Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 345: Arielle’s New Schedule
Talking about education, Ronan thought of Sasha, who, at the age of ten, still had not received any formal education. The boy spent his day training with the other knights. If Sasha really wanted to become a great knight, of course, he needed a clear educational background. Kael, his role model, also attended the academy.
"I don’t like this. Viscount Ferdi has a right to know if he has children from Cathy. And Sasha and Crimson deserve the love of their parents," said William, who got Ronan’s agreement.
"After all, Sasha and Crimson are their children. Whether they decide to abandon their children or not is a matter for later," Ronan replied, then turned to William. "William, send someone to call Viscount Ferdi and this Cathy to the palace."
"Today?"
"Today. I don’t want to delay things. Arielle and I are quite busy for the next month."
William nodded, accepting the task from the king. Ronan and Lazarus were left alone. Ronan glanced at the man for a moment. "I have nothing for you to do right now. Come back until I call you again."
Lazarus raised his hand for saluting his king. "All right! I will be on standby at my place as usual."
Ronan just nodded when that man was behaving excessively like that. He let out a long sigh after everyone left. It was morning and from what Ronan had heard from Lucas’ report, Arielle was checking out her new library, and the girl would soon meet the designer.
Ronan had to hurry to finish some of his work before the designer arrived. He wanted to see Arielle in a beautiful white dress.
"So... where is that... guest list... alright," he mumbled, trying to focus on his work.

Arielle checked the books in the library. The library was much smaller than the one in the Blackthorn palace. It was like a personal library reserved for one person only.
The books were also not as many as those in the Blackthorn palace library. There was a couch that extended near a window. Arielle could see the garden view directly from this place. Besides, there was a table with two wooden chairs near the fireplace.
"This is the perfect place to be alone," Arielle muttered.
Lucas stood behind Arielle faithfully.
"How is it? Do you like it, Princess? I personally added some books from the main library. I guess you’ll need some time on your own during your break."
Arielle skimmed the row of books in front of her. "Thank you, Lucas. I really appreciate your hard work."
"With pleasure, Your Highness. And also... I’ve prepared your schedule for today."
"My schedule?" Arielle asked enthusiastically.
Arielle was very excited about her study schedule. She knew she needed to learn lots of things in three weeks.
Ronan had helped her sort out some of the important things that Arielle had to study first. Like royal histories, the list of names of royal higher ups, royal funds, and also Cathedral affairs, because the Cathedral would become her responsibility as a queen.
Lucas took out his notebook.
"This morning you will meet with a royal treasurer to teach you some basics about royal funding, and before lunch, Lord William has called in a designer who will design your wedding gown."
Arielle nodded in understanding.
"After that..." Lucas took out a pen from his coat pocket and wrote something down. Arielle smiled seeing Lucas who was so dedicated to his work. "His Majesty the King will invite you to have lunch together and, for today, your schedule ends there. If you want to add something or feel the schedule doesn’t fit, you can consult with me."
Arielle shook her head. "No, I think everything is well-scheduled."
Lucas blushed, then nodded.
"Then I will pick you up when the designer has come. I’ll excuse myself, Princess."
"Yeah, thanks, Lucas."
Lucas left the library. Meanwhile, Arielle chose a simple book in a collection of children’s stories. The girl took it to the coach. The light from the window was enough to help her read the book.
However, when she glanced at the far end of the coach, Arielle found a small rectangular box with a green ribbon on it. Beneath it was a small fold of paper. Unknowingly, Arielle laughed lightly, reading the brief message on the paper.
(Open it. I have a small gift for you.)
She pulled the ribbon and lifted the lid of the box. Inside the box was a pen that was sparkling gold. Arielle’s mouth opened slightly in awe when she saw her name written on the handle of the pen.
Arielle took out the pen and held it in a writing position. The pen was comfortable in her hand.
She stood for a moment and took a piece of paper from the pile of papers that Lucas had brought for her before. Arielle sat back in her chair and began to write. Her movement was still awkward, but it was much better than the first time she did it.
Arielle could already distinguish several letters that had similar shapes. However, when she was about to write, she looked at the book to make sure she was doing it right.
Then she folded the small piece of paper and tucked it in her dress pocket. She would give it to Lucas later.
There was a knock on the door. Lucas and an old man with glasses arrived with piles of books.
"Your Highness, let me introduce him. He is one of the royal treasurer that His Majesty has trusted to teach you. Sir Edmund, please introduce yourself."
"Greetings, Your Highness. I’m Edmund. I have been working as a royal treasurer for thirty-five years."
Arielle stretched out her hand and Lord Edmund accepted it. "Nice to meet you too, Sir Edmund. Please help me in the future. I will study hard."
Lucas placed the pile of books on the table by the fire, then pulled out a chair for Arielle. Arielle sat in the chair and she offered the seat in front of her to Lord Edmund.
"Oh, Lucas," Arielle called before the man left her and Lord Edmund alone.
"Yes, Your Highness? Is there anything I can help you with?"
