"Are you the manager here?" Xin Yi asked with a smile, as his eyes darted over all the women, who tacitly dispersed. They figured out that Xin Yi would not want them to hear his discussion with the manager.

"Yes, let’s talk in my office," the manager rubbed his nose slightly, before leading them to his office.

"What do you want to talk about?" He asked with a dumb expression after they had taken their seats.

Zhang Linlin was tempted to wipe the innocent smile off his face. He knew what they needed, but he acted obliviously, something which irritated her greatly.

Xin Yi shook his head towards Zhang Linlin. He knew that the teenager was impulsive, and it was clear that she was close to lashing out at the man, which was a dangerous idea currently.

"I believe you know what I want, my wife got missing in your shop, her sister requested to watch the recording, but you ignored her, do you know you could be arrested for this?" .

Xin Yi spoke unhurriedly, tapping his fingers patiently on the table, as he stared straight at the manager who broke out in cold sweat at the mention of the police.

"So, are you going to respond? Or do I need to do it my own way?" Xin Yi asked with a smile which did not reach his eyes.

The manager weighed his options. The other party only asked him to give way for his man to kidnap Zhang Luiying, he did not mention anything about protecting him from the police.

The manager hastily called out the number, not daring to waste Xin Yi’s time.

A few minutes later, Xin Yi and Zhang Linlin were out of the mall.

Xin Yi stood with a thoughtful look, while Zhang Linlin remained quiet as she looked at him, her face filled with hope. She trusted him immensely, if there was anyone who could find her sister, then he was the one.

"What are we going to do now?" Zhang Linlin questioned, breaking the silence.

Xin Yi turned to look at her, the look in his eyes assured Linlin that her sister would be found.

"Your sister would return home today, earlier today, before she left home, I had handed her a necklace, did you see the necklace around her neck?" Xin Yi questioned with bright eyes.

Zhang Linlin scratched her head as she tried to remember.

"Yes! I do remember, my sister was wearing the necklace, and I had complimented the beauty of the necklace, but how does this have to do with her disappearance?" Linlin asked, still scratching her head with a confused look.

"That is because there is a tracker placed in the necklace, I can find out where she is but tracking her using the necklace," Xin Yi informed Zhang Linlin with a smug smile.

Zhang Linlin’s eyes widened with this information.

"Is this really true?" She looked at Xin Yi with a wide mouth, not believing what she had heard.

Xin Yi nodded in response.

"That means you were aware that something would go wrong today," Zhang Linlin came to a conclusion as she looked at Xin Yi with suspicion in her eyes.

"Technically, I did not know something was going to come up today, I only gave her the necklace for her safety, I did not expect for them to be that desperate," Xin Yi immediately clarified.

Zhang Linlin still had her doubts, but she felt better knowing that her sister would be fine.

All of a sudden, there was a ringing of a phone. It belonged to Zhang Linlin.

"It’s mom," she whispered, her heart in her throat immediately as she wondered why her mom was calling.

"Where is Luiying? And you had better tell me the truth, now speak up!" Zhang Jun demanded, and Linlin swallowed immediately as she pondered on how her mother found out so soon.
