Chapter 610: Chapter 610: No False Advertisement

Kael’s arkship had just left the space of Leonine Heaven and was moving past the dimensional layers to get to the mortalverse when he noticed something.

Kael’s mind was sharp. There were many creatures whose identity marks were pasted to his Vassal records.

Kael could not possibly keep track of every one of them at the same time. Life and death were inevitable.

There would be many creatures being born into the vassal societies who would also eventually be added to his Vassal Records.

Kael couldn’t keep track of that, but he could make sure that it happened.

Many creatures would also die inevitably. It was normal to see their identity marks fade away from the screen every once in a while.

It was the cycle of the universe.

But, Kael had created a special list of identity marks so that he could keep track of special pawns.

All the caste leaders were on this list, then there was a separate list for the identity marks of the Primordials Kael had subjugated.

On the list that was meant for caste leaders, individuals like Commander Bibi and Vixy had been on that list even though they were technically not going to be caste leaders.

Either way, they had been and they still are one of the best subordinates he had. Even though they had their flaws, it was understandable as no one could be a perfect subordinate, no one.

Kael had been paying attention to these lists, keeping an eye on the identity marks to make sure that everything was stable.

Even if he expected anything to happen, he would have never imagined that it would be Vixy.

Imagine his surprise when he finally crossed the heavenly gate and just noticed that one particular identity mark was missing.

Kael, from the chamber of command, frowned as he glanced at the list of identity marks on the screen before him.

Why was Vixy’s identity mark missing?

"Hmmm," Kael’s terrifying spirit wave swept out all of a sudden, amplified by the arkship’s mechanics.

"Where is Vixy?" He asked

Then Kael saw the giant Phoenix flapping her fiery wings and in the process of flying away.

He shifted his eyes, the arkship’s warp signals spreading out and picking up the presence of another arkship.

Kael knew this arkship. It was the same arkship they had taken from one of those dead dragon officials.

Right now, the arkship was severely damaged. Many of the runes etched on the body had stopped working.

Some of the circuits that helped convert Origin Essence into various forms of energy had been cut off so a lot of systems in the arkship were not working.

That magnificent blow that was unique to such a large technological wonder was gone, replaced with sparks, a draining atmospheric pressure, and panicking inhabitants.

Six claw marks could be seen vividly. One of the claw marks was very large and Kael could still see the scalding edges of the gigantic claw mark.

All of a sudden, someone latched onto his telepathic sense and began to transfer a small load of information to him.

Kael recognized this mind very well. It was Natalia.

How could she have maintained such a telepathic connection across this distance?

The gap between them and Kael was approximately half of a star system.

Either way, Kael accepted the small load of information and digested it very quickly.

The details of all that had happened leading up to his arrival were now known to him.

"I see," Kael said, his expression becoming cold and indifferent.

Kael shifted his gaze and focused on the gigantic Phoenix.

"Good, very good," Kael nodded.

Another valuable asset was lost.

First Exalon, now Vixy?

"If I don’t pluck out all your feathers and roast you in your own flames, then my name is not Kael!" Kael declared calmly, stunning Eleanor.

Even before Kael had done anything, the escorts that he came with had already launched attacks.

They had all felt the sharp rise of Kael’s killing intent that was so high it was almost tangible.

"Filthy bird, you dare vex the All-King with your lowly existence?!" One lion king shouted from the safety of his arkship, flanked by his comrades.

As laser beams and cannon blasts were unleashed upon Eleanor, she was also bashed with racist insults from all sides.

Eleanor frowned, this was a significant threat that she couldn’t fight yet.

Her power level was high but not exactly at a true immortal level. Not to mention that it was also being boosted by the sacrifice of the Elders.

Soon, the boost will fade away and she will return to a normal tier 7 equivalent power level.

By then, these lions would rip her to shreds.

The biggest issue was not just that her life was in danger, but that the lions would definitely detect the other Phoenixes in this galaxy and hunt them down.

The famous beverage among lions, the Phoenix Blood Juice, was not based on false advertisement.

Eleanor could imagine what the lions would do once they discovered so many Phoenixes in one place.

"Leave!" Eleanor broadcast her spirit sense in one direction in the shape of an invisible fan. 𝕗𝚛𝚎𝚎𝐰𝗲𝗯𝗻𝚘𝚟𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝕞

Thankfully, spirit energy traveled a lot faster than light and would reach her kinsmen in a jiffy.

Meanwhile, Eleanor flapped her wings and prepared to fly away. Even if she couldn’t fight them, she could at least try to escape.

Indeed she could, these arkships may be capable of warp speed but a powered-up Phoenix moving at the same speed with terrifying combat capabilities was something else.

Just as Eleanor was prepared to leave, she paused.

Her wings stiffened. Her eyes widened, her bones trembled.

"No..." She gasped in her mind.

It couldn’t be.

She turned her head to look back at that particular arkship that had given her a sense of danger.

It couldn’t be.

How could it possibly be?

Inside that arkship, Kael was standing in front of the holographic screen with an incredibly irritated expression.

His hands were folded as multiple weapons and defense systems blared to life around him.

The Phoenix had been resistant to a lot of their attacks and it looked like she was about to leave, so he made another decision.

The space beside Kael warped and out of the folds of the spatial fabric, a humanoid being fell out.

The humanoid being was female from the looks of her body. She was naked and was incredibly seductive as she stirred awake.

It was the Primordial Peacock.

*BAM!*

Two eyelids snapped open. Two beautiful eyes were open and the first thing he saw were Kael’s feet.

At the same time, Eleanor stared intently at the arkship. She could feel that same feeling again.

It could only mean one thing.
