"I’m sure Boss wouldn’t mind lending it to you, so feel free to use it, Madam."

That was half-truth and half-bullshit.

I just need an excuse to give Esper Lee Sarang-ssi some Guiding while no one is looking.

"How could I? You’re the #2 Esper in the country, ma’am."

"Alright, Sarang Noona," Yuno said, giving in because Lee Sarang’s puppy dog eyes were hard to resist. "But please speak to me comfortably."

Lee Sarang rewarded Yuno with a bright smile that only made her look more beautiful. "Okay, Yuno-ya."

He extended his hand to her. "Your hand, please."

The female Esper grabbed Yuno’s hand without a question.

Yuno then gave Lee Sarang a light Guiding.

Just enough to make her remember why she wanted to talk to me in private before.

Moon Noa chuckled while watching Serial Killer #1 yell while locked up in the White Room— aka the interrogation room for Awakened People who committed heavy crimes.

The room was made with materials that would prevent them from using their abilities.

But there are exceptions, of course.

"Bibi?" Bambi asked, standing next to Moon Noa. "Is that a person or an Item?"

Yes, Moon Noa wasn’t alone.

He was with Bambi, Ryu Sungbin, Leehan, and Haru.

Chief Kim and President Kwak are cleaning up after the mess left at the party.

Hence, only that group brought the two potential serial killers to the Esper Association Building.

The interrogation room was there, after all.

And, now, their group was keeping an eye on the hooded serial killer and Eun Rina— with only a glass wall between them.

The two culprits had different reactions.

While the hooded serial killer kept calling for ’Bibi,’ Eun Rina kept crying while claiming "she didn’t know anything."

"It must be a person," Moon Noa said. "That ’Bibi.’"

Everyone nodded in agreement.

Moon Noa was about to say he’d enter the White Room to begin the interrogation "properly," but he got a call from the security team outside.

Apparently, Noh Yuno was there.

"Let him in," Moon Noa said to the leader of the security team. "We’re expecting Yuyu here~"

Everyone turned to him with a curious look on their faces.

Yes, they weren’t expecting Noh Yuno there.

Well, whatever.

Moon Noa smiled brightly when the door opened and Noh Yuno entered the White Room. "Yuyu—"

That was the sound of the door to the interrogation room getting kicked open— yes, Noh Yuno ignored them all and went straight to the serial killers.

That was the sound of the serial killer and Eun Rina falling from their seats while clutching their chests as if they couldn’t breathe.

Moon Noa chuckled while shaking his head.

Yuyu is mad mad!

"I thought no one can use their abilities in that room?" Ryu Sungbin asked. "How can Noh Yuno attack the serial killers then?"

Yes, Noh Yuno was one of the exemptions Moon Noa mentioned earlier.

E-Class Guides are really a special class.

"Because a Guide "attacking" another Guide’s Core isn’t considered an offensive attack," Moon Noa explained. "And that’s why the restrictions of the White Room don’t apply to Yuyu."
