[Eldoria - Throne Hall]

"My Queen!!"

The heavy oak doors slammed open. Josephine and Morgana turned around sharply as a guard rushed inside, his face pale, sweat beading on his forehead despite the cool air of the hall.

"What happened?" Morgana asked, her eyes narrowing into slits.

"My Queen, Lady Morgana! The enemy, they are outside the planet! They brought with them a very powerful weapon, and by the looks of it, it seems like the Phoenix Nation's secret weapon!" He said, swallowing hard as he delivered the news of their potential extinction.

The Phoenix Sun-Cannon. A weapon capable of igniting a planet's atmosphere.

"It seems that stupid brother of mine showed him the weapon and even activated it."

The three turned to the door, seeing Hazel walking inside the throne hall. She looked like a ghost of her former self; her eyes were filled with dark circles, her royal Phoenix robes hung loosely on her frame, and she clearly looked exhausted. The guilt was eating her alive.

"Queen Hazel, you should be resting." Morgana asked with a raised eyebrow, her tone commanding yet concerned.

"No... I caused this, which leads to other nations getting wiped out. If I haven't accepted that bastard of a brother back into the kingdom, and he joined with that evil creature, none of this would have happened!" She said, her fists clenched so tight her nails drew blood.

Josephine stared at her for some moments. She saw the rage, the self-hatred, and the desperation for redemption. She shook her head gently.

"Don't take the blame for other's wicked deeds, but sorry, you aren't in any condition to fight... The battle in the phoenix nation still has its effect on you. So for now, you need to rest." She said firmly.

She turned to the guard to issue orders, but before she could say another thing, two more guards rushed inside, panic etched onto their features.

"What happened now?!!" Morgana asked with a deep frown, sensing the situation spiraling.

"My Queen!! The Dragons, Ogres, Elves, Phoenix and Xenon, all the five nations' weapons have arrived, and with the look of it, they're all hostile!" The one at the right reported, his voice trembling.

".....?!!"

The room fell silent.

"This!! These are the nations which suffered the most in the battle... Even with our support, each of them lost their weapons to the enemy. This is bad." Morgana muttered, turning to Josephine. It wasn't just an invasion; it was a mockery. The enemy was using their allies' greatest strengths against them.

"Yes, Morgana, this is tricky. Although Eldoria's defense is strong, if the planet gets destroyed, Eldoria will go with it."

Josephine's eyes hardened. She turned to the guards, her voice steel.

"Get ready! We're using Eldoria secret weapon!"

The guards exchanged nervous glances.

"But my Queen, the Weapon, it isn't ready! The weapon... It's at 90%." The first guard said, his surprise evident. Firing it now could be catastrophic.

"Then pass my order to David. All drones, every last one should be released, they should stall the enemy still the weapon is ready! Even if they all get destroyed, don't stop. Go now!"

"Yes!"

The three guards nodded, stood up, and rushed out of the hall, their boots echoing like frantic heartbeats.

"You need to rest... Leave the rest to me." Morgana said, placing a hand on Josephine's shoulder, trying to stop her.

"No... This is my home, so how do you expect me to rest when it's in danger?" Josephine asked with a slight frown, brushing the hand away and walking towards the gate. Her belly was heavy, but her stride was that of a warrior.

"Hazel... No matter what I say or do, you won't back down. Go get ready then... It's time to protect our home and planet." She said, not slowing down.

Morgana stared at her retreating back with a slight frown, and sighed helplessly. Anything she said at the moment will only get through deaf ears. Josephine was stubborn, just like Sunny.

"Stay close." She said to Hazel, and followed behind Josephine.

Hazel stared at the two, her fists clenched in anger. As Sunny's ally, she was meant to strengthen their nations' relationship, but now, her stupid brother just ruined everything. She wiped a tear of frustration and followed them. She would burn before she let Eldoria fall.

[Outside Planet Zax - Eldoria's Orbit]

Space was silent, vast, and cold.

Five huge ships, twice the size of a moon, decelerated thousands of miles from the planet. They were ancient, terrifying dreadnoughts, hijacked from the fallen nations.

In the biggest ship's cockpit—the Phoenix Flagship—the Ice Man stood with folded arms. Frost radiated from him, covering the advanced controls in a layer of jagged ice. Standing behind him was the Phoenix Nation's Prince. The two were the only ones in the cockpit; the crew had long since been frozen or disposed of.

"Is everything ready?" He asked, his voice dead like the void outside, staring at the blue-green jewel of a planet.

"Yes my lord, all the weapons are ready to fire. We are waiting for your command." The Prince said, his head bowed in absolute submission.

"Then fire." He said.

"Yes!"

The Prince walked towards the controls, his hands shaking slightly. He opened the glass cap covering the red button. Then moved his finger towards it.

BEEP!

The proximity alarm blared.

The two turned to the huge holographic screen, seeing millions of black specks swarming towards them. It looked like a cloud of angry locusts moving with insane speed.

"Those are Eldoria's fighter drones... They have enough firepower to destroy a whole city." The Prince exclaimed in shock. He quickly calculated the trajectory. "We can't fire, if we do... The blast will collide with the drones and won't have any impact on the planet's core or surface."

The Ice Man narrowed his eyes. As a Ninth Order entity, the drones meant nothing to his physical body, but he wasn't ready to fight personally. Not against machines.

"Use normal weapons then, destroy all those drones and make a clear path. Once you have the target, take down that planet!" He ordered.

"Yes!"

The Prince moved to the secondary controls and tapped furiously. Instantly, countless turrets deployed on the hull of each of the five ships, releasing a storm of plasma fire on the incoming swarm.

PING! PING! PING!

"What is this?!" The Phoenix Prince was stunned speechless, staring at the screen.

"The drones are immune... What are those things made up of?!?" He yelled in disbelief. The plasma bullets sent by the ships were bouncing off the drones' black alloy shells like raindrops on a tin roof.

"Useless! Do I have to do everything!!!" The man yelled, his patience snapping. He stretched his hand forward.

"I will just freeze all their controls, get ready!" He yelled at the Prince.

"Yes my Lord!!" The Prince nodded his head, and rushed back to the red button, waiting for the path to clear.

"USELESS!"

The Ice Man yelled. A vortex of Absolute Zero ice flew out of his hand in a smoke state. It passed through the hull of the ship without damaging it and flew out into the vacuum, expanding rapidly into a cosmic blizzard heading towards the charging drones. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺

The Prince watched as the ice storm moved through space and entered the planet's upper atmosphere, swallowing the vanguard of the drone army. He blinked, watching as the drones—machines built to withstand heat and impact—froze instantly. Their circuits snapped, and they dropped from the sky one at a time, turning into useless blocks of ice.

[Eldoria Base - Command Center]

The room was bathed in emergency red light.

"Something isn't right!" David yelled, his fingers flying across the holographic keyboard. He stared at the red light flashing ominously on his screen. "The drones are getting shut down by something! It's not hacking... it's temperature drop. Absolute Zero!"

"How is that possible?!" His assistant behind him yelled in shock, staring at the screen with wide eyes.

"Impossible, that's... That creature is in one of those ships!" She yelled, realizing the terrifying truth. "If the Queen attacks now, it'll be suicidal! We need to stop her!"

"Do you think she will listen to you?!!" David snapped at her, his words drawing the attention of everyone in the chaotic room.

"The Queen is someone who will even risk her life for this nation! No matter what we say, she won't listen!" He said with gritted teeth.

"But she is pregnant!!" The Assistant yelled, tears forming in her eyes.

"I know that! That's why." He started tapping on the keyboard with renewed frenzy, his eyeglasses reflecting the cascading code on the screen.

"What are you doing?" The Assistant asked in confusion, leaning in.

"You aren't..." Her eyes widened in shock as she recognized the command protocol.

"That's right... I am going all out! We must make sure he focuses on us! At least this will give the Queen some time to make a sneak attack. If some of his ships get destroyed, the planet will be saved!" He said, tapping even faster, overriding the safety limits on the drone cores.

[Ship Cockpit]

BEEP!!

The Prince blinked, staring at the drone signals on the ship screen. The blue dots representing the enemy suddenly turned a violent, flashing red.

"What? What is happening to the drones?" He muttered in confusion.

WHOOSH!!

The Ice Man stopped his attack, watching with mild curiosity. The red drones moved towards his ice storm, forming a shield wall, while the rest of the swarm tucked in tight behind them.

"Heat? Are they planning on using heat against my ice Storm? Are they that stupid?" He asked with a slight frown.

He watched as the lead drones caught on fire—not from external weapons, but from within. They were overheating their reactors to critical levels. They were still pushing against the ice storm, melting a path through the frozen void, the rest of the drones following behind the burning ones like a comet's tail.

"This? What are they planning?!" He spread out both hands, and more ice storms shot out from the ship, smashing into the drones.

"I don't care! You will all die today!! My target is God Wolf, but he went into hiding, so I will take his precious nation and family!!" He yelled, his voice echoing in the psychic spectrum.

BOOOOOOM!!!!

Instantly, the entire vanguard of burning drones exploded. It wasn't a tactical retreat; it was a Kamikaze strike. They detonated like a nuclear bomb in the upper atmosphere, creating a massive cloud of superheated plasma that blocked all visual and sensor feeds. The force of the explosion slammed into the shields of the five dreadnoughts, forcing the massive ships some meters backward in the void.

"What the... Hell?!"

The Prince muttered, shielding his eyes from the blinding flash.

As the plasma cloud began to dissipate, he saw it. Through the smoke and fire, thousands of fresh, unharmed drones shot out of the planet's atmosphere. Their missile bays opened in unison.

"Fucked."

Countless missiles, their warheads glowing with unstable energy, headed towards the five ships.

BOOOOOOM!!!!!
