Li Qiang’s fists were all bloodied, well, it wasn’t his blood. The blood belonged to Li Beichen who was lying on the floor, his face all bloodied while he laughed maniacally.

The Police officers all rushed into the hall, and they witnessed the scene.

They all swallowed, and they immediately pulled Li Beichen away. They dared not question Li Qiang, who knew, they might be the one who would be next to face his wrath.

"Your hand," Xin Yan’s voice was laced with concern as she took his hands into hers while scrutinizing it with worry.

"Relax, it isn’t my blood, I’m fine, the blood belongs to Li Beichen," Li Qiang explained to her with a smile. He felt happy that she was worried about him.

After the ordeal, the two couples decided to visit Lu Wei.

When they arrived at the hospital, they met Tang Mo and Zhou Mian.

"Hi, how are you doing?" Zhou Mian hugged Xin Yan once her eyes landed on her.

Xin Yan returned the hug as well, "I am fine," she replied in a low voice.

"I watched the hearing that Li Beichen is such an animal," Zhou Mian was unable to change her ways as she immediately cursed at Li Beichen.

"It is in the past, can you remain calm?" Xin Yan asked with a chuckle, and Zhou Mian nodded with understanding.

"Shall we go in?" Li Qiang asked, breaking the conversation between the two ladies.

The three couples then walked into the hospital, directly accessing Lu Wei’s ward.

"What is wrong?" Wu Tang whispered to Tang Mei when he realized she had an upset look on her face.

"I just feel envious about the relationship they both share, I wish I could also be friends with them," Tang Mei replied with a whisper.

Wu Tang sighed. He genuinely understood what she was trying to say. It was the same for him as well.

He wished to be friends with all three of the men, but there was no denying that he could still sense the hostility from Tang Mo.

And it wasn’t his (Tang Mo’s) fault. After all, his (Wu Tang’s) actions were the reason for alienation.

"Don’t worry, I have a feeling we would all be friends," Wu Tang could only say these words to her.

They finally arrived at Lu Wei’s ward, and once they knocked, Gu Shishi was the person who opened the door.

Today was a special day for the families of the Tang’s and Zhou’s. It was the day of Tang Mo’s and Zhou Mian’s wedding.

After they had visited Lu Wei, with the help of Li Qiang and Xin Yan, Tang Mo had planned the perfect proposal for Zhou Mian, and she accepted. Hence, the reason for the wedding.

The two had opted for a white wedding, not willing to engage in the traditional wedding.

"My daughter is looking gorgeous, she is the most beautiful bride I have ever seen," Mother Tang cried as she stared at Zhou Mian who was already draped with the veil.

"Mian, Aunty is not wrong though, I believe Tang Mo would be unable to keep his eyes away from you," Xin Yan was also present in the room as she gave a smile to Zhou Mian.

"Stop, or I will report you to your husband," Zhou Mian joked.

She wasn’t alone. Gu Shishi was also there with her, and they had bright smiles on their faces as they walked into the room.

Funny how the four ladies bonded so much over the last two weeks. They have become more than just friends, but sisters.

"Not yet, I would tell him after the wedding," Xin Yan replied with a smile as her hands instinctively went to her belly.

"I bet he would be excited about the news," Tang Mei smiled genuinely at Xin Yan who nodded with a doting smile.
