Star Gate-Chapter 1715: Crazily Strong (IV)
“What a joke!” The Skycloud master quickly recovered from his momentary horror. “New Martial is still in Blazing Sun Region, which is very far away from Dragon Region. Even if they are inclined to attack Vajra major world in Dragon Region, it will take them a while to arrive.
“But you, you’ve become a demon, Fog Mountain! You use the threat of New Martial destroying worlds against the Dragon master. Skycloud was right to exile you! It was only a matter of time before you plunged us into despair!
“Fellow world masters, the chaos has been quiet for many years, but now rocks with unease after the appearance of New Martial!” The Skycloud master raised his voice. “Seven worlds have been destroyed in a very short period of time, all of them major worlds.
“All of us might become New Martial’s targets! The next one might be you or it might be me. If we do not annihilate the New Martial Human King and hidden fiends such as Fog Mountain, a cataclysm will soon be upon the chaos!”
Since Blazing Sun had left, he needed to contact more masters of the world to join hands against these people!
“They can access Skyward’s dao universe at will, whereas we cannot possibly camp out on Skyward,” exhorted the Skycloud master. “They might be the first ones to seize Skyward’s dao universe when it revitalizes. They will become the masters of a ninth rank dao universe!
“We will not be able to keep them in check then. Red Moon has already become a wandering cultivator. Does anyone think they are stronger than Red Moon?”
The Red Moon master scowled at the comparison, but didn’t say a word. There may not be enough strength assembled at present if they wished to eliminate the New Martial side. Perhaps more could work in tandem today to annihilate the enemy. If they did not do so, New Martial would be an incredible threat in the future!
The Skycloud master taking a stance now played perfectly into his plans.
The Dragon master was still hesitating, so the Skycloud master turned his attention to the Light Master.
“Light!” he rebuked. “Your world possesses significant yang qi as well. If New Martial is not satisfied after devouring Flaming Sun, are you prepared to feed them your world?”
The Light master furrowed his brows. New Martial was indeed a great threat in his eyes, it was very troublesome! The New Martial group was far too combative. Even though Red Moon had started the fight, people naturally favored the weak.
Red Moon’s ghastly state was clear to see—the world had been destroyed, its dao universe crumbled, and its heavily injured world master demoted to the status of a wandering cultivator.
In contrast to New Martial...
The Light master glanced at his son. There were three more seventh ranks with that contingent, if including Fog Mountain. One of them was the Sword Sovereign, wasn’t it?
They could access the Skyward dao universe at any time!
Clearly, the Sword Sovereign had departed from the Skyward dao universe ahead of time to ambush Red Moon. He must have swallowed a dao universe and collected sufficient energy to ascend to seventh rank.
The various factions of the chaos had been more or less evenly matched before, but the rise of New Martial shattered the equilibrium. The main differentiator was that New Martial brought their world with them when they fought, granting them home ground advantage.
That forced their opponents to fight on the basis of pure strength, but New Martial was clearly not lacking in that regard either.
The Light master suddenly looked at his son. Void and a fifth rank were approaching another seventh rank. Waterpeak?
The Light master frowned. What were they trying to do? Since he was here, Waterpeak shouldn’t dare attack them, but... what do you guys want with her?
His son seemed to have improved in his cultivation. Had he entered peak sixth rank? As for his son’s friendship with the Silver Moon king... To be frank, the Light master didn’t pay it much heed. When the bigger picture was in question as well as one’s profits, his son’s friendship was not worth consideration!
The Light master was only considering that if there was no sign of New Martial to be found after they killed the Human King, would New Martial seek vengeance on Light major world? There were supposedly three exalted emperors over there. Neither was the Human King weak. It might take one of their eighth ranks to kill him!
As the Light master hesitated, weighing up the pros and cons, the Human King looked quietly at the group. He scanned them all before settling on the Skycloud master, then at Red Moon. These people were debating how best to kill him...
Do they think I’m deaf? They may be eighth ranks and I’m only a peak seventh rank... is that a big gap?
The Human King abruptly brayed with laughter and snorted at the Skycloud master. “Are you guys done yet?”
The latter looked solemnly back at him. The Human King walked toward him, his presence blazing with fervor. That drew everyone’s attention. His presence built with increasing ferocity, yin and yang qi appeared over him. The two extremes united!
He’d borrowed strength from the Ash Emperor and had even seemed to break through the barrier of seventh rank. However, something held him back in the end.
“You’re more annoying than Red Moon!” The Human King dragged his long blade on the ground with an aloof madness. “You’re a shameless thing who doesn’t recognize when you’re being bestowed respect. Who do you think you are to kill me??”
A world seemed to explode within his body as magnificent strength surged! The Ash Emperor’s strength swept through the void, propelling the Human King through the barrier and into eighth rank!
The Skycloud master’s heart quailed at the blow coming for him. So strong!
Delight seized him the next second. What an arrogant Human King! This is good! The cockier you are, the more people will be afraid of you. Who won’t be on guard against you when you’re this crazy?
Boom!
Blade light crashed through the world, ripping through the firmament. The Skycloud master roared, summoning his dao universe. A myriad of mountains formed out of clouds appeared, but they were promptly shattered!
The Human King’s blow was so ridiculously strong that it seemed perfectly normal for him to kill a seventh rank with one blow. 𝐟𝕣𝕖𝐞𝐰𝕖𝚋𝐧𝗼𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝗰𝐨𝐦
He was too strong!
Boom!
The Skycloud master could barely contain the blow. His dao strength crumbled away as his dao universe trembled ferociously. How is he so strong?? The Human King is only seventh rank!
Fine, he seems to have smashed through a barrier for the moment, but that should only make him an initial eighth rank! I’m a real eighth rank!
Instead of hanging back to watch the show, the Red Moon master made a move as well. However, Fog Mountain and the rest charged him in response. Hidden with the darkness, Li Zhu materialized with indomitable force and the Sword Sovereign threatened to section the world with his sword!
Fog Mountain strummed the horizon, summoning seas of fog...
The other exalted emperors stayed on the sidelines. While the Dragon master jockeyed for position, no one knew who he wished to attack. The Light master was also simply observing, but he kept his attention reserved for his son.
There was no doubt that the Human King was very strong, but it wouldn’t be that easy to kill an eighth rank either. He would observe some more!
It was rather... what did his son want to do?
......
Waterpeak frowned slightly, looking at two people passing by not too far away. She recognized one of them—Ming Tang, son of the Light master. He was not someone to be trifled with, but she wasn’t afraid. Ming Tang was only a sixth rank. It was more concerning that his father was here.
Otherwise, an impertinent sixth rank like him would’ve long been slapped to death for daring to come so close.
As for the other fifth rank... she pretended not to see him. He was so weak that he didn’t warrant attention.
Her eyes were glued to the battle; she wanted to join the fray as well. Waterpeak had her eyes on Fog Mountain for no reason other than she’d offended him earlier. She’d also offended the Human King when she wanted to kill the Orchid Forest master...
But with the Human King being so domineering, she was holding back with wariness and even growing fear. The Human King was so berserk and strong that he was even suppressing the Skycloud master!
She took a quick glance around, finding that there were some other seventh ranks that shared her thoughts. They would act as soon as the two eighth ranks made their decision.
“The Exalted Waterpeak Emperor...” Void’s voice sounded in her ears.
Waterpeak tilted her head with a cold look in her eyes that quickly warmed up. She had to show the boy some face since the Light master was here.
“Ming Tang ah...” she smiled faintly. “Do not hang around people like Fog Mountain too much. They are cancers of the chaos...”
Void nodded, then suddenly brought down a world of emptiness around her. It took only a moment for Waterpeak to detect that something was wrong. She was more shocked than dismayed!
You guys are... crazy!
She ignored Void’s actions and subconsciously looked at the master of Light. Is it Light that wishes to attack me? Have you joined hands with New Martial?
A myriad of worlds loomed out of the sky as she grappled with surprise. A vast strength descended from above! Hundreds of world domains came down on her; a long river materialized!
Li Hao and Void’s goal was very simple: kill the opportunist Waterpeak and make an example out of her. Just the two of them killing a seventh rank wouldn’t intimidate anyone, the deciding factor was that Void represented Light!
An ambiguous attitude from Light was sufficient to cow all sides. They needed to be fast!
They needed to be so fast that no one else had time to react.
The firmament shattered in the blink of an eye and the dao chess materialized, bringing down a dao universe. Its strength swept over the world.
Li Hao roared, sending a net woven from a myriad daos through the land! His longsword incorporated a myriad of worlds as it swung down!
Void shouted as well, shattering his world of life and death, emptiness and revitalization. Two mid ranks both erupted with formidable strength!
Waterpeak jerked back with shock. She’d been on guard against the Light master before and kept her eyes trained on him, now she realized she had the wrong target all along! These two were ordinary mid ranks!
The Light master’s eyes darted around, snapping to Li Hao and Void when he sensed something. He abruptly looked at the Dragon master—the latter had been on the cusp of taking action when his expression shifted and he looked at the Light master.
The Light master was immensely resigned by the situation! He looked at the Dragon master and transmitted, “My son is my son...”
His actions have nothing to do with me!
But would the Dragon master believe him? Of course not! He was firmly convinced that Light and New Martial had become allies!
