Chapter 721

The next day, during breakfast, Anton was flabbergasted to hear that the forest elves were still arguing about which movies they wanted to watch when they reached their kingdom. Three of them wanted to watch the Avatar films together with their friends and families, and the other three wanted to watch the Lord of the Rings film, simply because they wanted something new.

Anton settled their argument by saying that he would allow them to watch all of the films. It would be one movie per days so the initial plan was for Anton to stay in the forest elves' kingdom for six days.

After breakfast, they resumed their travel. Anton learned that they would reach the kingdom later that day. Unfortunately, heavy snow arrived, so they needed to travel while the visibility was reduced due to the thick snow falling from the sky.

It was still fine for Anton since he was flying, but he saw that the elves started to struggle a little.

Finally, after hours of running, they reached the forest elves' place. The forest elves' kingdom looked a lot like Galadriel’s kingdom in the movies, but then again, there was limited style one could have inside a forest. The similarity was so vivid that Anton wondered if the fantasy authors on Earth were some sort of transmigrators from fantasy worlds.

Even in the middle of a blizzard, he could see the sheer artistry of the elves. The buildings that were placed in the trees and on the ground had a beauty that could take anyone’s breath away. The stairs, the bridges, and everything else, for that matter, had some carving, and Anton thought that any section could be taken away to be sold off as art. There were magic lights in different places that magnified the beauty of the sculpting that the elves had done in every place they decided required one.

The beauty of the forest kingdom proved a point to Anton, though. The fact that the six elves were impressed with how the Avatar movies were depicted by the creators of the movie showed that the Earthlings' ability to construct movies had reached an unprecedented level.

Looking at the beauty of the forest kingdom of the elves brought doubt to Anton regarding what the forest elves' reaction would be when it was time for him to show them the Lord of the Rings films, since some of the designs were a little similar. Since the forest elves were great artisans, Anton had decided to go all out when it came to showing the Avatar films and would choose to show them the 3d version.

Anton and the six elves were stopped by some sort of guard, but after a short discussion, they were welcomed inside the kingdom. Anton saw that some of the border guards were looking at him askance.

“Lendoril informed the guards that you are a great wizard artist who could show plays through a window to other dimensions. They doubted him a little since you’re young. We know that some wizards could change their appearance, but our border guards' perceptions are great, and they could usually detect such spells. They probably sense that your age is the same as your appearance,” The young elf named Enoril said.

Together with the six forest elves, they brought Anton to a large structure that resembled a hall. There, they were met with a member of the council. He was a little disappointed. He thought that he would meet a Galadriel-type queen. Unfortunately, he was not important enough for such an honor. He was also a little frustrated since the six elves were talking to the council member in their language.

Thankfully, Enoril noticed and gave him some information regarding the content of the conversation between Lendoril and the council member. Lendoril was basically repeating what he had said to the border guards and was now urging the council member to allow you to present the movie the next day to those who would be interested in seeing it. Enoril told Anton that they would be campaigning that night to a lot of the elves, so they would come and see the film the next day.

“Why is this so important to you?” Anton asked.

“Such beautiful things need to be shared!” Enoril said simply.

Anton then told Enoril that he was planning to present the Avatar films in a much more advance formant. He explained what 3d was to the young elf and told him the required materials to create the 3d glasses needed for the audience to enjoy such a mode. Thankfully, because Anton had already prepared the documents on how to create such glasses and mages had magic to create the glasses without any issue, Enoril told Anton that they would prepare enough of them to make sure that all of those who would come to watch the films would have a 3d glass to wear.

Anton could hear how passionate Lendoril was. The elf was almost screaming, and his facial expression showed an excitement that brought wonder to the council member and some of the guards there. Enoril explained to him that the forest elves rarely showed excitement, and the fact that Lendoril was unabashed in showing how he appreciated the film brought home the fact that he considered the movies a truly great work of art.

Thankfully, like the Brownies, all of the forest elves could speak the common language. That meant that there would be no language barrier between him and the elves. Anton was extremely surprised, though, when he learned from Enoril that when they watched the Avatar films, the language being spoken by the actors was the language they were most familiar with, which in their case was the elven language. That brought home the fact that transmigrator systems were truly some of the most powerful things in the multiverse.

Lendoril’s discussion with the council member lasted for more than thirty minutes. Enoril told him that Lendoril even provided a spoiler-free summary of the movies. He was just surprised that the elves knew the concept of not spoiling a film to make sure that the viewers would enjoy the movie more.

After the discussion, Leldorin and Enoril brought Anton to the home that was assigned to him during his stay in the forest kingdom. The home was on the ground, though, so he was a little disappointed. He wanted to experience one of the houses that were above the trees. He had an inkling that the house location was connected to the status of the elves living there. If that was the case, which of course was just his theory, the forest elves truly thought little of him. Still, the house was incredibly beautiful. The carvings of even the railings on the staircase were something to behold. The carving was some sort of climbing plants and it looked alive. All of the furniture inside looked like art pieces. Anton had the urge to steal all of them.

He had decided that once the elves watched the film and accepted that he was someone valuable, he would commission a lot of things from them, even if he had to stay in the forest kingdom for a while.

Once Leldorin and Enoril left to give him his privacy, Anton went to the bathroom and used a town portal scroll. He wanted to return to the Rose Manor to let his father and his sister know that he was doing fine. The moment he was back, he immediately cast the Blizzard spell converted into Mana Rain, and after a few minutes, Anders, Anna, and Raymond arrived.
