM!

The concrete beneath his feet shattered instantly from the force.

One second he stood across the yard.

The next second he was already in front of the man in white with his enormous claw descending toward the vampire’s skull hard enough to split a truck apart.

Anya gasped loudly.

The speed was terrifying.

But the vampire simply lifted one hand casually.

And caught Danill’s claw.

The entire battlefield froze.

The image alone looked insane.

Danill in full transformed state towered over the vampire like a monster from a nightmare. His claw alone looked larger than the man’s torso.

Yet the vampire stopped the attack effortlessly with one arm.

Casually.

Like he was holding back a child.

Liam’s eyes narrowed instantly.

Strong.

Very strong.

The vampire in white smiled softly again.

Then— 𝕗𝐫𝐞𝕖𝕨𝐞𝗯𝚗𝕠𝘃𝐞𝚕.𝐜𝗼𝚖

BOOOOOOM!!!

His fist buried directly into Danill’s chest.

The sound was horrifying.

Danill’s massive chest visibly imploded inward from the impact as blood exploded out from his mouth.

The gigantic werewolf was launched backward through the air like a broken kite.

He smashed through two parked cars before rolling violently across the ground.

Midway through flying backward his transformation collapsed completely.

The fur vanished.

The massive frame shrank.

Bones snapped back rapidly.

Within seconds Danill returned to normal human size.

His clothes had been completely destroyed during transformation leaving him fully naked across the broken concrete.

But nobody cared about that.

Because his chest looked horrible.

The entire center had sunk inward unnaturally.

Blood covered his mouth as he struggled to breathe.

"Danill!"

The remaining wolves transformed back instantly and rushed toward him in panic.

One of them quickly grabbed a torn cloth from nearby debris and covered his lower body while the others tried helping him sit up.

Danill coughed violently.

Blood splattered onto the ground.

His eyes looked unfocused for a second.

Upstairs Anya stared in horror.

"That... that man..."

Her voice shook badly.

The seven werewolves who looked unstoppable seconds ago suddenly felt small compared to this vampire.

Lana moved instantly.

She jumped directly out the window.

Anya’s eyes widened.

"She jumped!"

But Lana landed smoothly on the ground below with fire spreading lightly beneath her feet from the impact.

Heat rolled outward immediately.

Upstairs Liam completely ignored Anya now.

His eyes stayed locked on Lana alone.

Every instinct in his body sharpened.

He knew how dangerous the vampire below was.

Liam murmured softly under his breath.

"Be careful my love... he is crazy strong."

Down below Lana suddenly looked upward.

Then winked at him.

And gave him a thumbs up.

Liam blinked once.

Then smiled faintly.

"She heard me."

Of course she did.

Lana turned back toward the battlefield immediately afterward and the playful look disappeared from her face completely.

Serious.

Cold.

Dangerous.

Heat suddenly exploded outward from her body.

FOOOOOSH!

Flames burst across her skin instantly as her entire figure became wrapped in burning fire. The temperature around her rose so fast the concrete beneath her feet started melting slowly.

Even the air distorted around her body.

The vampire in white watched her calmly with faint interest.

Lana slowly cracked her neck once.

Then she smiled.

A dangerous smile.

She looked directly into the vampire’s glowing red eyes and said softly,

"Let’s dance."

The moment Lana finished speaking the ground beneath her exploded.

BOOOOM!!!

She vanished in a burst of fire.

Anya didn’t even see her move properly. One second Lana stood there calmly surrounded by flames and the next she was already in front of the vampire in white with her fist coated in blazing fire aimed directly at his face.

The vampire reacted instantly.

His hand rose calmly.

But the moment Lana’s flaming punch collided against his palm the entire street detonated from the pressure.

FWOOOOSH!!!

Fire exploded outward violently.

The shockwave shattered nearby windows across the mansion grounds while burning heat rolled through the air hard enough to force the nearby wolves backward.

Danill coughed painfully while staring ahead in disbelief.

The vampire’s shoes dragged backward across the concrete several meters before he finally stabilized himself.

His white glove was burning.

Lana didn’t give him time to recover.

Her leg whipped upward instantly.

A flaming kick tore through the air toward his neck.

The vampire leaned backward just enough to avoid it but the flames extending from her leg sliced through the building behind him like a burning blade.

BOOOOOM!!!

Concrete exploded apart.

The vampire’s red eyes narrowed slightly for the first time.

Interesting.

Lana smiled.

Then attacked again.

This time she moved even faster.

Punch.

Kick.

Palm strike.

Every movement carried terrifying amounts of heat. Flames spiraled around her body beautifully yet violently, almost like fire itself was dancing with her. The vampire blocked rapidly while moving backward under the pressure of her attacks.

Each collision exploded.

Every punch shook the ground.

The entire mansion area became illuminated by burning orange flames.

Anya stared with her mouth slightly open.

Lana looked completely different now.

Not sleepy.

Not playful.

Not relaxed.

She looked terrifying.

Like a living natural disaster.

The vampire finally countered.

His hand shot forward suddenly toward Lana’s throat.

Fast.

Insanely fast.

But Lana twisted sideways smoothly and caught his wrist instead. Flames instantly wrapped around his arm.

The vampire’s sleeve burned away immediately.

His pale skin began blackening from the heat.

Yet his expression barely changed.

Instead his other fist buried directly into Lana’s stomach.

The impact blasted her backward through the air.
