Having received Duke Yorok’s approval, Yulster relaxed slightly and bowed respectfully:

"I understand."

"Not... a report, per se, just some doubts."

"Lord Yorok, after many months of investigation, we have been able to ascertain that the god behind the Northern Land bears no ill will towards the Nais Clan. Given such... why can’t our relationship with Them progress further?"

"Lord Eugenia has once again moved up the timetable for Holy Presence Day, but Lord Cosy still does not respond to us. Although it is despicable for Elder Maxim and others to pledge allegiance to the Blood Demon Duke, I believe we perhaps do indeed need to consider the worst-case scenario..."

"Holy Presence Day is nearing, and even though Lord Cosy has yet to reply, our faith connection remains intact, which means They have not Fallen."

"Patience is key. Lord Cosy... will return."

Upon hearing Duke Yorok’s words, Yulster couldn’t help but ask,

"Lord Yorok, does this mean that even you no longer believe in Lord Eugenia’s prophecy?"

Duke Yorok remained silent.

After a long while, he sighed heavily,

"The will of the Great Elder and the Elder Council must be adhered to. I believe in Eugenia; Eugenia did indeed see a vision that suggested the possible demise of Lord Cosy, but the persistent connection of faith is an undeniable truth..."

"There are many interpretations of prophecy, perhaps Eugenia’s was flawed. The bond of faith is what truly matters. After all, we are Believers of the Stargazers, and with Holy Presence Day imminent, the closer we get, the more confidence we should have in our own god."

"If we ourselves do not believe, then perhaps Lord Cosy... may indeed never return."

After listening to Duke Yorok’s words, Yulster opened his mouth, but ultimately exhaled deeply:

"I understand."

Duke Yorok gave him a look and continued,

"Yulster, let these thoughts die in your heart. As your elder, I can understand your thoughts and forgive your mistakes, but the Elder Council won’t, nor will the Great Elder."

"That is a matter for the future. If we want to Dominate Falling Star Kingdom as Vadret controls the Coria Kingdom, we must elevate our own Royal Family. For this to happen, Roman must become a part of Falling Star’s history."

"Roman’s influence in Falling Star is simply too great. Even with declining family power, they can still contend with the Nais on prestige alone, and this is on top of Roman consecutively producing incompetent rulers."
