He looked at the starlight thread wrapped around his finger and began looking around. He found a dead tree; there were no branches left, only the trunk.

Seeing that, he thought it was a good idea to test the starlight power on the tree trunk.

He walked up to the dead trunk. Then, he extended his finger and controlled the single layer of the starlight thread.

The starlight thread extended like a sharp knife. He immediately used the thread to slash down at the trunk.

The starlight thread easily penetrated the wooden trunk, leaving behind multiple blade cuts.

A small exclamation escaped his mouth. Jeremy had expected it to be like this, but the visuals still stunned him. The starlight thread left behind cuts just like a sharp blade.

The Tsetse Fly Beast group was moving in a random direction; they weren’t targeting anyone.

Suddenly, among the group, a Tier-6 Beast caught the scent of the human prey responsible for the injuries suffered by its kin.

The moving dark cloud suddenly came to a halt. The Tier-6 Beast communicated with the others.

The next moment, the dark cloud changed direction. It started chasing down the fleeing human.

He understood that he was exposed. He had injured the insect beast before, so it would not be easy to escape their grasp.
