Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 466: Ronan, I Did It...
The six of them nodded their heads. They agreed with Arielle’s wish. No, they agreed with the order from Arielle, their queen.
Arielle then tried to explain her plan. She was willing to receive the flow of mana from the priests, then amplified the power and inserted the mana into the bodies of the dead victims.
Indeed, this had never been done before. Previously, Priest Elis and Priest Khan were blown away because they already had enough mana, and their mana was amplified by Arielle’s flow of mana. They couldn’t take it anymore and were thrown away. This time, they would try to fill the empty vessel.
They didn’t know if it would work. So far, there were some studies that had been carried out to enter the flow of mana into the animal’s body, but all had failed. This was an experiment, and they were already dead, so no one was harmed, that’s what all the priests thought.
After making up a plan and listing the order of the priest that would give Arielle some mana, the six of them walked behind Arielle to return to the tent.
Arielle stood with dignity and asked the families to leave the tent for a while.
"But, we can’t bear to leave them alone..." said a wife while hugging her husband who was lying stiff.
Arielle looked composed. "I know. This is an order from me. My orders are direct orders from His Majesty the King as well," she said, making the people there leave their lifeless families with a heavy heart.
Arielle saw Aimee who was silent on the edge of the tent and smiled.
"If Ronan arrives, please forbid him to enter until I’m done," Arielle ordered.
Aimee looked down in understanding. "I understand, Your Highness. My brother and I will stand guard at the front."
"Thank you, Aimee," Arielle replied.
Aimee bowed respectfully. "With pleasure, Your Highness."
Arielle approached a young woman whose lips had turned blue. She held her hand, which was as cold as snow. She grasped the woman’s hand in the same way she held Priest Elis’ hand by placing her palm on the woman’s veins.
Arielle also extended her other hand to Priest Jill and another priest. They simultaneously formed a trigram of mana coiled around their palms. Then, the mana slowly began to flow through Arielle’s body.
Arielle could feel her body starting to warm up. She closed her eyes to absorb and imagine the mana flow that she received in her left hand. It was running through the veins throughout her body until it entered the right side of her body. Arielle tried to concentrate her focus on the palm of her right hand.
Her body felt lighter. The more mana that flowed into her body, the brighter Arielle’s body became. She felt a burst of hope, but she continued to focus her thoughts on the palm of her right hand until she felt a tingling sensation in her fingertips and palm.
Aimee and Kael waited in front of the tent full of curiosity and worry. From outside, they could see the tent starting to glow. It was like there was a sun inside, but they were not allowed to come in to see.
Everyone began to surround the tent again, feeling curious about what was going on in the tent. Now all the knights had been mobilized by Kael to protect the tent so that no citizen could enter it.
They waited long enough. The light inside the tent suddenly dimmed and then shone brightly again for several times. Aimee had counted. It was the eleventh light. Instantly, everyone fell silent when they heard a strange sound.
They looked left and right and didn’t see anyone carrying a toddler with them, but they could hear the sound of a baby crying...
Aimee and Kael looked at each other with wide eyes. Ronan pushed everyone in his way. His heart was beating very fast. He raced here when a knight reported that Arielle had been injured.
"Where is my wife now?!" he shouted to Kael and Aimee who still hadn’t woken up from their shock.
Suddenly, the tent opened, revealing Arielle who was crying while hugging a crying baby in her arms.
"Ronan, I did it."

Arielle kept her eyes closed and focused all the flow of mana entering her body through her palm until a hand gripped her wrist tightly. Arielle, who was surprised, opened her eyes and gasped to see that the person she touched was having difficulty breathing.
Priest Jill didn’t panic. He lowered the flow of mana he gave to Arielle slowly, until it cut it off completely. One priest held Arielle’s body from falling backwards, and the other checked the condition of the person who had come back alive. The priest checked her pulse and breathing, and everything was completely normal. There was no abnormality at all!
The woman was exhausted and just closed her eyes. When the priest underwent the further examination, she simply fell asleep with steady breaths, and her body engulfed by the flow of mana.
Arielle looked at Priest Jill with her eyes starting to fill with tears.
"Shall we try one more time?" asked Priest Jill to which Arielle answered with a nod of her head.
One by one the lifeless corpses flowed with mana, which was amplified by Arielle, and all of them came back to life in the same way. After neutralizing their breaths, they fell back asleep until only a baby who was the last person Arielle would heal.
Arielle was getting tired, but the priests who worked in shifts were also much more tired than her because they were all draining their energy by producing huge amounts of mana.
They could warm the water of ponds, wells to rivers, but this time the mana they used was much larger than usual. Even one of the priests who was there already fell asleep to rest, leaving five people who took turns helping Arielle to give hope to the citizens of Birwick.
Arielle started to sweat profusely. Her vision began to blur, and her head was very dizzy. She repeatedly reassured herself that this was not the end. Arielle was much stronger than this, she thought.
Whenever she had the urge to fall asleep, Arielle always shook her head and slapped herself on the cheek multiple times to get her focus back.
And the last one was the baby.
"This is the last one," Arielle said.
A priest held Arielle’s back to keep her from falling. Priest Jill and the other male priest became the person who would flow Arielle with their mana and both of them continued their work.
The cry of a baby was a sign that everything they had done was over. The two surviving priests fell to the floor of the tent, gasping for air. Priest Jill bent his body, which felt very weak. It was like there was no energy left on his body. 𝓯𝙧𝙚𝒆𝙬𝙚𝒃𝙣𝙤𝒗𝓮𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
Neither of them was able to move anymore. Arielle looked at the baby with a face brimming with tears. She lifted the body that was warm again and carried it in her arms.
She saw that everyone who helped her had fallen in exhaustion. She had to call the doctor right away. With stumbling footsteps, she left the tent, then found Ronan standing in front of her.
A wave of relief swept over her body. Seeing Ronan, her body instantly went limp, because she knew that Ronan would always help her get back on her feet.
"Ronan, I did it," Arielle said in a weak voice, yet it was also full of spirit. Then, the world suddenly seemed to spin and everything went black.
