Through the bird’s eye linked to the Eye of the Beast King’s talent, Aiden managed to find one of the dozens of caves on the rocky mountain.
The cave was at a high altitude and had not been permanently closed by the villagers, several other caves were closed due to the black monster’s terror.
Aurora and Aiden climbed the mountain, Aiden walking in front while carrying a black dragon in his hands.
Aurora was seen following behind, occasionally the two dragons fought like sizzling.
15 minutes of walking up the steep rocks, he finally found the cave. Although it was not as big as the cave in Mist Hill, it was enough to start the beast taming ritual.
"You keep watch outside, Aurora," Aiden ordered, and Aurora nodded.
Aurora stood guard by freezing the cave entrance using her ice magic power.
Aiden smiled, they would not know about this place, and they would not even be able to touch or damage the ice walls.
Aiden tried to remember the requirements needed to perform the beast taming ritual. It required the blood and gems of the dominant element of the shadow dragon.
Before that, Aiden placed the black dragon in front of him. Aiden closed his eyes and focused on activating his Eye of the Beast King talent.

A red circle appeared under Aiden’s feet, startling the black dragon. The red rune circle lit up brightly and continued to rotate clockwise, prompting Aiden to put in the items needed to start the contract.

’What makes it special?" Aiden asked again.
Not wanting to think about anything else, Aiden patted his magic pouch and released the gem.
The black-colored gem seemed to float within the magic runes, then faded into particles and streams of dark elemental magic energy.
Aiden stepped forward and inflicted a small wound on the dragon. It didn’t seem to rebel, as if it knew its blood was needed.
Finally, Aiden slashed his palm and poured his blood onto the ground, along with the blood of the black dragon in front of him.

Instantly a wave of magic energy appeared very strong in that place. Aurora went so far as to help by forming a protective dome with them inside, for which Aiden was grateful.
The power of the magical turmoil grew stronger, increasing as the beast taming contract process continued.

The two balls of magical energy collided with each other, creating a much more powerful magical turmoil and boom.
The boom was even capable of causing cracks in the walls of the ice dome of Aurora.
Aiden tried to control both energies with his magic. The only way to accomplish this was to fuse the two different energies together, then infuse them into Aiden’s body.
That’s what happened when Aiden made the beast taming contract with Aurora, and Aiden was sure the ritual contract process would be no different than before.
By controlling his fire magic energy, Aiden wrapped the black dragon’s energy to stop it from stirring. After much effort, Aiden finally succeeded.

In the end, the beast taming contract was successfully formed. The red magic runes on the ground disappeared, the black dragon began to fall down from weakness, Aiden knelt down tiredly while trying to catch his breath.
Aurora hurriedly stepped over, inquiring fully about Aiden’s condition. Aiden agreed that he was indeed tired, but his tiredness would soon disappear.
"The most important thing is her. She must be very tired," Aiden replied.
"What should I do?" asked Aurora, confused.
"Recover and control your ego," Aiden said.
The white-haired girl seemed to pause for a moment, then cleared her throat in agreement with what Aiden had told her to do.
There was some reluctance in Aurora’s heart to help the black dragon, but Aiden’s orders as her master were absolute and could not be disobeyed.
Aurora managed to get rid of her ego and began to restore the black dragon’s condition. Aiden also managed to recover bit by bit, without the help of any potions or gems.
He looked to the side, seeing Aurora busy recovering the black dragon. Slowly, the relationship between the two began to improve, although Aiden did not deny that the two were indeed a little hostile.
Aiden got up, stepping closer to Aurora while checking on the black dragon’s condition.
"She’s fine,’ Aurora explained, and Aiden cleared his throat in agreement.
"Did you give her a name yet?" asked Aurora.
"Hmm... I don’t know what would be a good name for her."
"It’s just a name, think of something else, like a monster name or a tragedy name," Aurora said, still annoyed.
"I’ll call her Rachel."
"Rachel? My name is better," Aurora said.
Aiden smiled slightly. He realized the road ahead would be long, winding, and dangerous, but this was the first path Aiden had taken.
Whether he wanted to or not, whether he liked it or not, Aiden had to take this path so that he could find his way home.
