It was a bird of some kind. Reva hardly knew about the avian in this world but this thing looked like an eagle. He held his breath because of how big it was. The bird could easily hunt the two earlier beasts with ease. If this was not a mystic world, Reeva didn’t think that this thing could fly.

The bird screeched, its beak was made out of some kind of shining metal and its claw looked as shaped as a knife. Reeva was reminded of the Blacde that Raphel the skeleton gaint used. Reeva felt a bit of fear.

The here size of the bird was enough to fight with the tower. At least it would be able to throw it around. Upon seeing the bird, the tower bent again, the middle of the body then produced another arrow ready to kill the bird in one shot.

However, this thing was more intelligent than the other two and it actually dodged the arrow that flew at it. The sharp claw latched onto the part of the tower that bent outward. The tower stretched even further than before. Its long thread then collapses. Reeva felt terror, was he about to win the death of a god?

However, before the eagle could snap the tower with its sharp claw, the tower fired back. The two that originally looked like a cylinder changed their shape. A sharp oun protruded from the body of it and formed into a blade.

The eagle screamed when its claw foot was cut by the sudden change into a blade. Its wings flap faster and faster. Reeva could see that it was getting angry. The claw got out of the tower that had turned into a blade.

The eagle made some distance to not get hurt by the blade. however, in the process, it made itself vulnerable to the arrow again. The hunt god charged up another arrow and fired at the eagle still retreating. The eagle dodged the arrow again.

The battle didn’t seem to be in anyone’s favor. However, Reeva noticed that the tower lost a considerable amount of its mass after the second arrow. It made sense considering it generated the arrow from its own body.

It looked thinner than before too. At this rate, the eagle would take home the win. Reeva felt like he would be able to carry some favors if he helped the god now. However, he had no idea how to. The fight between the two giants made him feel like he was an ant... No, he really was an ant in front of these two beings.

To make any difference in this fight, Reeva needed to be at least a 6 circle mystic. With a gnosis, his power would be boosted beyond normal but without it, this scale of the fight was useless for him to participate. He could only hope that the god wouldn’t lose so easily.

The bird gets more and more aggressive as the god fires another arrow at it. Now the bird seemed to notice that the god became weaker and weaker after every shot. It took full advantage of this and baited out as many arrows as it could. The tower shot many arrows now left with just one-fifth of its original size.

Now Reeva could get a glimpse of the top of the tower. However, he couldn’t see what really was at the top. only just the side of it and from that, he could tell that it was not much different than what he imagined, just the same old tower.

The god prepared another arrow, this time it would last judging from the mass it had. It needed to make this count. The arrow after charging up, was thrown at the eagle like any other, however, this one was way faster than before since its mass was lower.

The eagle flapped its wing and dodged to the side. However this time a hole was created on its wing, because of how fast the arrow was, the eagle didn’t anticipate it. The eagle fell from the sky, it could no longer maintain the flight after such injury.

Reeva was a bit relieved, he though he would see a god fall right in front of his eyes. However, the eagle didn’t die just yet. Its wing which had a hole in it slowly regenerated lowly using the other par of its body. Reeva watched the tower with worried eyes, with its last arrow gone, the thing was defenseless.

Reva could also plainly see the top of the twoer now, in the middle of a cylinder-like twoer lies a human figure half fuse into the tower, with only his torso, head, and arms visible. Reeva use this opportunity to get closer to the top of the tower.

He guessed that this thing was the god controlling this massive body. Reeva ran, this was likely the last time he could see the god up close... Or maybe he could get something from a god dying before him. Either way, he wanted to get a closer look.

As he got closer, Reeva noticed something odd, the face of the god of hunt was that of a woman. What more odd was the fact that the woman displaced emotion and that emotion was not fear or worry as Reeva thought.

The bird spread its wings when it got up, it screamed louder than before like it was shouting a victory. However just as the bird screamed of joy, it also screamed of pain. An arrow had piece through the bid abdomen.

Reeva could see its big hollow eyes surprised. He looked over to where the arrow came from and discovered that there was another tower that fired that arrow! Another arrow flew over, this time it was aiming for the head.

The bird-like creature try to dodge the arrow but its body was impaled in the middle and the arrow transformed into a hook that when it went right through the body of the bird, it quickly pulled the bird down to the ground.

The second arrow hit the bird right in the head
