After secretly returning back to Weiss’s room, Elise immediately handed her a bag filled with various plants and liquid. Among the huge amount of herbs that the just destroyed dark orginisation had, Weiss had specially mentioned a few to Elise. And this bag that she had brought back had some of those valuable herbs.

After getting her hands on this, even though there was no change in her expression, with her extremely well practiced "Weiss’s face reading" skill, Elise was able to see that her mistress Weiss was extremely happy with this result.

This fact made her very happy too. So while Weiss started to check out the quality and the condition of the herbs, Elise happily started to tell her about how the mission went.

After learning that the men had an exceedingly easy time with the help of the magic items, Weiss thought that she should start restricting their uses even more. And she also thought that instead of preventing the men and women from getting hurt at all, it would be better to heal them quickly after they had actually gotten injured.

When Weiss told Elise about this, Elise nodded her head. A training plan like that would be impossible for anyone else because of how expensive a poweful healing medicine actually was.

But for Weiss and the Souran territory, it was not a big deal. The plant needed to make the healing herbs was not rare in the forest of the Souran territory. So the supply of healing medicine was almost unlimited for them.

After seeing that Elise also agreed with her idea, Weiss decided to finalize this plan of hers. Even though she was the supreme leader and everyone was going to obey her without asking a single question, Weiss still always made sure to ask for the opinion of her subordinates.

This made Elise to be startled for a moment as at the current moment, her joy was extremely visible which was rare for Weiss. Most of the time, her joy was fleeting and suppressed.

Then she became curious about what was the reason for her joy. Currently Weiss was holding a small red flower in her hands so this flower was most probably the reason why she was so happy. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺

Noticing Elise’s curiosity, Weiss started to explain the reason for her happiness -

"The flower I am currently holding in my hands, it is extremely rare and very hard to find. I have only read about it in a book left behind by my ancestor but even after searching a lot for this, I have never been able to find one.

But now I have finally gotten my hands on this. Fufu, this is actually very amazing."

"Oh, congratulations mistress Weiss. So, what kind of use does this flower have ?"

The flower was very small in size and looked like some kind of weed. It was hard to believe that this was something valuable which could make Weiss so happy.

"Hmm, for us knights, it is not very useful. The only use this has is to make someone’s life force to be more vigorous than normal. So it can give someone a temporary strength boost.

This is a good effect but there are other things which had a better strength boosting effect and at the same time was not as rare. So it is actually a bit of an useless item for us."

Saying this much, Weiss stopped for a few seconds. Elise understood that if this was all, Weiss would definitely not be this interested in it. So this flower must have a hidden effect. As for what that hidden effect was, Elise patiently waited for Weiss to continue telling her about this.

"But this flower called Hanaguren had a special effect on magic items. It can supply mana to rechargable magic items."

The next day, the dark orginisation Sparrow’s Nest started a turf war with the Changer, another large dark orginisation.

Both of these dark orginisations were supposed to have almost equal amount of power but in the initial phase of the battle, it was the Sparrow’s Nest who dominated the battlefield.

That was because they had the support of the Skepa family and at the same time, the members of Sparrow’s Nest had more unity than the members of the Changer. Almost a hundred people died in this clash and the Changer lost quite a few of their valuable properties and assets.

As for what Weiss, Elise and her subordinates were doing at this moment, they were busy taking advantage of this turmoil to eliminate a few more small and mid scale dark orginisations.

Weiss had only chosen dark orginisations who should have hidden wealth and valuable materials, so these raids had been super profitable.

And they had also managed to find a few blackmail material for some merchants. Using that, they should have an easier time getting into the market of this whole region of the Brightshine kingdom.

The news about this hidden war had spread among the nobility and the strength of the Skepa family had impressed all of them. With how they were able to handle the scheming of other nobles and a powerful dark orginisation, it was clear that their foundation was not weak at all.

This made all the nobles to look forward to the great party. This was a troublesome situation but if the Skepa family could maintain the current momentum and continue impressing the nobles with their might, this could actually turn out to be a good thing for the family.
