Infinite wealth In A New World-Chapter 415: Oh No!!
"You mean, half of your powers is in this thing?" Jinx asked, staring at the card with a mixture of disbelief and reverence. As a being who had stood at the apex of power for years, she understood exactly what "half" of Sunny’s power meant. It was enough to rewrite the laws of physics on a universal scale.
"Yes. No matter what you do, make sure to use it as a last resort... Well, with you four’s strength and arsenals, there won’t be anyone that can stop you."
Sunny waved his hand casually. The air behind Jinx didn’t just split; it screamed as reality was torn asunder. A gateway appeared, spinning violently with energies that didn’t belong to this dimension.
"You three, be careful, and listen to Jinx. Understand?" Josephine stared at the triplets, her Saint-level aura retracting to reveal only the worried mother beneath.
"We will, Mom." They said in unison, their voices solemn.
"And Lucian, look after them." She added, locking eyes with her eldest son.
"Thinking about babysitting Treasure is a drag... Seems I have a workload ahead." He said, sighing and closing his eyes in feigned exhaustion.
The moment he opened them again, he saw Josephine standing directly in front of him, bypassing his senses entirely.
".....?!" He was stunned, his casual demeanor cracking.
"Take care." Josephine smiled gently, and planted a kiss on his forehead. She walked towards the other two, giving them the same treatment, lingering just a second longer than usual.
"Now... Get going and make us proud." She added, stepping back to Sunny’s side.
"Um... I have a question, Dad." Destiny turned to Sunny.
Sunny gestured for him to continue.
"If by chance someone asked how old we are, what should we say?" He asked. It was a valid tactical question; they looked eighteen but were chronologically ten. 𝒇𝓻𝓮𝓮𝙬𝙚𝒃𝒏𝓸𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝓬𝓸𝒎
"Huh?" Sunny was confused by the question, but he paused, his golden eyes flashing with a glimpse of the future. He answered with a smirk:
"When you walk out of that gateway, anyone you see who looks like you or your sister, ask them their years. Upon knowing their years, add one year to it, and that’s your years." He said.
"....?!!"
Everyone blinked, staring at him like he had grown two heads. What sort of answer was that? It was oddly specific, hinting that Sunny already knew exactly who—or what—they would encounter first.
"Stop asking meaningless questions and get going." Sunny said with a knowing smile.
"We will Dad! We won’t fail you!!" Lucian yelled, his sudden shift to a serious expression shocking his siblings for a moment. He straightened his back, the laziness vanishing to reveal the prince beneath.
"Take care of them, Ellen." Jinx nodded at her sister. She turned, her coat flaring, and walked towards the gateway without hesitation. The three looked at one another, steeled their resolve, and followed behind her.
Sunny, Josephine, and everyone present watched as the four entered the swirling vortex. One by one, they vanished from the hall. The next moment, the gateway shattered into sparks of light, leaving the room silent.
Josephine stood still, staring at the empty spot where her children had just been.
"I see you placed your mark on them." Sunny muttered, walking towards her, and stopped on her right.
"Yes. If by chance I entered that realm, I will be able to easily track my kids." She admitted, her eyes still glowing faintly. She wasn’t taking any chances.
"Well, it’s a good idea." Sunny nodded, wrapping an arm around her.
"I have a feeling something interesting is going to happen." He added, looking at the space where the portal had been.

[Unknown Realm — City X]
BOOOOM!!
The peace of the night was shattered. A lady in a mask leaped out of the billowing black smoke caused by an explosion, her boots skidding on the pavement as she sprinted down the empty street.
"Get her!!!"
A man yelled from within the smoke, pointing a gloved finger at the running lady.
GRAAAA!!
Five monstrous dogs standing in front of him shot forward, their eyes glowing with predatory hunger, fixed on the lady.
"You pig!" The lady slammed her palms together. Mana flared, and a Blue Card appeared in front of her, holographic particles coalescing into an image of a spined beast.
"Earth Porcupine, Defend me with your life!!" She yelled.
BOOM!
The card shattered into blue light. A three-foot-tall Earth Porcupine materialized behind her, its quills rattling like spears as it stared down the charging dogs.
GRAAA!
It let out a low, vibrating growl, and shot razor-sharp rock spikes from its body towards the dogs.
GRAAAA!!
BAM!
The dogs leaped all over the place with supernatural agility, easily dodging the attacks. They ran along the walls of the buildings, defying gravity to flank their target.
"Kill it!!" The man yelled.
GRAAAA!!
The five dogs leaped into the air, diving towards the Porcupine from all angles, their claws stretched out to rend flesh.
"Fools." The lady, who was still running, muttered. She glanced back, and whispered under her breath: "Spikes Burial."
BOOOOM!!
"What?!" The man was stunned.
He stared in horror at his summons. The ground beneath the Porcupine had erupted, sending massive earthen spears upward. The five dogs were all impaled mid-air, skewered by the spikes.
"How did it summon spikes from below the earth?" He watched as his five dogs shattered into green lights. They flew back towards him, reforming into five summoning cards.
He watched with gritted teeth as the green cards turned to ash in his hands and blew away in the wind.
"You will pay for that!!!" He yelled, enraged by the permanent loss of his summons. He flicked his wrist, and a Purple Card appeared, pulsating with a much darker, hotter energy.
"Hell Hound!! Kill it with hell fire!!"
The purple card shattered. A five-foot-tall flaming dog appeared in front of it, magma dripping from its jaws. It opened its mouth and shot out a torrent of lava.
"Huh?!" The lady was stunned by the sudden escalation in power.
BOOOOM!!!
The attack smashed into the Earth Porcupine. The defensive beast didn’t stand a chance; it was incinerated instantly, turned to dust before it could even whimper.
"Shit! This guy has a high-grade summoning card!" She cursed, running faster as her blue card shattered into ashes behind her, signaling the death of her guardian.
"No matter what, I must not get caught!"
She took a sharp turn into an alley, desperate to lose the line of sight, only to skid to a halt.
It was a dead end. A massive brick wall loomed over her.
"Oh no!"
"Hahaha, nowhere to hide now." The man’s voice echoed from the alley entrance, the heat of the Hell Hound radiating behind him.
