Audrey Sutton burrowed into Shane’s arms again, wrapping her arms around his lean waist, and playfully complained, "You’ve been so busy lately, you haven’t spent quality time with me and the baby."

Shane chuckled lightly and placed his hand on Audrey’s slightly protruding belly, his voice deep and husky, "Does the baby miss me? Let me see it?"

Audrey instantly understood the implication in Shane’s words, narrowed her eyes at him, and immediately wriggled out of his embrace, sitting up in bed saying, "Get up, look at the time."

Shane followed suit, sitting up and pulling Audrey back into his arms before suddenly asking, "Did you have fun last night?"

Audrey leaned against him, turned her head to glance at him, and said, "Yes, it was fun. It’s been a while since everyone got together like this to have fun. You came too late. I wanted to play with you."

Shane rubbed his chin against Audrey’s neck and said, "Wasn’t having that celebrity around enough for you?"

Audrey’s back stiffened as she knowingly smiled and said, "You’re jealous this early in the morning?"

Shane snorted coldly, "Why would I be jealous? I just saw you getting along well with him."

Audrey turned around, cupped Shane’s face with her hands, and looked at him with a cheeky smile, "You’re so cute like this."

Shane frowned, hearing Audrey explain, "I’ve said he’s just a good friend. Plus, you know he likes Bear, right? We invited him over specifically to help set them up."

"Who knows if he’s pretending to be close to your friend just to get near you?"

Audrey pouted and said, "I’ve realized you have quite an imagination. Last night, Simon Sue quietly told us that during his next concert, he’s planning to propose to Bear. We’re helping him plan it."

Shane looked as though he might believe it.

Audrey touched his chin and said, "Hurry up and get up to shave; it’s prickly."

Shane turned sideways to get out of bed, walking towards the bathroom, and said, "Go downstairs and check on Anna. Your fourth brother took her down this morning; she’ll probably need a diaper change."

Audrey grabbed a diaper and headed downstairs, where she saw Scott Sutton coming in from outside with Anna in his arms.

Scott Sutton put the child on the couch and complained, "This kid pulled my hair all the way."

Audrey laughed and said, "She never used to; it’s Six’s bad influence."

Seeing Audrey with a diaper, Scott reached out to take it and said, "I’ll change her. You go heat up breakfast and start eating."

Audrey looked at the hearty breakfast on the table, picked a couple of items to microwave, and saw Scott expertly changing Anna’s diaper, so she said, "Fourth Brother, you’ve picked this up quickly. When can you put it to personal use?"

Scott glared at her and said, "Did Mom send you to rush me into marrying?"

Audrey giggled and said, "Six and Lana have set their wedding for Valentine’s Day; you and Third Brother will definitely be pressured."

Scott chuckled softly and said, "I’m likely soon as well."

"Huh?" Audrey was surprised, "Really? You didn’t secretly find me a sister-in-law outside, did you? You’ve kept her well-hidden." 𝐟𝕣𝗲𝕖𝕨𝗲𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝗲𝚕.𝗰𝚘𝐦

Scott smiled faintly without replying, leading Audrey to laugh and gossip, "I get it now. Why did you suddenly move out? This is the reason. When are you planning to bring your wife home?"
