Mr.Nobody: I am inside a webcomic?!
Chapter 34: The One Beyound The Story
13 years before everything,
Far beyond worlds.
Far beyond galaxies.
Far beyond the structure of dimensions themselves....
A colossal existence floated silently in the void. Its size rivalled Jupiter. Its body glowed like a living star. It had no face. Only an overwhelming divine presence that distorted nearby space simply by existing. Entire galaxies looked tiny before it.
And yet the being looked bored. "...Nothing changes anymore." Its voice echoed across dimensions. "I have watched countless civilizations rise and fall. Wars, heroes, monsters, love, betrayal again and again." The higher being slowly stretched its glowing hand through space.
Thousands of universes appeared before it like floating mirrors. It observed them one after another. Then something caught its interest.
A nearby multiverse smaller than the others. It was blue and green. "...Hm?" The being moved closer at impossible speed. Reality folded around it.
Moments later....
It floated near Earth. The blue planet rotated quietly beneath the cosmic entity. "...Interesting." A giant screen-like projection appeared before it. Scenes from Earth rapidly flashed by. Movies, music, games, animated shows. Human imagination fascinated the being.
Then....
One animated scene caught its attention. A pale demonic figure stood beneath glowing lights inside an animated series. The demon wore elegant black clothes and a white hat. Its appearance strangely resembled a legendary human performer from Earth known for iconic dancing and stage performances. The higher being observed carefully. The demon moved gracefully through the scene with unnatural charisma. Then his body transformed.
A woman, a middle aged man, another creature. Its form shifted again and again effortlessly. Finally, the demon transformed into a small human child.
The cosmic entity went silent. "...Interesting."
The child-form demon smiled calmly while terrifying humans around it.
The higher being slowly leaned closer toward the projection."This concept...It has potential. If I wish to experience entertainment directly...Then perhaps I should become part of the stage itself." The being looked toward Earth below. "...Yes. This may finally cure my boredom."
It vanished. Space collapsed inward from the speed alone.
...
...
...
Earth.
Rain softly tapped against hospital windows. A woman gently held a newborn baby in her arms. Tears filled her eyes. "My little Ray..." She smiled warmly. "Momma loves you so much." The baby stared upward silently.
12 years passed.
A peaceful suburban neighbourhood, a normal life. Or at least..That’s how it appeared to Ray.
Ray grew like any ordinary child. He went to school. Learned mathematics. Played games. Watched movies. But even from a young age something about him always felt... off.
At age five, he accidentally predicted a power outage before it happened.
At age seven, he solved high-school mathematics without learning it.
At age nine, he casually asked his teacher, "Why do humans perceive time linearly?" The teacher needed a week-long break afterwards.
At age eleven, he became obsessed with observing human behaviour like an outsider studying another species.
Yet despite everything, he adapted perfectly.
Now.. at age thirteen..
Ray sat inside his room holding a PlayStation controller. Bright explosions flashed across the TV screen. "LET’S GOOOO!" A racing game character crashed violently. Ray sighed. "...Are you kidding me...Boring." He tossed the controller onto the bed. Inside his mind, he thought quietly,"After coming to Earth, I discovered many interesting things. Games, Movies, stories, Human emotions. They’re entertaining at first...but everything becomes repetitive eventually."
He stared at the ceiling blankly."What’s the point of being a higher entity if I can’t even use my powers for entertainment? Man...this is getting boring again."
"Though that demon guy show was very interesting. I saw that the demon was attacked by multiple demon hunters. They were trying to attack the demon by trapping him. Even after being trapped, that motherf**** broke their traps and attacked them like an elephant was squishing ants. Heard the upcoming movie is coming in 202# ."
TRINGGGGG!!!
The doorbell rang. 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎
Ray lazily stood up."Coming..." He opened the door.
A brown-haired girl stood outside, casually holding snacks with a slightly annoying smile. It was Ray’s neighbour, Juliya.
"Wassup, Ray?" She walked inside immediately without permission. "Having fun?"
Ray closed the door slowly. "You always invade people’s houses like this?"
Juliya grinned. "Yes." She dropped onto his sofa comfortably.
Ray sighed deeply. "...You’re a menace."
She ignored him completely. "Anyway, have you read the new webcomic called Shining Blossom?"
Ray blinked. "...One of those picture stories you humans scroll through vertically?"
Juliya stared at him. "Stop talking like some weirdo."
Ray remained silent for a second. "...Fair criticism."
Juliya excitedly continued, "It’s actually really good. A cute romance story between a girl and her CEO childhood friend."
Ray crossed his arms. "...That sounds painfully generic."
"Well..It gets better later!"
"Hm," Ray responded.
Juliya pointed dramatically at him. "You ARE reading it today, right?"
Ray sighed. "...Fine."
The two entered his room properly.
Juliya sat beside his computer. "Open the website."
Ray turned on the PC. The monitor glowed softly. He opened the browser.
"Now type the name."
Ray slowly placed his fingers on the keyboard. Then typed Shining Blossom.
The search loaded. A colourful webcomic banner appeared across the screen. A girl with warm brown hair with a bob cut. A sharp-looking young CEO standing beside her.
Below the title, character names were written clearly.
[ Toma ]
[ Aiden ]
Ray rested his chin on one hand as the Chapters began scrolling automatically. At first, he expected another ordinary romance story.
But then the interactions caught his attention. The chemistry between them felt strangely natural, the awkward conversations, the emotional tension, the small moments. Even the misunderstandings felt... alive. Toma smiled brightly in one panel while Aiden looked away with hidden embarrassment.
Juliya grinned proudly beside him. "Told you it was good."
Ray’s eyes continued moving through the Chapters. "...Interesting. Very interesting. Unlike the countless repetitive stories I had already seen across universes these characters somehow feel more real. They are not perfect, not idealized, just... believable."
A thought slowly formed inside his mind. Then another. And another. His lips curved slightly upward.
Juliya noticed immediately. "...Why are you smiling like a villain?"
Ray ignored her. Inside his mind, countless possibilities began unfolding. "What if...What if I used this as a foundation?" His fingers lightly tapped against the desk. "A world created from references. A reconstructed narrative reality." He looked back at the screen where Toma and Aiden were standing together beneath cherry blossoms. "...I want to see them move, speak, exist, not as drawings but as actual living humans."
Juliya waved a hand in front of his face. "Hellooo? Ray?"
Ray blinked once and then casually closed the tab. "I’ve decided something."
Juliya narrowed her eyes suspiciously. "That sentence never leads to anything normal."
Ray slowly stood up from his chair and looked outside the window toward the evening sky. "...Why not create my own world?"
Juliya laughed. "What are you talking about?"
But Ray wasn’t joking anymore. He had higher-dimensional powers beyond human understanding. Invisible energy flickered faintly around his fingers before disappearing instantly. "I’ll use this story as a reference. A base structure. Then I’ll reshape it." His eyes narrowed slightly. "I want to watch how humans behave when fiction becomes reality."
Juliya stared at him awkwardly. "...You really need sleep."
Ray gave a small grin. "No..."
"I need entertainment."
