Chapter 326: Itโ€™s time to reach the Transcendent Realm

An excited smile curled across my face as my eyes darted toward the gathered army before me.

"This is exactly what I needed for my future plans," I said. ๐—ณ๐š›๐šŽ๐šŽ๐˜„๐•–๐•“๐•Ÿ๐• ๐šŸ๐šŽ๐•.๐—ฐ๐• ๐ฆ

Turning to Vyaghra, I tapped his shoulder and continued, "Thank you, Vyaghra. I am truly grateful for your efforts."

Vyaghra preferred solitude and disliked company, especially that of humans. Yet he had stepped out of his comfort zone and put immense effort into training this army. That alone spoke volumes of how seriously he had taken my words when I said I wanted to be friends with him.

"You do not need to thank me, Raj," Vyaghra replied, his usual cold tone carrying a subtle warmth beneath it. "This is nothing compared to what you have done for us. Besides..."

He averted his gaze and murmured softly, "I heard friends do not apologize or thank each other."

For a moment, Jambavan, Ume, and I were stunned by how much this stiff god had changed.

"Haha, you are right about that, friend!" I said with a wide smile, while Jambavan and Ume merely smiled quietly beside me.

"Also," I continued, "there is something the two of you need to know about me."

Seeing the seriousness on my face, Vyaghra turned toward the gathered units and announced, "You are all dismissed for today!"

"Yes, Sir!"

---

The four of us sat on shadow chairs summoned by Vyaghra on the open ground, preparing to hear what I was about to reveal.

"What is it ya want to share, kid?" Jambavan asked, noticing the grave expression I wore.

"It will take too long to explain this with words," I said, extending both my hands forward. "Hold my hands. I will let you see my memories."

They nodded and each grabbed one of my hands.

"Ume, do you not wish to see it?" I asked, noticing her sitting silently in her seat.

"I... I want to, but I know what awaits in those memories," she murmured softly.

Her hesitation was clear. She did not want to witness the suffering I had endured, yet turning away from it was equally difficult.

After a brief pause, she made up her mind, stood from her chair, and placed her hands on my shoulders from behind.

Once they were all connected to me, I closed my eyes, channeling my memories into my Soulforce and pouring them into them.

The moment my Soulforce entered their bodies, or more precisely traveled through their nerves into their minds, my memories of life at the Hundred Sky Mountains, the battles against demons, and finally the betrayal of the Emperor played before them like a movie.

"Th-those ungrateful bastards..." Jambavan muttered, clenching his fists as a crimson, suppressive aura leaked from his body, shaking the ground beneath us.

Behind me, Umeโ€™s complexion darkened completely, her face burning with barely restrained fury. Just hearing about my past had nearly driven her to raze the castle. Now that she had witnessed it herself, I could easily imagine how violently her emotions were boiling inside.

"Ume," I said, tapping the hand resting on my shoulder. "Do not lose your composure. I will have my revenge, and when the time comes, I will certainly ask for your help as well."

She took a deep breath, calming herself, and murmured, "I will make sure their end will not be pleasant."

"So how do you intend to take your revenge?" Vyaghra asked. He was the least shaken by what he had seen, or more accurately, he was the most proficient at hiding his emotions due to his disciplined mind. "A direct war against the empire will not be easy, even if all three of us assist you. That leaves assassination as the only option, but knowing you, I doubt you would choose that path."

"You are correct," I nodded. "The first thing we need to do is enter the Hundred Sky Mountains and meet Nymeria. I also need to find out whether my parents are alive."

After a brief pause, I continued, "But before any of that, I need to reach the Mid-Tier realm."

"Oh right, yer still at the Low-Tier realm," Jambavan said. "Hard to believe, considerinโ€™ the achievements ya already have."

"Jambavan, Vyaghra, Ume," I said, rising from my seat. "Please make sure no one disturbs me while I break through to the next realm."

"Ya do not need to say more, kid!" Jambavan replied as all three of them stood as well.

---

We traveled several hundred kilometers away from Forlorn City, arriving at an open grassland with no settlements for miles in every direction.

Since I had removed all four Broken Shards from beneath the four cities that were responsible for the absence of Soulforce in the Abandoned Lands, or more accurately, for converting ambient Soulforce into Soul Stones, Soulforce had slowly begun returning to the land. Though faint, it was still dense enough to summon the clouds of Heavenly Tribulation required to ascend to the next realm.

Ume, Jambavan, and Vyaghra moved several kilometers away from me, where Ume erected a translucent barrier composed of three gigantic interconnected walls with an open ceiling. Each of them stood before one wall, ensuring that not even an insect could pass through.

At the center, I sat in the lotus position and murmured, "Vivi, activate Soul Insight Mode of cultivation."

"Initializing hostโ€™s request..."

"Switching hostโ€™s cultivation method from Furnace of Battle Mode to Soul Insight Mode."

"Successfully switched."

When the holographic window appeared, a notification icon with "+2" was visible in the top corner of the screen.

I wanted to check it, but decided to do so later, after accomplishing what I had come here for.

Since I had already reached this realm in the past, and even ascended to the Mid-Tier realm in another body, I already possessed the insights needed to break through once more.

Perhaps because my bloodline and Nymeriaโ€™s had been completely sealed before, the heavens had not revealed our cultivation paths. After absorbing the Blood of the Fallen, however, our cultivation routes and current realms were finally unveiled.

Taking a deep breath and closing my eyes, I murmured, "It is time to touch the Transcendent Realm."
