Loved By a Vampire King-Chapter 635: BOW DOWN

The demons started to corner Ayra, their eyes were dancing in excitement. It has been a long time since they drank fresh blood. Ayra’s lower spirit was driving them crazy for thirst. When the exact moment came, the weather above their head took a drastic turn. It was clear and radiating before this. In a snap of the moment, it had turned into a dark cave, accompanied by fires everywhere.

Ayra gasped, looking upward in the sky. Even the demons appeared slightly confused by the change of nature. Only Ralph looked relieved as he wandered his eyes across the land. It was proved that his illusion magic was destroyed by someone. Earlier he gave this place a beautiful view. But now it had turned into a dark abyssal. In this whole universe, only his own blood had the power to destroy his magic.

A dark, deep voice resonated through space, fuming in anger,

" HOW DARE YOU HURT MY WOMAN?" 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝐰𝚎𝕓𝐧𝚘𝘃𝗲𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝕞

Amidst the darkness, a silhouette popped out right in front of Ayra. Ayra was flabbergasted to see the familiar back. Without turning around, she could feel his man. But Cedric’s arrival left her mind with questions. Didn’t he say that he was never interested in the demon realm? How did he find her then?

Even the demons took a step back. They all knew that Cedric was certainly not his father’s type. His demon was far worse than his father’s. He could kill anyone without showing any mercy. Even his strength couldn’t be compared with other average demons. Although Cedric was facing Ayra from his back, he didn’t hold back anymore. Cedric allowed his demon to appear on the surface. His usual handsome face had turned rigid. His large balled black eyeballs were glowing with murderous glint.

The demon, Maze stumbled on his words, trying to justify his actions,

" Crown Prince..She..she invaded our realm. It’s a crime. We were trying to educate her."

Cedric stressed his words, approaching the demons slowly,

" Who are you to educate her? The king or an heir? Do you know who she is? Do you know what she is?"

The demons behind Maze looked uncomfortable by Cedric’s words. They didn’t try to know who had come to their realm. They were all enticed by Maze and his partner here. They glanced among each other then at Ayra who felt blank by the entire situation.

Crown Prince? Could he be Hayden? But why would Hayden save her?

Maze remained unapologetic. Although he guessed his crime, he was a stubborn demon. He confronted back firmly, sending glares to Ayra,

" I don’t care who she is! I only follow the laws and she certainly broke one."

The moment those words left his mouth, a dark shadow chain came out of Cedric’s body. Without a pause, it got strangled against Maze’s throat, lifting him up from the ground. Cedric’s face appeared closer as he emphasized his words one by one, loud enough to reach other demons,

" She is the Queen, the queen of my universe and certainly the future queen of this realm. Who do you think you are here to capture her?"

Ayra’s stomach churned into a tight knot as soon as she heard Cedric. She couldn’t believe her own ears. Turning Crown Prince..Did Cedric agree to become a full demon? Will he rule here after leaving the Basarisk?

The answers were all in front of Ayra. Even the imaginations pained her so much that she started to tear up. NO!! She couldn’t lose Cedric. He wouldn’t leave her alone!

On the other side, Maze’s face had turned pale by the power. He tried to fight back but his powers were useless against Cedric. Even the other demons didn’t dare to approach Cedric anymore. Another demon whose skull was burnt tried to convince Cedric, looking grim,

" Crown Prince! This isn’t right! We were behaving against the law. She can be your wife but you aren’t king yet. She isn’t allowed here. It is against our law. You are punishing brother Maze for nothing."

Cedric snapped at him in rage, still choking Maze whose face had started to melt from the other side,

" I AM THE LAW! NO ONE CAN CHANGE IT EXCEPT ME!"

The demons had nothing to say against it. Indeed they made the laws, not them. After another round of burning strangle around Maze’s throat, Cedric let go of him. Maze hit the ground with his half burning face. He was wailing in pain when Cedric roared at the demons, breathing heavily in rage,

" NOW BOW DOWN IN FRONT OF YOUR RULERS!"

His demonic voice was so terrifying that Ayra was startled as well. The demons were helpless against Cedric’s authorized command. Their natural instincts were to submit and bow in front of their rulers. They all took their bows naturally even Maze who couldn’t even hold his head down because of the pain.

Ralph stepped forward to stand beside his son. He was looking extremely proud as he ordered them back,

" GO BACK TO YOUR SHELLS!"

The demons left without another argument. After the whole mascara died down, it was time that they faced Ayra who was standing and shivering a little far away. Her eyes were full of tears. She couldn’t accept the reality anymore. Ever since she grew up, she has faced so many difficulties. She wasn’t ready to face more consequences.

Ralph patted Cedric’s shoulders as a way to comfort him. Ralph understood that Cedric would be having a hard time explaining everything to Ayra. Probably they would end up losing each other. By the time, Cedric had turned around, he had shut down his demons. He saw the pain, confusion and anger in Ayra’s eyes.

Just when he tried to approach Ayra, Ayra began to yell with tears, her voice cracking up,

" Tell me, it’s not.. true..Tell me.. It’s not..You can’t do this to me.. Cedric..You.."

Cedric couldn’t stand anymore. With a swift movement, he grabbed onto Ayra and said locking their eyes,

" You won’t remember anything about today’s event, love. It’s the best for you."
