Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 485: Arielle Get Scared By Ronan’s Voice

When the three of them arrived at Arielle’s hut, Luffy immediately fell to the ground, making Arielle feel guilty.

"Don’t turn into a human yet. I have to treat your wound. Arielle, you also sit near here. Where did I put the frog slime ointment?" asked Otis who was about to enter Arielle’s hut.

"It’s near the dining table."

Arielle remembered something.

"Lord Otis!" called Arielle, holding the man to enter the hut.

"Yes?" Arielle’s face flushed with embarrassment, because her hut was still very messy. She didn’t want to create an awkward atmosphere when Lord Otis saw some of the things left in there.

"Let me take it."

"But your leg is hurt, Arielle."

"It doesn’t matter. I will take it!" Arielle exclaimed and rushed into her hut with limp steps. The old man instantly understood why the girl forbade him from entering the hut. He nodded in understanding and waited near Luffy who laid his dragon body on the ground in front of Arielle’s hut.

It didn’t take long for Arielle to come out carrying a glass jar filled with frog slime in the form of thick liquid. Lord Otis said the frog slime was perfect for healing burns. On the first day, the man had taught her how to reduce the heat from outside her body. It was by the frog slime. Arielle often smeared the slime on her hands, and the results were amazing.

Lord Otis taught Arielle how to deal with her burn. First, the man touched the burn on Arielle’s leg, and he told her to focus on her palms and feel the warmth enveloping them until there was a tingling sensation in the center of her palms. Then, Arielle had to absorb the heat from her leg. After her feet felt light, then Otis smeared the frog slime on the girl’s reddened leg.

By lifting the remaining heat, it would stop other cells on the inside from burning so that the remaining wounds would not be severe and could heal faster.

"Now do as I demonstrated to Luffy."

"Oh Luffy, are you okay if I try to treat you?" asked Arielle doubtfully.

The young dragon nodded. "Yes, I trust you, Arielle," replied the child, making Arielle feel touched. She missed Sasha so much...

"Okay then...."

Arielle put her palms together and concentrated. She once opened the flow of energy in her body. Arielle could definitely do this. As a person who was immune to heat, finding warmth on the surface of Luffy’s wing skin was something very difficult.

"What is it, Arielle? Yesterday, you managed to extinguish the heat of the charcoal."

(Gosh!) Arielle screamed in her heart.

(Arielle, are you okay!?) asked Ronan once again, making Arielle sigh in annoyance.

"I’m sorry Luffy, Lord Otis. Something disturbed my concentration earlier."

"What?"

"I ... heard Ronan’s voice," Arielle replied honestly and made Otis let out a long sigh.

On Arielle’s head, Ronan kept calling her repeatedly, asking if something had happened or not.

(I’m studying, Ronan. I almost burned someone because of a misstep.)

(Oh... I interrupted your time, didn’t I, sweetheart?)

Arielle let out a long breath. She had to talk about some things with her husband first.

"Lord Otis, can I talk to Ronan for some time? I promise I’ll be back after this."

Otis nodded his head, allowing Arielle to enter her hut again. Arielle sat on her bed and put on a sour face.

(Ronan, I know we have a new way of communicating now. But, could you give a signal first? I was so surprised earlier.)

(Oh, sorry. I didn’t mean to bother you. I just wanted to say I fainted earlier, and luckily, Lazarus and Kael found me. Now I’m on my way to the palace.)

Arielle gasped at that.

(You passed out?)

(Yeah. It feels weird, but I’m fine now. Also, Lazarus found your necklace, Arielle)

There was silence between the two.

(Arielle? I’m bothering you, hm?) asked Ronan so softly that Arielle was touched by it.

(A little. But, I’m glad to know you are alright now) The girl replied. There was a chuckle that made Arielle’s heart feel warm.

(Ronan, I need to get back to training again. The sooner I master this power. The sooner I get home)
