Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 316: His Existence Has Been Forgotten
"Good choice," he said, making Arielle smile proudly. "This dress will suit you, but this dress won’t lighten my pocket."
Ronan closed the catalog and returned it to the shop owner. "I will take them all and send them to the palace. You’ll get paid there."
The woman smiled widely and bowed respectfully. "Thank you for your generosity, Your Majesty."
"Ronan, I haven’t even tried on all the dresses in my closet yet," Arielle protested.
"Come this way, My Lady," asked the designer, measuring Arielle’s body to match all the dresses. Ronan just smiled behind the cloth covering his mouth.
He waited for a while until the designer had finished getting Arielle’s body measurements.
"Thank you for shopping. We hope that our service will satisfy you."
Ronan gave tips to the shop assistant, and he left the shop with Arielle.
"Jewellery done, dresses done, now hair accessories. What kind of hat do you want?" Ronan asked, making Arielle shake her head profusely.
"I don’t need them. I-I think we’ve done enough shopping."
"But my pocket doesn’t feel light yet."
Arielle took off the man’s coat and untied the pouch on his hips. "Let me hold it."
Ronan put his hand on his hips when he saw Arielle holding his pouch. "You little thief."

Arielle always pulled Ronan’s hand away when the man tried to get her to stop by another shop. She wasn’t used to his way of shopping. She also didn’t understand why Ronan gave her a choice if, in the end, he bought everything.
She continued to pull Ronan away and returned to the previous street. She took the turn towards the town square. Ronan relented and followed the girl without complaining.
As they reached the square, the sky grew darker so that the lights surrounding the square had been turned on completely. As well as the small lights that adorn the wolf statue in the fountain in the middle of the square.
"This place never sleeps," said Arielle, who saw several people sitting together and watching the little children running around there.
"I told you, one of the things that keeps Northendell withstand in this cold weather is the warmth of the people," Ronan whispered from behind.
Arielle looked around and found a crepes stall that was the same as the one Lucas had bought for her.
"Can I buy that snack?" Arielle pointed at a stall.
Ronan shrugged. "Well, you’ve stolen my money. That means you can use it however you want."
Arielle jumped with joy. The girl turned quickly and ran towards the crepes stall, leaving Ronan, who was slightly mesmerized by her happiness. A subtle smile was on his lips when he saw joy flickered in Arielle’s eyes. He followed Arielle, who was queuing behind two small children.
"Can I buy a half? I only have this much money," said one of the children, holding out a three-cent coin.
The fat man selling crepes sighed in annoyance and grabbed the three coins roughly. "Three coins aren’t even worth half of it."
"Oh, Sir. I’ll pay for it," Arielle cut in quickly before the children were hurt by the crepes seller’s words.
The man glanced at Arielle from head to toes. However, Arielle, who was wearing a black robe and hood, made the man unable to judge her status. The two small children looked back with sparkling eyes.
"Can I buy two?" he asked with a pleading face.
"Me too. Me too, can I?" asked another child.
"Of course! You can buy ten if you want!" Arielle replied, no less enthusiastic.
"IS THAT TRUE!?" both exclaimed in disbelief.
Ronan stretched out his hand, trying to ask Arielle not to overdo it. One of the children ran away, leaving the other child behind. Not long after, a group of children ran towards the crepes shop asking Arielle to pay for them, too.
Arielle was surprised to see a dozen children in front of her. The crepes seller wanted to get rid of the children but was blocked by Arielle.
"Okay, if you behave well I will buy you any food you want!" said Arielle, making Ronan surprised.
The group of children cheered happily and Arielle joined in, clapping her hands joyfully. It was her first time holding a lot of money and it felt great. Ronan could only stare at her silently, unsure of what to do.
When each of the children got their own snack, Arielle asked them to go elsewhere.
"Has my existence been forgotten?" Ronan muttered when Arielle completely ignored him.
The man followed behind. He could only watch as Arielle bought the children warm scarves, sandwiches, hot drinks, and toys. Some people smiled seeing Arielle, who led the group of children and treated them with whatever they wanted.
After they were satisfied with getting food and toys, they gathered in the middle of the square. Arielle sat by the fountain while enjoying her warm snack. She listened to the stories of the girls there attentively while the boys were busy playing with the new toys they got.
From the story that Arielle got, they turned out to be children from an orphanage at the far end of town. They were allowed to go play on weekends until eight o’clock in the evening.
"May I see your hair, Miss?" asked a girl who had been staring at Arielle’s hood.
"My hair?"
The other three girls nodded enthusiastically. Arielle lowered her hood, making them gasp in awe.
"So beautiful... You are like a princess from fairy tales. So pretty!" praised one of the four.
"You are so beautiful that even your bodyguard fell in love with you, hehehe," replied another girl, making the four of them giggle.
"Guards?" asked Arielle in confusion.
"That’s right. Isn’t the man in the black coat and hood that follows you around your bodyguard?"
Ronan! Arielle forgot about the man. The girl stood up to look for the man’s whereabouts.
"Ah, Um... I’m so glad to have met you guys. If I have time, I will visit you next time. Hope you guys enjoy my little gift."
"But, Miss. What is your name?" asked a boy who stood near her.
